I dont usually write reviews unless they are truly earned and that is what Jesse at the Claremore store did. I took in my 90 year old mothersFLIP PHONE and he treated me like I had a very expensive phone. He replaced the phone and actually got me a better monthly service plan. I worked in Telecommunications for 25 years and know what a tough job it is but he was patient, professional and very friendly. Thanks Jesse, keep up the excellent service!

Have been using Metro for 2 yrs now. We have really good coverage with unlimited data. Great service! Just went in to upgrade our phones. Had a great customer experience with Jesse. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Well my husband used to carry insurance on his phone til the 1st time he needed it and we was broke back in 2017 was preg with twins. We stopped using insurance. Still had to pay. An upgrade price. A month ago his phone had long long long system update downloading. Called 1 800 they gave me manufacturer # they said shouldnt last more than 6hr tops. If the phone was didnt have cracked screen and if the battery wasnt removed they could get him a replacement for free because it was a default device. For $15 due to a manufacturer issue got same phone but new.With bundles and specials metro had had over 3 years we have received 2 additional likes for free from promotions. We have 4 lines unlimited everything okay $78 per month only downfall is we dont get hotspot for that would be an extra $30 per month. Aint bad. The signal in foyil sucks tho had to go all the way out to the street to pick up 1-2 bars phone in the air. Signal in Salina pretty good signal in Pryor has slow spots like slow. Peggs like foyils signal. Im Tulsa fast unless your by the hospitals st. Johns or Francis lil slow. If u live in a metal trailer sit next to a window or go outside. This isnt including 5g idk bout that. This store has some good employees they hustle bustle to get you what you want or dang near close. Weve used them since July 2017.; Signal isnt the stores fault. They could use a few more towers closer to Mayes, Rodgers, Craig counties. Especially since they have a location out this way.

Not a very happy camper right at the moment. T-MOBILE has taken over MetroPCS and has messed my service all up. Before I had great service everywhere my wife and I went. Anymore I cant get anything to do what its supposed to. From messages to calling, Facebook to Google. Considering changing service

This place will never get my service again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. We changed services to them on Sunday (4/7/19) on the premise that we would have better service. After spending close to $300 for services activation phones and cases once we returned to our place of residence we did NOT have service like we were told we would. We had to drive down the road to get any cell service. After coming back up to the store twice that same day and still no service they issued warranty phones and said it would be in on Monday. It wasnt. They then said it would be Tuesday. I went back up there Tuesday morning and it still wasnt in. I came back Tuesday afternoon and recieved the warranty phones. Got them activated went back to my residence and still no service. Same story as before. After doing network resets factory resets still had no service. Called the store and told them and told them I wanted a refund. I deserve to be made whole if Im not satisfied. They refused to give me a refund and told me they didnt do refunds and left me with 2 brand new locked phones cases and no cell service. I called customer support and told them what was going on and was told the dealer has to honor the satisfaction guarentee and would refund my money back for my devices. I get the agents info come back up here on Wednesday (4/10/19) and they still refused to give me a refund for my devices. The bosses didnt want to talk to me. The boss in charge refused to take charge and make ammends to the situation. Very poor customer service very poor customer satisfaction. They pocketed my money and left me with nothing. At least with my old cell phone service I had service. It sucked but at least I had signal. If you know whats good for you do NOT purchase anything from this store in Claremore ok. I called customer support yet again today (Wednesday) and filed several reports against this dealer and the type of business they are running. You are better off with services through cricket or straight talk.

Terrible customer service!they need pull security cameras on employee Jeremy he yelling at his coworkers on customer service on top of his lungs because of ladys accent talking about popping candy yelling customers for taking up for other employee he was being racist to! The ladys coworkers are sweet awesome the lol boy Jeromy yall need to investigate!

Had an issue with the billing and the young lady working the front kept talking over me and would not let me explain what the issue was. Kept telling me the bill wasnt due until the 28th of Feb even though I was showing her the text said cut-off was on the 27th. Basically told me the text from the company was incorrect. I explained that it was shut off the day before the last day of the month (in January.) She just would not listen and kept saying it wont get shut off. Was too busy worrying about what her friend brought her to drink from QT, I guess. Oh well... Millennials.

OF STAFF If I could have gave a -0 I definitely wouldve the last two foreigners I talked to was rude as hell and then on top of that he hung up in my face #julio and oh lets not talk about the whole rebate thing this is the 2nd time metro PCs has screwed me out of my rebates but in more so pissed because of this $11 dollar charge thats on my bill and they think Im gonna pay for this $11 that couldnt no body ell me where the hell it was coming from l may look stupid but I promise you Im far from dumb that was metro PCS will talk ignorant we (us americans ) like we dont speak english last time, last time e I recall im full blood American I speak clear proper English but dont pissy with me because I have to say huh ever other word well you all need to invest in so ROSETTA STONES WITH all of our REBATES HELL I 5 OF THEM But better yet dont worry Im calling channel 2 FOX 23 NEWS AND CHANNEL 8 KTUL NEWS!
