Me and my sister had a wonderful experience with Gabby. We share a name so maybe Im bias. Just kidding.She and the guy working there (I think Caleb? Im sorry) both greeted us as soon as we came in.We browsed and as we were admiring things they made small friendly conversation about the deals and scents. Gabby gave me real opinions and options, which we really appreciated.She explained a lot of the benefits of bringing stuff back/deals and overall made the experience really pleasant.Most of the time we shy away from talking to associates because we know theyre just trying to sell us (its their job but so awkward) but she gave us absolutely the best customer service weve experienced in a long time. We left feeling satisfied and I really cant wait to come back and get more.Thanks again Gabby.

Danielle attended to me at Yankee Candle. She was nice, professional, and informative. She gave me a coupon, military discount, and smiled at me. I got my favorite black candles MidSummers Night for $1 each. The scent is an intoxicating and masculine blend of musk, patchouli, sage and mahogany cologne. Very exotic. The votive candles are sold out online. I bought 7 in the store. Perfect for sultry and mysterious summer nights and cold wintry days.

Bad staff. Apparently they’re allowed to call someone from their personal phone number and ban them for no reason. They also make tik toks in the back of the store while customers are inside. Don’t recommend coming unless you want to be disrespected
