Came in 45 minutes early for my online appointment. This place was extremely busy. They however had me in About 20 minutes and took about 1/2 hour to install 4 tires on my truck. They would have gotten 5 stars but forgot to put my chrome air caps back and forgot to cap two tires on drivers side. I mentioned it to the tire tech and he immediately went and found them. Overall great service. In tomorrow for another set of four. Extremely efficient service for how busy they were.

Honestly the best place to get your tires changed Ive interacted with so far. After getting a flat, it turned out they didnt have the tires I needed for my quite abnormal tire size, but offered to replace my flat with the spare tire I had in the back. It turns out this was a free service they offered, and they were willing to order the tires I needed. While I was unable to take them up on that offer, as I needed my car in working order as soon as possible, their customer friendly service was greatly appreciated. Theres a reason that the place is constantly busy, and its definitely a result of the glowing reviews Ive heard from friends and family that Im sure is the same among other customers. I will warn you that you should expect a long wait time if you do go, as there is always a full parking lot at this business, but in my opinion its well worth the wait. Though a multi-hour wait time may prove to test some peoples patience.

I didnt have an appointment, so i expected a very long wait or to even be turned away. Nope! They got me in, found me the best deal, and my car was ready EXACTLY when they said it would be. Where do they do that? Here at Discount Tire is where! They will forever be my choice to keep my boys safe in the road.

Was told by my dealership that I had a puncture in my tire and they couldn’t fix it and to order a new tire. Brought it to Discount Tire. Told them my issue and was prepared to buy two new tires and they said let us look at it first and see if we can fix it. Not only did they fix it, but it was FREE. They had every opportunity to say, “sorry we can’t fix it, you’ll have to buy two new tires.” But they did what was best for me the customer. That’s someone I’ll continue to do business with WHEN I do need new tires.

I drove from Charlotte, NC to visit my grandparents in Clarksville and desperately needed new tires so I decided to try discount tires before I made the long drive home. I found discount tire and called to see when they could get my tires in stock, the guy I spoke with was so polite and said they would have them next day and would call me the moment they were in. The next day he calls and I take it in. The store was super clean and well kept. I dropped my car off and it was ready in about an hour and a half. Everyone I worked with and spoke with was very professional and nice. I thoroughly enjoyed working with discount tire and cannot recommend them enough. They did an amazing job. They put my tires on in mid June and everything is still going great!!

The staff here was amazing. The level of professionalism I experienced by every technician all the way to the assistant manager made the experience easy and affordable. I bought a tire wheel package and since they did not have the wheels in stock they they gave me a deal on a similar brand. The staff plugged my old tire on TRD wheels, bagged them, and put in the back for me. 4 new tires installed on wheels and mounted on my vehicle took less than 2 hours start to finish. This will be my go to tire place from now on. There was no hidden costs and if I could find the gear cheaper, the shop will match price.

What a great place! Theyre open at very convenient times. They have (social distancing compliant) indoor seating, which is a major plus as it starts to get cold out. They patched a hole in my tire for free to boot. If there were a way to give this place six stars, I would. Great people. Great team. Definitely advise coming here for all things related to tire repair/replacement. They have wifi too.

I checked in at 11:40 am on July 23rd for a tire rotation. Clerk stated it would be one to one hour in a half. At 12:30 I asked the clerk wheres my spot on the list and he asked has my vehicle been inspected yet. It had not. He checked it and said it would take another hour in a half from the 12:30 check. At 1:30 I asked the clerk would he happen to know when I would be pulled in for my service to have my tires rotated and he stated it would be another hour in a half from 1:30. I asked my daughter to come pick me up. Wow,Im a patient person but,REALLY! IT is now 2:50 pm and not serviced. They told me I would receive a call when finished. I have not received a call nor text message. I just decided to call and check and was told my vehicle is ready. WOW, 3 1/2 hours! Ive learned a lesson from DISCOUNT TIRE😓😫😥

I can not recommend this place enough!!! I pulled in to have the air in my tires checked and come to find out, I had a nail in one of my tires. They didn’t hesitate to take care of me right away. I was in and out in an hour. Erik, Markus, and the gentleman I first spoke with prior to Erik (I didn’t catch his name) were exceptionally nice and helpful. I can’t thank them enough and will definitely be a customer for life.

