Approximately 1 month ago they came lickity split to fix my garage. My garage my stuck and he fixed it super quick. Then 2 days later he completely repaired the garage. However it’s been about 4 weeks and I’m yet waiting for the weather stripping to go on the bottom of the garage. really hoping they remember me and pop up to thoroughly complete the work.

Mr. Mark Day come by for a quote for replacement of two single doors. He was reasonable. Paid him 350 deposit by check. I get all the stories from him now on how sick he is and hospital visits and pain med. I hired him for a job and now nothing. He tells me he will call me back but never does. He stole 350 dollars from my family. Please Do Not Use Him.

The gentleman was very nice and understanding when I told him I accidentally backed into my garage door. I felt like a moron but he had a good sense of humor about the situation. I called him on a Sunday morning and he showed up within 20 minutes. He fixed the garage door pretty quickly and I was very impressed. If I ever need a company to fix/replace a garage door, I’ll be using them. Highly recommend!

This is not a real garage door company. they are not open 24 hours a day and will steal your money if they ask for a deposit for a garage door. Do not trust this person. Mark will never answer your calls. its amazing how my rating is almost like another customers that lost money from him.

Looks like Ive been scammed. Same thing another reviewer posted. Came by, took measurements and quoted me around $350 for parts and $150 for labor. Took a deposit to order the parts ($350). I have never been able to get him to come back out. I keep getting told I would get a call back to get the schedule worked out. This has been dragging on for months now. So avoid these scam artists at all costs. Theyll just take your money and youll get no goods or services.

Amazing service! My garage door wasnt working after a power outage. I called and was able to get same day service. Mark was very nice and much cheaper than other companies in the area. Within 10 minutes my garage door was working as normal again. I would definitely recommend this service!

Wish I wouldve read these sooner - This guy will rip you off. I made a good faith payment for a service call and was promised he would return the next day. Never came back, actually made the door worse. Crooked and dishonest.

Mark repaired our garage door and installed a new opener. fast installation. the door works smoother and more quiet than before. I bought the opener and he installed it for $100.00. great job!!

Mark scammed me out of $200 for 2 garage door panels. Then ghosted me and refusedto answer my calls. Didnt deliver the panels or refunded my money back. I would stay away from this guy. The 5 stars reviews are fake. Those are fake account to boost himself with no other history of reviews.

Great service and outstanding customer service. I had a broken garage door and called Mark to schedule an appointment. I was hoping for a service call within the week, but Mark was able to come right over and fix it within the hour. I couldnt be happier with American Garage Door company!!

This guy is a scammer. He took money from a sweet old lady and hasn’t been back since to do any work. DON’T trust this guy! Seriously sad how someone could take someone’s money and not ever come back to do any of the work. He deserves jail time and should have to pay back all the people he ripped off! I wouldn’t even give this dude a 1 star.

I called on short notice during a busy holiday weekend, And my call was returned very promptly. The service was above and beyond and cheaper than the other guys who dont answer phones or email. 5 plus stars, my spring broke. They were able to get out same day. Friendly honest people, great customer service for a fair price. Never a great day when the garage door breaks but if it does I highly reccomend these guys

This guy is a scammer. Stole my money. Never returned my calls. Im in the process of filing a complaint with the state.

He is a scam artist. All these posts about his service is fake. If he asks for a deposit you he will never come back to do the work. I’m taking him to court.

Just wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Mark! We were having trouble with our garage door...it was old and was falling apart...literally. Mark came out & gave us an estimate and we planned the day for replacing it. There was a small hiccup because of Good Friday & we were unable to do the door as we had planned. Instead of just coming up with excuses, Mark apologized & made a special trip over to temporarily fix the door so we could use it over the week-end. He didnt have to do that and I was very grateful and impressed that he did! I would highly recommend Mark & American Garage Door for any garage door needs that you have! Very happy with results and pricing.
