Drove an hour to check this place out, and while I dont regret the decision, I was a bit disappointed. I dont mind having to dig around to find a good deal or two but this place sent my anxiety into overdrive. It is an absolute chaotic mess! I wouldnt be surprised to hear that someone either has already gotten hurt or gets hurt in the future, due to tripping over all the items in the floor. Theres a big difference between a store being extremely busy an not able to get to certain things vs just not giving a darn & its obvious whoever is over this place just dont care one bit! Do better is all Im saying! But, I did still give this place 3 stars because irregardless of the chaos i still found some good deals

Very organized compared to other bargain stores. With a very wide selection and a large store to fit a huge inventory, you can almost always find something when you go that you want or need. The employees and management are some of the kindest in town, and if you ever need help with furniture make sure to ask for Mr. Gooch :)

This place is a mess! Things are laying in the floor, the shelves and racks are in complete disarray and mixed up, and most items arent worth anything. There are holes and paint on the clothing and a lot of items are broken or missing pieces. The app doesnt work so I didnt know how much most things cost, but it looked like it was overpriced from the things I DID get to scan. Youd do better shopping at a thrift store and youd pay less as well! If you like digging you MIGHT find something, but to me it isnt worth it!

They have an app that you use to scan things and check the prices. We went to check out and the MANAGER SHAY rang up an item that popped up a different price. I tried asking him about it and he said there was nothing he could do and was very dismissive because he was on the phone with someone and was just trying to get people out. It was a horrible first experience there will not be back and do not recommend. He obviously felt that it wasn’t worth his time to help and fix the problem. Why have the app if you don’t get the price it rings up for.

Im all for bargain shopping but this place was no bargain. Seems as if its a resale store selling at almost retail prices. Im sure theres some things that may be a deal, but theres a lot of damages product on the shelves being sold for full price. The store is a mess with nothing stocked nicely. There is no order to any of the merchandise. Was not impressed.

Love this store. You can pick up new items for an amazing bargain. They have so much inventory on just about anything.

Horrible it was great when they were new in town. I brought some blinds no box so they wanted to charge me the most expensive price. 27.50 for blinds how us that dirt cheap you can get new ones for that price

I thought it would be a cool store to find some unique items, but instead walked into the worst looking store I have ever seen. It was completely unorganized, everything in the store looked like it was picked out of the trash. Everything was either broken or badly damaged and they still charged an arm and a leg for it. An Elmers glue stick was 4 dollars when you can get it at walmart for 1 dollar. A really nice grill that had broken wheels and bent metal around it was 350 dollars. Will never go back to this store completely disgusting.

Great to have various businesses for the area. It will take some time to get used to their set up and deals, but not terrible at all. Not everything is dirt cheap, but it really depends on what you are looking for. I found some things that I thought was worth it.

Found so many name brand items in great condition literally dirty cheap. Clothing, coffee, appliances and cookware. Shopping and ordering quality. I am selective and thorough when I look, but items and prices change daily. I completely urge you to test all electronics such they allow and encourage. Check inside boxes for item listed as well. Not a daily shopper, but definitely an outing stop.

Its cheap and sometimes dirty - but like, in a way that makes sense. Did a good job of being careful during Covid, and all the employees at the register were lovely. Great prices all the time.

Didnt purchase anything so I cant speak on pricing. But I didnt like that you really have to look to find stuff. It is more of an open box store.

Didnt even know this place existed to be honest. we pulled into the parking lot to look at our google maps on another business that we were wanting to go to. and we saw the sign for dirt cheap and said why not. lets go check it out. we really liked the store and app that the store has. we are already making plans to go back and do more shopping.. it was great

I was told from a manager a price for a generator which was $165 when I got to the desk they was a different guy there said he was the manager they charge me 250 I was not happy at all

BEWARE: ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. This store is so nasty, product everywhere, nothing seemed to be organized except for the shoes. Management should be fired and associates trained. I guess they can claim dirt cheap prices because they do not stock anything. I believe it comes off the truck and the work drop it wherever.

This has been a blessing for me I wanted to put hardwood floor in my living room and down the hall and I couldnt afford it everywhere I went was so expensive but dirt cheap had it in the color I wanted and in the quantity I needed and for so much less than the other guys I couldnt be more happy

Unless you have the scanning app on your phone its not worth shopping you dont know the prices alot of damaged items but I do get alot of good items too. The store floors are extremely dirty. Most people are nice that work there.

I have been to other Dirt Cheap locations so I was excited to visit this location. I was so let down. It is absolutely disgusting in there that I walked in and walked out. There was a used cigarette on the floor. No organization. Aisles are hard to walk through because things are just thrown around.

My first time coming to this store i love it prices are good better then the store.

Its a little bit of searching and work but worth it when you find something for a really great price.

Dirty store made me want a shower

They have great deals on some things, and they keep dropping prices from 30 to 40% off, down to 90% off. Lately the store has been carrying a lot of junk.

Dirt cheap is dirt dirty. Everything is just thrown. No organization. Worse than a thrift store. Maybe you can find good deals? Kinda not worth the hassle in my personal opinion...

Some good finds but hard to find anything because place is a mess. Only went for school books I seen last time I was there sadly didnt find them. If you want to go get a few random thought things or just see what they have be prepared for a huge mess and stuff just thrown on to shelves. They also have furniture a bit over priced still for me but it is marked down from normal retail price. Good luck finding anything you want and make sure you actually want it because they have no return policy.

