The bedding here is excellent everything is super soft and top notch quality. The customer service was professional and made sure to ask if we needed help finding anything. Dont use Amazon for bedding come here so you can feel and see what you are gonna sleep on every night. The Ugg brand is fairly priced and they make fantastic comforters.

Great wide variety of for the home items. Can find some off the wall items. Prices can be on the expensive side. Dont expect to pay the mart of wall prices here for alot of things. However alot of stuff is better quality or at least of better presentation. Store is pretty clean, well organized and easy to find your way around.

The two older ladies are so rude !, and I hate to say “older” like a way to identify them because I totally agree that there should be not discrimination for age , but they evidently aren’t made to be on customer service.

I love this store but the shelfs were pretty bear in this store I just hope this isnt one that will be closed down. They didnt have what I wanted. Either it was out of stock or they dont carry them no more. Its a shame these stores are closing down. We need to stop this from happening to our country. But afraid it will get worse in the next 3 years.

Inflation has hit rural TN hard.This store is filled with cheap made in China products, retailed up to exuberant prices. But recently the shelves have been bare. Dont know if I like this store to much.

Please be aware that if you buy anything with a yellow sticker snd hand written amount. You cannot return it. I thought something was 4.99 but it was 41.99 and tried to return it. I was given a rude explanation even though i told them the cashier the day before never told me. I returned everything i possibly could i went to the At home and the prices were outstanding. No ridiculous 20 percent off coupon and not paying to be a perks member...

Kitchen Crazy. Always looking for a new gadget. 3 B never lets me down. Got me and another a cute little 4 waffle iron and awesome little cook book with each. Makes a quick grilled cheese in less than 4 mins and too many more to express here.

Picked up several car frangraces for gifts.

Not a good experience at all. Attempted to returned something originally without my receipt then with my receipt and was told its seasonal when in fact it was still in season. The cashier gave me a bogus phone number to call the vendor that didnt have a clue of what I was talking about. I also called that same number in front of the cashier and manager to show then it wasnt working. The product I have is in the store all year long and getting reviews after they have purchased it in the store as I write this review now. There is no verbiage on my receipt displaying the refund policy so how do someone know whats So refundable or not??? I check the website and it specifies holiday decor etc..... not satisfied.

There was an awful smell in the facility. I wasnt impressed with the selection of items in-store. I received a coupon in the mail but online does offer more of a selection than in store. Over all I was greeted at the door however I didnt see any other employees to ask questions while browsing.

This store is a lovely example of Bed Bath & Beyond. It is always clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There is also a great variety of merchandise to be found for the home. The only challenge I find with the store is that prices are somewhat high.

Bought a new outside garden hose for twenty dollars. It is one of those metal garden hoses and it is wonderful. Doesnt tangle up. We had previously bought one for the back yard and we needed one for the front yard too. SOOO pleased with our purchase.

My wife and I needed a new stock pot. We decided to use one of those 20% off one item coupons that everyone in the country gets in their mailbox once a month. My wife left the coupon at home. The store clerk told us that they would not honor the coupon. She said we would have to drive back home to get it. Ill just order one on Amazon. Nice customer service, guys.

Wish there was a place for zero stars. Two years ago the manager said they were in the process of putting prices on their products. Just went in there today and they told me they were in the process of putting prices on their products. Bad customer service waiting for someone with a price gun. High priced with terrible service.