We have a construction site by our house and have had to buy a few more tires than usual over the past few years. I always come to Discount Tire, and Dale has often been my sales person. Hes always very friendly and helpful, as are all the staff. Which is one of the reasons I come back, theyre very nice. And I have 3 young children, so I appreciate the little grassy area outside and the observation window inside so we can watch all the mechanics working, and keep them up on the progress of our vehicle. And I like that they bring my vehicle back to the door. It makes it easy and convenient for us. Thank you!

Great experience here. First time I ever been to a car shop and my appointment was honored. Last minute needed a new tire and it took less than 15 minutes. The guy working the front desk was really nice, he even came out to look at my tire to see if I needed it replaced or just plugged instead. We had a nice conversation about coffee and he put me on to a new spot. Great friendly workers here, fast service! Not to mention they are busy when I got there, parking lot full and so was the lobby, but still was in and out!

Walked in one hour before closing with a flat tire and a donut on my car. I was terrified to drive on it. Today was the first time I had been in discount tires in year but the experience was amazing! When I first walked in there was a line of about 3 people, and 6 employees on computers (only 2 of them were working directly with customers) one of the 2, named Lane was extremely friendly and kept taking time to welcome people into the store and that they would be with us soon. When I got to the counter, a man named Jason waited on me. He was a 5+ star employee. He went to my car to check on the tire I needed plugged and then explained to me why it couldn’t be plugged and why it would be unsafe to plug it. He looked at my other tires and then when we went back into the building he showed me a graphic in the showroom to help explain my tire threads. The things I appreciated most of out of him was;1) You could tell he wasn’t just doing what he has to, he was making conversation about my day and the business etc2) He took the time to explain to me what I needed to do and why (being a woman who doesn’t know much about cars, I appreciated this and the fact that he wasn’t trying to up-sell or being pushy )I will definitely come back again when I need more new tires!

I had a misfortunate incident that led me to ascertain the assistance of Discount Tires. I have never used them but will definitely seek them out in the future for my tire needs. I drove my RV from South Carolina to Clarksville, TN in route to Kansas where I became gravely concerned about my tires. Someone recommended Discount Tires so I called them up; spoke with one of the employees and headed over to see if they could help me out. Well, they did help me in more ways than one - Eric, the Assistant Manager, was truly helpful and came out to my RV to check my concerns. Although they do not service RVs he gave his professional opinion that suggested we should be fine to continue our travels. He also suggested we could also speak with one of the managers. He and Joey, the Manager, checked out the tires again. Joey reassured me that my tires were fine; checked the tread; checked the year; and gave me insight on what to watch for if I were to do extensive driving. I definitely recommend Discount Tires and will seek their services near my home.

Customer service is on point. I went in thinking my tire was just low from the cold weather. I was headed to work and had hoped it was a quick fix. A friendly face came out and checked all my tires and he found one to be very low and asked if I had a few minutes. I explained I was headed to work. Josh had me pull in and quickly discovered there was a nail in my sidewall. He brought me inside and between him and Lane, they gave me several options without being pushy or trying to sell me anything I didn’t need. They were very honest and straightforward. They were able to order the tire I needed in, same day, and when I got off work I was able to run by, have them change the tire out and I was in and out within 20 minutes or so. It was so nice to have such great service and they recognized my time constraints as well. Thank you Josh for making me feel at ease from the first few moments. Even though their hours say they close at 6, as long as you bring your vehicle in before 6 pm they will take care of you. Tonight as I was running around in the rain, my tire sensor came on. Praying I could get there in time before they closed, they took care of me. It was my tire sensor that was bad and was making my light come on. They took my car in and changed out the sensor, only $10 for labor. When they were checking the sensors again, another one that had previously shown as ok, was out. They replaced that one as well (saving me $60+ labor) since it happened as they were taking care of it. Although it turned into a much longer experience than expected, almost an hour after closing, they still stayed and made sure I was taken care of tonight, not trying to get me to come back another day. Couldnt be happier with them!!

