This place always has some of the best deals! It is a very clean, nice, friendly atmosphere. I enjoy coming here and the service is always good.

Not too bad for selection of furniture, I wouldnt say the greatest customer service, but the store is nice.

I waited forty-five minutes in line because only one if the three registers were open. When I finally arrived at my turn, I was told that the computers were down and it would be cash only. Since I carry no more that $20 in cash most of the time, I left quite angrily!

Store is very clean. Prices were pretty good on alot of their items. Didnt have any interaction with staff except at the checkout. The lady was so helpful and sweet. Definitely would recommend people to go

Since the remodel and other changes made last year this stop has really stepped it up. The wide aisles new easy roll carts were great improvement, shelves are much easier to shop and the inventory has expanded. The employees were helpful and seemed to be enjoying working there. Young man at the register was super good. If its been a while since youve been in go check it out.

I miss the Big Lots of yesterday, it seems theyve lost their way, trying to be more upscale than they should for the type of store it is. Prices are typically higher here than at other grocers or variety stores. Ollies is a better option.

I purchased a new mattress and a recliner. Purchased 2 orthopedic pillows and two free! Very comfortable. And a king size sheet set. I got for half the price. And a beautiful throw blanket as well. Everything I purchased was on sale. I wasnt expecting this when I got there. But Im so happy I went there to shop. Mattress and recliner was delivered the same day on Sunday at 3:30pm like the salesman said. I am very pleased with my purchase!!! I even got a discount on my recliner. It was a floor show model. So I got cheaper than expected. I recommend Big Lots to everyone. Nice and friendly service. I will shop there again. Five star rating.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Its been a few years since I have been in this store and I must say today I was extremely impressed. It didnt look like the same store. Very clean and organized. It felt like I was in Coles or target. Very nice.

Getting more disappointed with Big Lots in general with every shopping experience. I have tried the order online and pick up in store option multiple times, only to have half of the order, or most recently, my entire order canceled because they did not have the store inventory correct and could not fulfill what the site promised they had in stock. Instead of sending a Sorry we canceled your order email, would it not be more friendly to the customer to elect to ship the item to the customer free of charge? Someone is dropping the ball, the inventory staff, IT department when listing inventory available, but the customer shouldnt have to pay for poor management mistakes.They need to take note from other stores who have gotten it right, and tell customers Im sorry we dont have it in stock. Let ME find it for YOU, and we will send it to you ASAP..

This Big Lots is awesome! If you need furniture for a good price, check them out. They had a great mixture of household items as well as groceries. The maintenance of the store was clean and easy to get around... to many times you go into a store and get lost here you can see the isles. Overall I went in for swimming gear and to check out what they had. Next thing you know I have movies, food, and pool stuff. The cashier a was super nice and kind, and the manager was moping. Overall I really like this store, will definitely be back. Thank you for what you do Big Lots!

Employees are helpful and personable. But alas they were out of my favourite Indian food.

They carry stuff you cant find anywhere else including from other countries. Unfortunately the stock changes constantly so what you find one day may never be there again. I loved the Mexican ice cream but they havent had it anymore. If you find something you like, buy a lot because you may not be able to later.

Amazing remodeled store. Very clean, and very affordable prices. Presently as of 5/25/19 they have a wonderful memorial day sale with huge discounts. We got a 10x12 screened canopy for $350. Super pleased with our experience.

I came here today for the first time after the remodel and had such a great experience. The store looks great, the staff was very helpful, and the selection was good. Everything was organized well and very clean. Many of the employees spoke to me and made sure that I found what I needed. They treated me so well, joked with us, and even shared a snack with my babies. I definitely recommend and I will definitely visit again.

The staff has always been friendly and completely willing to help. The pricing and quality fit a discount store I think. Although its not a place I would go for fancy stuff, Ive gotten some good stuff for great prices. Most recently I got 2 rugs that are working out perfect! I enjoy just browsing to see what I come across!

This Big Lots was large, spacious and it was clean. It had a variety of different furniture to choose from and quickly searched their inventory when we asked about a specific product. The furniture purchase we did was quick,painless ,and easy. They also offered us a Big Lots credit card which we did not know was a offer when we shopped at different Big Lots. Daryl, the store manager was pleasant and polite and answered our questions. Will visit again.

The store recently went and Remodel and it is wonderful inside they also have a lot of really good sales. They have great pricing on their cell phone chargers and then have just about anything that you could possibly need there. I live close by so I frequent there. They also have a great rewards program and online shopping also great prices on furniture.

Joe is the best! Ask for him when you come in. I LOVE the overhead announcements. It made coming into the store fun and informative. I am from Memphis but my family is going to keep coming in! Thanks!

Wow this remodeled big lots is so great. Its so nice in there now and they have a great selection especially of home decor for a good price. Elizabeth was so helpful and sweet.

Average experience for a Big Lots. I saw that they are remodeling it...maybe they finished by now? It was pretty run down last time I went, so the remodel should be a huge improvement.Aside from the visual and clean aspect, the place was more jumbled up than it should be (as though employees did not do thorough checks of items being put back in their proper places). Also it is very common for items to be marked differently than they ring up for at the register...always keep an eye out and check the prices while at register.

A 1 today.The cashier was totally frustrated because of equipment malfunction. She walked for help and waited and waited.One young man on the floor who needed a managers help from three different customers.Two men, appearing to be management; both appeared not too concerned about nothing.Icing on this cake. I needed help with an outside purchase, to load in my buggy. Hello, maybe needed help to load in my vehicle also? But no, I stopped another customer, in the lot to help.Really disappointed with my trip there today.

Idk when they renovated this store but it is so nice and clean and organized in there. They have a good sized furniture section. And lots of great items that are pretty well priced. They even have a several grocery aisle. Its like a mini Wal-Mart with better furniture. Its definitely worth spending an hour or so just browsing to walk through every aisle.

The store was recently remodeled and expanded. Shopping was easier because of the additional space. We were able to find what we were looking for, made the decision, made the purchase and were on the home shortly.

The upgrade was well worth it. Really nice layout.

This is by far the best big lots around. We live an hour away. But Everytime we come in there its very clean and well stocked. Very friendly. Very organized.

I honestly dont remember being at this Big Lots, but Google maps says I have been. I can say for a fact that I have never been disappointed with a Big Lots so I am sure it is great!
