Extremely friendly Staff. Super quick and worked great with my price range. I was told my glasses would be ready (2 pair) in about an hour. I walked in after receiving my text they were done at FIFTEEN minutes!! Went from a horrible day to a wonderful day so quick. Would go there again and again!! I was able to use my military discount too. Overall 10/10!!

My family saves a lot of money going here. They always have good deals and promotions. Missy is a great associate too, we like her. Shes very friendly and helpful. They were super fast getting my sons glasses done. It only took 27 minutes to shape 2 pair of glasses for him! Mine take way longer with a rare and strong prescription but they still never take the whole 7 days.

Eyemart express in my opinion has very nice well mannered employees. Missy did everything she could possibly do to make sure she got my glasses at an affordable price for 2 pairs of glasses she was knowledgeable kind caring and kept a full smile on her face the entire time and got me everything I wanted and asked for with no issue or questions I definitely would recommend Eye Mart to anyone needing glasses especially in a timely fashion as it did not take long for my 2nd pair of glasses that had to be ordered to come in 5 stars and a thumbs up and a thank you to Missy.

We always have excellent and quality service and getting glasses same day. This current visit we got 6 pairs of glasses within 3 hours! Bailee was our assistant and very professional and helpful and efficient while allowing time to make selections on all 6 pairs. Very pleasant and helpful. Prices were great. I had 2 pairs of trifocals and several pairs with transitions and other extras and average for 6 pairs was only $163 each. If all 6 pairs were single lenses would have been lot less but we had an average savings of $84 on each of the six glasses! Will never go any place else for glasses! How can you do better with customer service and prices!!

They were great and I liked their selection of the cheaper glasses. They were actually done and ready in 25 minutes, both pairs of glasses. The only issue I could have if I were picky, would be the lenses of one of the pairs wasnt cut clean from fitting them into my glasses. Has some spots on the Left lens, not in view, but along the edge. Other than that they are professional and very nice. But heres a photo of the cut of the lenses.

Fast and I found a pair I liked for $40. My total for 2 pairs was about $350 with no insurance. 1 with cheaper lenses and 1 with the best lenses.Here was my visit. Ive been here twice. 15 minute wait the first time and no wait the second time. This visit, I got 2 pairs with different colors, so I have a backup if I brake or scratch one. Cheaper lenses in my 2nd pair so they were done in 30 minutes. The primary frames have the best lenses I can get. Single vision, not bifocals. They will take a week to order.

It is so hard to choose glasses when your eyes are dilated but eyemart employees are so amazing that they helped every step of the way and helped me choose 2 gorgeous pairs !

She helped me find two pairs of glasses that fit well and look really good, and her knowledge of what she was selling to me was very well presented. We go to Eyemart express for all our glasses and visual needs except for contacts. We really like it there it’s quick it’s easy not a lot of fussing, not a lot of cussing. Just a good product at a fair price and Tyler our representative, was extremely nice.

I would reccomend this EyeMart to anyone! I brought my prescription in that I had just gotten that day. When I walked in, I was greeted kindly and told where the womens glasses section was and that I could go ahead and start looking. I did, and when I wasnt finding anything easily, Tyler, an associate came over and recommended and had me try on several pairs of glasses and helped me find the right ones! He was very honest, polite, and down-to-earth. After I chose my glasses and paid, I gave my phone number and they sent me a text in only 8 minutes saying my glasses were made and ready to take home! I was thoroughly impressed and will be back. In fact, my fiance will be going there when he gets his next pair! 👓 Oh, and the price wasnt terrible with no vision insurance. Im very please with EyeMart.

I broke my glasses on Tuesday afternoon and went into Eyemart on Wednesday, picked out 2 sets of frames and sat down with the employee to figure out costs and such. Very friendly and helpful employees, the frames aren’t that expensive and they make your glasses for you so you don’t have to wait 2 weeks to get them sent off. I had to wait until about 10am the next day to get them since I went in at about 6pm Wednesday. Such a great store, I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else in the future! Highly recommend!

I have been going to Eyemart Express for the past 4 years. This time I was greeted and assisted by Barbara, the General Manager. She knows what she is talking about. She made me feel like I was the only customer in the store.I highly recommend this location. Its the best kept secret in Clarksburg.If you want great service, a large selection of eyeglasses to choose from and your glasses made the same day (usually within an hour).......look no further. Can I give less than 1 star? Never ever get glasses in less than an hour. Machine is always down so it takes several days. Ordered Monday was told Saturday by 4pm. Called to see and they broke a lens, and the machine went down again. Okay so Ive been waiting all day and you could t even call and say they wouldnt be ready.....I called and now they wont be ready until maybe tuesday....180 bucks and a kid who cant see because they are never prepared nor do they communicate with the customer. Maybe you all should retrain for customer service to say the very least so that we know we arent getting something by the time you promised.....***UPDATED 10/31/2018**I received a call from Jennifer, a manager at Eyemart. She was very friendly and customer orientated. She offered an amends to the situation and I feel better about the situation. I stopped in to get the 2/$28 deal as I’m using them as spares for my contacts. The selection was decent considering the price I was paying. I did however have a slight issue with the woman helping me. She kept telling me my frames were ‘value frames’ and my lenses were ‘just’ plastic. She must’ve told me this 7-8 times. She also referred to my lenses (due to the high rx) HOCKEY PUCKS! She said they’d be super thick in those value frames. Once I picked them up you can’t even tell how thick they are, they fit perfectly. Seems like they don’t want to sell the cheaper packages lol my glasses are perfect for what I use them for and just like last year, I’m sure I’ll go back again next year.

Great experience, affordable, and ultra-fast! My daughter had lost her glasses and her regular eye doctor takes about a week to get her glasses back. Not here! They took us right in and we were out the door with a new pair of glasses that same evening! Wow. Missy, our sales associate, took wonderful care of us and made the experience very pleasant. I took my grandchildren to Hovatters Zoo one Saturday and lost my glasses. I called Eyemart Express Monday morning. They got me in Tuesday afternoon at 2p. Horrible and such a waste of money. Bought name brand glasses. I was told they would be available within an hour. That eventually turned into 2 weeks then 4. When the glasses came in they were bent, one lens was sticking very far out of the frame, and the frame looked melted. They were able to put the lens back to the frame but completely ignored the fact that the frame appeared melted on one side. I was given the answer that I had one year warranty repeatedly yet no one would make the effort to apply that warranty. Very frustrating experience. They do offer discounts but the aggravation and messed up glasses are not worth it one bit.