I was totally surprised at how awesome the customer service was here. I went in with an idea of the wheels and tires I wanted to put on my truck. Dale helped me out. The wheels I wanted they didn’t have in the store. They price matched the wheels and got them in later that day they called me and told me they could put them on that day for me. Took them maybe 20 minutes and my trucks rides smooth as butter. Will definitely be coming back here.

This has been the only place I go to for my tires for many years now. Is there a long wait, yes. Because they are servicing many vehicles. There is no way for them to know an exact time frame, so those that complain then dont have your car serviced when your in a rush...I would not want a worker to rush on my car for any reason.

Super friendly. Really busy at the time but fairly reasonable turn around time. Overall satisfied.I waited in the lobby for my car to be complete (unnecessary but had no other ride) and finally got the text my car was finished. I go to the counter they said just a few more minutes and we will let you know. 10 minutes later I go back to the desk and ask. They say oh did you not get the text. So communication could be a bit better.

In my eyes, they seem to have a bit of a logistics issue. There was an issue with parking space and a fairly larger issue of people parking into the bays seemingly at random. Also, to take into consideration that they are quite busy as the parking lot was full. My recommendation on the matter is spacing out appointments that fit and not try to cram them in, but this is just my view on the matter. It didnt feel like there was a value in going here besides that it may have been slightly a better deal than at the nearest dealership. Honestly, this is expected however. Do not really recommend.

Love coming here. The guys are super helpful, and always friendly! My tire was un repairable so they replaced it for $16 since i had bought a certificate when they put 4 new tires on in summer 2020! I wont go anywhere else anymore

I was looking for a nice set of wheels in my price range. Dale Gurney went on the hunt and did a lot of research to find me what I was going for and within my budget. He allowed me to layaway the wheels until I got them paid off - with no interest! A huge Thank you to Dale for his professionalism and customer satisfaction. Jason - store manager was instrumental in the transaction as well. He took my payments in store, and always answered my questions, when I felt like I was being a nuisance. Then there is LeRoy. When my wheels came in he showed them to me, just to make sure they were exactly what I thought they would be... Discount Tire delivered. I could go on and on, but these guys have it together. They are affordable, fast and efficient. If they cant do something, they will be straight up with you. Well Done!

I had an appointment here at 11am, I dropped the vehicle off early, around 10:30-10:40 and I left before 11:00. Really fast work with an appointment. Friendly staff and good pricing. I opted for the warranty, hopefully that goes as smooth.

First off, I have been a Discount Tire customer for 15+ years and have bought a lot of tires from them but I am done after the last few experiences.Today I went in with my 4 year old, hoping to get in and out quickly for a simple tire rotation. Was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. At the hour mark of sitting in the truck, i went in to check what was going on. Was told that there were appointments that came in and it would be at least another 20 minutes. Mind you, I have called to the Clarksville location a number of times, trying to get an appointment to save time. Only to be told “just come in and we will get you in and out, we don’t do appointments for rotations”.This location has done this to me a number of times, waiting 2-3 hours when told something different when I check in.I am Active Duty Army and a small business owner and have a very busy schedule. Sitting for hours to have my tires rotated is not something that comes easy with my schedule. To top that off, have to drive 45 minutes to get to the closest discount.Im done with it and will take my business elsewhere. Cheaper is not always better!Long time customer, lost!

