After 2 frustrating days trying to transfer our parents phone to their new home 1/4 mile away, we stopped in this store and were greeted by a manager, Kaitlynn. While landlines are not her usual line of business, she listened to our issues and invited us to sit while she went above and beyond, making calls to direct us where we needed to go. I came to Claremore’s AT&T store seeking better help than what I received from Pryor’s store. I definitely received it! I came one afternoon and found them to be incredibly busy, and despite that Todd was still excellent help and incredibly friendly! Because my issue couldn’t be fixed in one day I came back the next and Todd and Zach were helped me then! Both still very kind, patient, understanding and very informative! I will definitely always be coming back to this store because of their incredible staff!!

Kaitlyn was our service rep. She did an awesome job going over every detail of the service. She helped my mom and I port over 5 phone lines. She stayed with us and helped us figure out exactly what we needed. The best part to me is just how pleasant she was to talk with. Customer service is seriously lacking in Claremore. I am thankful for her time and effort!

Katelynn at the Claremore AT&T store was SUPER HELPFUL with us buying phones and transferring from our old phones.

After a long stressful day, Trey was terrific. He was exactly what we needed, patient and attentive. After having problem after problem at another store, he got us fixed right up quickly and efficiently. He even stayed late after they were closed and couldn’t have been any nicer. All staff was super friendly!!!!

Just had one of the best customer service experiences ever! Josh was courteous, professional and knowledgeable and so very patient while helping my mom and I sign her up for a new account, change her television service and select a new phone. I had stopped using ATT several years ago out of frustration with this local store. The culture was so different today and I am SO HAPPY that we have this store in our community!

Ty has a wealth of knowledge with technology and great customer service. He did not waste anytime messy around with my upgrade. I believed I was there less than an hour. We went in today to get a new phone. CJ was amazing! He answered all of my questions. He was so knowledgeable about the phones we were looking at. He was also very personable. We felt like we had made a new friend by the time we left. All of the employees were super helpful and friendly. They all answered questions and gave recommendations.

We had some huge issues come up while trying to update our phones through the AT&T customer service number. Went into the store, almost in tears due to the level of frustration I had from the numerous phone calls with the att 1-800 reps. Ty was able to investigate and solve the problems created by the corporate customer service reps. I can’t thank him enough!! They spent hours working to resolve multiple problems! The patience and understanding Ty exhibited was beyond my greatest expectations! He is the true meaning of what all customer service reps should be!!

Ty, Todd and Zach provided the best service and experience we have ever received from AT&T. We drive past other AT&T stores just to come to this one.

AT&T shut my phone off because they said it was a 3G phone (it wasnt) So I had to go into the store and get a new Sim card. When I asked the guy if I would lose my contacts when he switched over to the new Sim card he said no, but I did lose my contacts because the guy at the store didnt know what he was talking about.Unnecessary trouble caused by AT&T on top of poor customer service

I would have upgraded my phone today but the parking lot is full of ice and no way to get in the store without breaking a bone! Other businesses I was in today had their lots cleared of ice or at least had ice melt down!

We had an AWESOME experience with Mikah!We bought a new phone through Apple and were locked out, so we came to our nearest AT&T store. After being on the phone with Apple Support for 30 mins with Mikah, they were no help, but Mikah tried multiples times and never gave up, and he figured out the probelm!! The rep I dealt with at this store didn’t talk to me about replacement options I had for my phone that was broken. I didn’t find out this was something I could have done until after I had made a new phone replacement and bought additional items. I may have gone ahead and bought this phone anyway, but it would have been nice to know ALL of my options. I felt it was a bit deceptive on the salesman’s part.The manager who greeted me was great. I did get a good replacement phone. My bill is of course still AT&T outrageous.

At&t, is a fun place to work but I got let go from here, because its higher ups believe it is better to hire sharks than it is to keep someone with roots to the town and its people that delivers real customer support. They look at a spreadsheet to figure out what kind of employees they have in store instead of visiting stores and getting to know the real people inside them. Service is great but the higher ups are corrupt. I recommend a different carrier.

Im not much of an AT&T fan. We switched from US Cellular. Our phones of choice are Samsung. Samsungs were buy one get one free. They were out of them and we were told if we bought an off brand they would buy them back as soon as the Samsungs came in and we could have our Samsungs for the same deal. WRONG!!!!!! They did not honor their deal and now were stuck with phones that only they sell. Theyre the most horrible phones ever. The accessories are very expensive and they have a mind of their own. I would never ever recommend AT&T phone service or Direct TV to anyone. Were stuck until the phones are paid off. Their services are expensive!!!!!!!

I was very impressed with this store. They were unable to supply what my mother was requesting at this time.(internet in the boondocks)But the staff went out of their way to be helpful, kind and considerate. A shout-out to Ty who assisted us. My you be blessed in all you do. You deserve it.

Blake and his team figured out a problem that was created by another store in another state. Not that it was their fault as this is a new issue that is plaguing cellular engineers currently worldwide. Blake was diligent and persistent until he figured out a work around for my dual SIM issue. Two lines functional and couldnt be happier. Id definitely recommend!

Experience was nice. Salesperson was very accommodating. Had called in to Customer service twice before to get phone bill lowered from 189 a month and was told it had been handled. ATT lied and my bill was the same next month. So i called back in a 2nd time and was told it was handled and would be @ 120 a month. Lied to again! Next bill was 157! Went in person to an ATT store and had it lowered to @ 100 a month. Lied to again! 187 a month! The 3 strike rule applies here and ATT can stick their business where the sun don’t shine!
