Service great except for one thing...A couple weeks ago, we had our Purple Mattress delivered (prior to temporary closings). We purchased the split king mattresses with the Mattress Firm brand motorized frames (head and foot). We have been very happy with the mattresses although it took quite a bit of searching on the net to figure out how to set the memory on the Mattress Firm remote (no instuctions were given to us and its oddly, not intuitive).Today is the first time I needed to remove the mattress anchor at the foot of the bed. It SHOULD still be brand new since that is what I ordered. As seen in the pictures, this is obviously a USED frame. I believe both frames are used or were at least floor models for some time since the paint is removed from the metal anchors. The anchors must have been removed or pushed against with bed motion a lot for this to happen but there is no black paint on my floor so this didnt happen with normal wear and tear while its been in my house. Some of the metal is even rusted and a grommet is missing from one of the frames. I understand I got a discount on the frames but that doesnt mean (and I wasnt told as such) that I would be recieving used/floor model frames.The problem I have is I dont know how long they were used. Since the metal is rusted, it could be months to years. Since its NOT NEW, its likely the motors will break down much sooner than with new frames. By that time, I wont be able to prove they were not new when I recieved them. I had been very happy with the customer service and products with this Mattress Firm until today. I would have given them 5 stars if this hadnt happened. I will be happy to update and change my rating IF Mattress Firm takes care of this issue.

We went to this mattress firm and absolutely loved David Clark. We told him our price range and went way way under it. A mattress that was originally 1099 he had for 330 dollars. A FREAKING STEAL. I enjoyed his energy and let me tell you again IT WAS A STEAL. Not to mention he bent over backwards for us by keeping the store open late to wait for our delivery driver. Wonder customer service. Ive been looking at buying a new mattress for some time now. Nearly half a year to be exact. A couple times a month I would stop in several stores to try different mattresses. Most sales associates are overly pushy and incredibly persistent. To a point that I completely stopped shopping at some stores. About three months ago I went to mattress firm and meet Mr. Clark. He is knowledgeable, polite and considering. After talking to him I knew that when I decided to purchase it would be at this location and only by working with him. The prices are on par to begin with, though after discounts they became much more appealing. The process was smooth and enjoyable.

Our salesperson did not seem to know all details. She continued to change the terms as we went. First free delivery turned into 100 dollars. Then she told us financing would be two years and it changed also. Then she told us that we could add pillows and the mattress protection pad to the cost for financing and that changed also.Her name was Marsala from the one on Wilma Rudolph.