I love the hunt at this store. Go right when they open (it seems to be easier to find treasures, as they are able to restore order in the evening or morning before they open up again)... the numbers at the bottom left hand side of their %off signs in the aisles, correlate to the price tags, so you can figure out if your item has the correct discount. I love the savings here.

You must be aware of what you are getting into with this place. They get items that are unsold clearance, overstocked, salvaged, or returned from different stores and sell it cheaper here. That means some items may be lightly used, damaged, or missing pieces. Some items may have nothing wrong with it at all. Either way, you are taking a gamble because there is no return policy. However, you are allowed to open boxes, assemble and test out before you buy, which I highly suggest, every time. As long as you are aware of that, you can judge accordingly and end up finding some good deals, especially on shirts and holiday items. But you will have to spend some time hunting the good deals down. Ignore the tagged prices, just about everything is at an additional discount. Definitely worth it when they have advertised sales.

That store is disgusting!! Dirty!!! Trashy!!! I will never go into that place again. I was scared to touch anything and I didnt make to the middle of the store. I was scared something was going to jump out. Just nasty. Try it for yourself, you might like it. I dont shop for dirt.

I was skeptical of this place because of experiences with similar stores, but I was pleasantly surprised. I found some great items at a great price here. The store is relatively clean but dont come here unless youre ready to dig through bins and shelves. The app also helps a lot with finding the price of things that you pick up in here. Overall, a decent place. Ill go again.

Love this place!

This place is always filthy. Items are always thrown all over the floor and hardly ever where you can find the price. Sever items were broken. They have two grills as you walk in that are used and still have charred food on them. They seriously need to get someone to clean the pin pen of a store and organize everything.

They always seem to find what I am looking for and my grandson love to go there with me.it just has every thing for everyone in the family.and some of the cashiers are some of the nicest people.so helpful. I love shopping.there its well worth the drive from Hopkinsville,KY.

One of my favorite places to shop for kids clothes. Prices go down the longer items are held in the store. Was able to get shirts and shorts as low as $1!! Also great for school supplies, toiletries, kitchen wares, toys and more.

I loved it, I find stuff for my yard at a very reasonable price.I was surprised when looking at the the clothing racks and finding name brand clothes for adults and children for a very reasonable price. I also found some childrens shoes at a very low price. So the next time your looking for clothes for you or your children give Dirt cheap a look but remember to check what you buy before paying for it because once you buy it its yours so if its broken its on you.

If you love a great deal this is the store for you! I find this place to be highly addictive Bc I’m always on the hunt for something new. The staff is always working hard adding new pieces and are always helpful when I need help with a price. With all the social distancing going on the store manager Heather has taken such great lengths to keep us safe and I really appreciate it. The store is a little more fun to navigate now Bc The isles have directional arrows.

They over price things that are broken and the store stays a mess. There prices on almost everything are higher than buying it new at another store. They have stuff all in the floor where you cant walk around without tripping.

If you need holiday items they do have some steals. I bought gift bags, bows and Christmas cards all 80% off. Thats better than some of the after Christmas deals. They have other holidays set out too. Still some Halloween and Valentines Day. Not all their items are good deals and you really need to look anything you buy over to make sure it isnt broken or missing anything.

Ive been a long time shopper at Dirt Cheap. This 1 star is only for my latest visit. Found a toy nerf gun for my girlfriends son and it was marked what seemed to me a fair price at Dirt Cheap but at checkout the young lady said Thats too cheap, I cannot sell it to you at that price. I guess it was mislabeled or something but considering she had to look up the retail price, it came off like the price was up to her at the counter or possibly she wanted it for herself. She even said (when I was standing in line) you found one.... A little dissatisfied.

Ive enjoy places like Dirt Cheap. Every time I go end up 30 to 60 minutes checking everything. Always leave with something I didnt expect to find there.

The place is a mess! Go if you want to bargin hunt through piles of junked up shelves. The only thing worth hunting through would be the clothes because they had really good prices on them but basically this is like a trashed goodwill store.

Place is so unorganized, everything looks disgusting and majority of their products that have metal are all rusted to hell and they ask for outrageous prices. I would not reccomend this place to anyone. I get its a bargain store but there is no need to look so disgusting

Where do I begin? There was one cashier on duty and no back up. Lines were long with impatient customers. When a back up did arrive, she was on her cell phone. On the plus side, found quite a bit of things at inexpensive prices. The clothes are dirt cheap, especially if looking for a bargain.

Okay, heres my only problem with Dirt Cheap. NO REFUNDS and NO RETURNS. So just make sure that whatever it is you want isnt broke before you purchase it, and you should get a good deal. Because they really do have some good deals that are DIRT CHEAP,....And I mean cheap! Ive bought high quality jeans such as Levis and Silver for 50 cents. Brand New!! And thats not all, I could go on and on. Because they have a little bit of everything here. Worth going to again I do believe.

You can find some great stuff here but when it comes to clothing- TRIPLE CHECK! I feel like 90% of what they’re selling has stains and/or holes so just look closely as they take no returns or exchanges! The employees are all super friendly tho and I like shopping here!
