My dad had an appointment this morning and was turned away and the woman was very rude to him because he is 75 years old on oxygen and can’t wear a mask! He is vaccinated. His oxygen goes way down with a mask on especially in this heat. He has been in and out of the hospital about 8 times in a year and had to be brought back because his oxygen was low! He died on the table. Have some common courtesy for the sick and elderly! We will be taking him somewhere else! He has been going there for years!

I bought glasses here - bi focals - had recent eye surgery as well. this is where my insurance covers so its not really an option. Made them four times, had scratch coating, glare coating, and its all pealing off within 4-5 months - so bad that i cant hardly see through them. but, its been less than 9 months so theyve remade them again 5th x. maybe they will last till i get another prescription. They seemed to have bent over backwards, give the credit for that.Going for the new lens today. lets see how long they last.

About a month ago, I went into the Vision Center in the Clarksburg, WV Walmart for reading glasses. It was mid-afternoon on Wednesday and the shop was quite crowded. Within minutes a cheerful young lady with a bright smile asked how she could help me. She quickly ascertained that their schedule was full, so she referred me to a nearby optometrist with an immediate opening. I got the exam and returned with the prescription the next morning.I left town for several weeks and when I returned to get the glasses and tried them on, they worked perfectly. Throughout this entire experience, I wanted to thank the nameless lady with the bright smile and quick sense of humor, but she was never there when I stopped by. Finally, nearly a month later, I asked who she was and learned that her name is Carol Holtzclaw.So, here’s my review, a bit late, but all the better for thinking about such great service and the pleasant professionalism which rendered the chore of getting new reading glasses into something easy and even fun.Thank you, Ms. Carol Holtzclaw, it was a real pleasure working with you.

I recently had the pleasure of going to my local Walmart Vision Center. I had a new prescription from my doctor and was in need of both regular and sunglasses. After being an optician for 38 years my retail store closed so I needed a place that would be willing to accept that I am just a little picky. I had the pleasure of working with Margo....she understood the picky part ...she said she has been an optician for around 20+ years. She explained the lenses to me(Ive always worn varilux) and suggested her best progressive along with antireflective coating. I already had my frame for my every day glasses but needed a frame for sunglasses. She helped me pick out a WONDERFUL Michael Kors with drivewear lenses( so glad she could get them...only thing I really wear!) and antireflective on those also. I recd my first pair and they were awesome..vision was just as good as with my varilux...no problems with distance or reading. I then recd the sunglasses( I had held off on those to make sure prescription was good) just this week and they too were great...frame fits very well and looks amazing with the lenses. I can say I am very happy with the service and expertise of your associate Margo!!!! Your company should be delighted to have such experienced optician working in your store...and not for the competition!!!!!!!
