Great place to get APSU Textbooks. Most prices competitive or better than Amazon. Definitely way cheaper than the Barnes and noble bookstore my a mile.

Studymaster is a small bookstore located basically on APSUs campus. They offer competitive prices with rental discounts compared to the campus bookstore. I highly recommend pricing your books at multiple places, but I have purchased most of my books from Studymaster as they generally have the lowest price. The staff is very friendly and will help you find the books you need. They will help you from the moment you walk in the door, until youve checked out and you have been set on your way.

Dont even think they deserve one star they are the biggest rip off around. I will never buy books from this place again. They sell you books that arent bound without informing you that you will get absolutely nothing back from them and they take advantage of broke college students needing money. Try Amazon or the college bookstores before you buy from this place and sell your books elsewhere you will get way more for your books thats what I did. These people offered me 10 on books I spent 400 but thanks to Amazon I made most of my money back and definitely more than the 10 dollars this company tried to offer me.

Many of my books were cheaper at the college bookstore than here, but the one that was cheaper was a lot cheaper. The college bookstore was selling the book for around $210 and studymaster had it for $160. I kind of wish my other books had had better prices than the college bookstore, but Im glad I got a good deal on my most expensive one. The cashier was quick even when she had to go to the shelves to search for a book that she couldnt search for on the computer for some reason. Overall, my visit was very nice.

Very helpful was what my original review said, but I went back there recently and I cannot believe how culpable I was! They are very helpful, but they have to be in order to short change you while making you think you are getting a good deal.

Books are super reasonable compared to the bookstore and online! They usually have bundles for certain classes containing the exact books you need. Their always willing to help out!

Its competitive to the store on campus. They are better with helping you find exactly what you need, and have some insights on what some teachers do or dont require you to have.

If you are expecting a refund for a book you rented in because the book you ordered doesnt arrive as expected; but then 2 hours after the rental your ordered book thankfully arrives. You WILL not be issued a refund and loss the money for a 2 hour time frame of the rental book. Poor business conduct and I will be utilizing other book stores.

This place sucks. Why? I rented a book, and their daughter or their sons girlfriend, whoever she was, misinformed me about their renting policy. When I tried to return my rental, the owner ended up giving me a refund and apologized. I was a happy customer. Until they took the money back out of my account. It happened at the beginning of the fall semester of 2016 so Im not even worried about it anymore. Just be aware. I hate to give a bad review because they had what I needed, but they basically refunded me my money and then took it back.

Good place to rent or buy books for college. If you go to Austin Peay on post make sure to let them know that you want to rent for the term and not the full semester.

Have no respect for the students who purchase books from them, I am military and understand how respect works. Even renting them is not worth it at this establishment. I would recommend finding somewhere else to deal with if you want to save some money. If you choose to sell them the books back you just used for 4 months....youll see depreciation of most of the price you bought it for.....for example they have a master list in which for each book no matter the value... You will only receive back at best a third of what you bought it for. So if you bought a 120$ book youd get back around 40$. Ive dealt with them since 2003... 12 years and theyll still work you over. Buyer Beware!!!

Textbooks I spent hundreds of dollars on, study master attempted to buy back for $20 EACH. Without doing research, this company is more focused on getting over on students, not offering a fair amount. Youll receive more selling your books online

They were really willing to help and do what they could to help you find what you needed and even related the prices to other places and tried to get you the better deal! They were great!

I have used them 4 times and never had a bad experience. I havent been able to get used books anywhere else for less in a short time.

Dont sell your books here. I attempted to sell the current stats book that Apsu is using thats a 180 dollar book and they offered me 3 dollars for it. This place is terrible and needs to go out of business