Theyve always been friendly, treated me well and had fair pricing. The knock on the star rating is based on wait times. Obviously, theyre busy and things take time, so sometimes I make appointments to bring my vehicles back later. When appointment time comes around, it doesnt seem to matter that an appointment was even made. Im just back in the queue. 😐

Bought tires on line they mounted and balanced. They are over sized tires for my jeep. Great people great service. They set psi to my spec. And they used a torque wrench to finish lugs,!! which is correct but great not to have gun happy guy over tightening lugs

Professional and courteous, great bunch of people. Had an 1.5 hour wait on a real busy day, but still got me in and out on schedule. The inventory was off and they didnt have my tires in stock, when they went to put them on, no questions asked the automatically upgraded me to a better tire at no additional charge. Great People, would highly recommend!

Slow 🐌 almost two hours just to get one tire plugged

I ordered my tires online and made an appointment for installation the following week. I received an email the same day saying my tires had arrived and were available for installation. Discount Tire then called me to ask if Id like an earlier appointment, and they worked me in the same day! I arrived a little early and was out within the hour. Every employee I met was friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again!

Self-installer here. People were actually pretty polite, punctual and professional! Something I look for in a business. Place was very clean and the gentleman who helped me really knew his stuff. Free tire rotations, even if you dont purchase your tires there. They have a very friendly staff. The helped me with my 38x15.50x20 tire pressure sensors and rotations several times. They dont try to pressure you to buy anything unless you really need it. They offer price match, but there is no need, because they already have the best prices on anything tie related. Everything that I have needed has been in stock, so usually no need to wait for ordering. They are usually really busy at this location, and I dont really know if an appointment would help the wait time, which is usually around an hour or more for tire rotations, longer if there is more intricate work being done. They always have free coffee and bottled water for guests.

Ive done business with discount tire in the past. You know the usual. Some new tires, balances, etc. Well today I put new tires on my vehicle. But they only had 3 in stock of the ones I wanted. So they put them on of course and instead of leaving me with one bad one while they order the 4th one. They were so kind to put a brand new tire on there while I wait for the 4th one to come in and I take it to get it swapped so all 4 tires will match in brand and tread type. Ive worked in retail before. Hands down. Best customer service Ive had in years. Heck they even cleaned the wheels and beauty rings on the rims for me. Worth the time and money I spent. 👍

I bought aftermarket wheels with hub centric rings from them almost a year ago and the service was so great I only go there for my tire services. About 3 months ago I went in to change out and rotate my wheels and after I left my steering wheel started vibrating quite a bit. I took my car back 2 weeks later to have the vibration checked out. They balanced and changed the tires, but the vibration was still there when left. I then went back 2 more times, still they did not fix the issue and eventually denied that there even was an issue. So I decided the vibration might be due to worn rotors even though my car only has 44,000 miles on it and went about replacing them. When I took off my aftermarket wheel in the front drivers side, I immediately noticed that the hub centric ring that was supposed to be on there for my aftermarket wheel was not there. It is clear that when discount tires was changing my wheels 3 months ago, they took off the ring and never put it back on. Without it my aftermarket wheel doesn’t fit properly on the wheel hub and that caused my car’s vibration. I give them credit for never charging me when I went to get my vibration checked out, but it hurts me to think about the damage that the loose wheel caused my car in that 3 months and amount of time I wasted there.

Great service got new tire had blow out on 24 called ahead bought tire over phone pulled in and took car in with in 10 minutes and put back tire on front and put new tire on back because of front wheel drivenew tire is a little larger then older tires so axels wouldnt be working so hard. Tires from here are on all my cars, from inexpensive good ones to higher priced better tires (maybe someday i can get best). Regardless, the tires have all been good quality. The service is consistently good. I find it easier to drop my car off with them and leave it for the day, i havent been disappointed yet.

The tire installation and quality was good. However, I would like to know which one of the employees thought that it would be a good idea to put a completely stripped lugnut onto my tire, my tire popped while I was driving and when I went to put on my donut I couldnt even get the socket to fit onto the lugnut without it skipping immediately.

Had an appointment at 2pm, was out finished by 2:30. Was quick, friendly, and most importantly, wheel lugs were not cross threaded or over torqued.
