The barista named Kelly here was an absolute sweetheart and I feel bad not being able to tip her on either card or cash anywhere. I hope Kelly and the other baristas in this location (and many other locations as well) get their well deserved tips!!!

The staff are all super friendly--on more than one occasion theyve let me use the bathroom or given me a cup of water without asking me to buy anything. Plus its just a nice environment to work, with a nice patio out front.

I always get a carmal frap with a affogato add shot and the barista who claims to be the manager stated that it was a hazard to put shot on top of the whip and that it goes under the whip and wanted to train her barista the correct way plus it is harder for them to do. Now I had previously worked for Starbucks for 3 years. 2nd top store in Pomona. My manager Jessica trained us that it goes on top of the whip. Never heard of it being a hazard because of the lid. Never ever have I had any other Starbucks tell this regarding the way I wanted my shot. I also called the first top Starbucks in Pomona and never heard about the hazard regarding affogato shot on top of the whip all though sometimes baristas put it under the whip. But she has been trained to put on top of whip never heard of it being a hazard because of lid. Note all I wanted was shot on top of whip. There’s this girl at Starbucks I wish I knew her name, she always wears a beanie, she’s super beautiful but she is the only one there that makes the best pink drinks she’s super sweet

Super nice crew. I love the new Brown Sugar Oat milk and Espresso drink. If they run out of Oat milk try it with Almond milk instead. Its great 😊

Missed it for so long! I appreciate the personal service, that they have relatively low staff turnover, and that those folks make an effort to get to know regular customers — by name, and their usual drink order.

This is my favorite Starbucks. The staff is friendly and skilled. Best of all though is they take safty precautions seriously.

Super rude, was greeted by the mask police in your store on 7-07-2020 at 10:15 am. Will make sure I tell everyone I know not to visit your establishment just due to the fact youre employees are super rude. I explained to them I could not medically wear a mask and as a part of HIPPA and ADA they can not ask me or refuse service you just lost my business and many others.

Claremont was quite busy as it was day before Valentines day & Presidents weekend but I got lucky parking right 6 steps from door.I happen to like their over roasted coffee, some people dont.

I hate that they dont have bigger size drinks.

This is hands down the best Starbucks Ive ever been to! I wish Id gotten her name but a sweet young lady (really ling black hair) went out if her way to make sure I was totally happy w/my drink. I went in for happy hour and the guy helping me out seemed new. But he was super friendly and amiable.

Staff are very nice, never had a messed up order. I am lactose intolerant and there is one barista in particular who not only took that seriously but even told me which syrups and powders to avoid which was a first for me after years of being a Starbucks customer.

Newly remodelled inside. Looks great! I have been coming here for a few years now. I have always received great and timely service.

Its a fairly average Starbucks. High foot traffic, a bit messy. Single bathroom. Friendly service. Limited seating and outlets.

I visited this morning after work had an 1 hr and 1/2 to wait for my train so I walked over n ordered a strawberry lemon drink and it was delicious. Very attentive staff.

Solid Starbucks location that has both indoor and outdoor seating. WiFi, power outlets, and comfortable chairs make it a good place to spend some time sipping your coffee and having a snack. The bathroom requires a code for entrance - simply ask one of the friendly staff and theyll provide it!

Perfection. The Professional and Friendly staff work like a well oiled machine. The Store is Spotless even during morning or lunch rush. Possibly my favorite store in California.

Small, clean and convenient. Surprised there was no line at 730 am, but certainly a steady stream of customers. No drive-through probably helps this spot from being over run. Given the proximity to the Claremont colleges, Im sure at certain times of day it is packed, but apparently not at 730am on a Monday. I would warn that parking is likely extremely challenging during busier parts of the day as it shares spots with a bank and the downtown Claremont area.

Very friendly! Staff went the extra mile and looked in back to double check stock. Cashier was very informed and kind. Quick preparations of food and drink.

The staff at this Starbucks is fantastic. One of the employees noticed me mentioning to my coworker that my stomach was really bothering me so I was debating on getting a hot mint tea to calm it down. I got to the register, ordered the tea and when I pulled out my money to pay, the employee told me it was on the house!!! I was floored by the generosity. My coworker comes here all the time so when he couldnt make it up there one day I described my coworker to the staff and they immediately knew who he was and what to make for him. Its experiences like this that make Claremont the best town around.

The staff is very friendly greeting me by name. And service is prompt even when very busy especially on Friday afternoons. My food and drink orders are done to my specifications. And when I want something different than my usual staff recommendations are excellent. They know the products and what pairs well with what.

No tall straws! The regular white and green envelope straws dont fit well on the venti size cups, unless you take off the lid!Friendly staff. Very crowded.

They only offer nut milks rather than nut creamers. I am not a big fan of their coffee.

Great place to stop and get coffee after a 3 mile walk. Small cozy shop,can get crowded and a bit slow. Good atmosphere. Sundays theres a farmers market. And live music from various Street artist. Downtown Claremont has come a long way since I moved here. Good places to have Dinner of all varieties.

My go-to local Starbucks! Situated in the heart of the Claremont village, its great to get a drink here and enjoy the atmosphere offered by the city. Parking can be difficult on weekends, but the baristas are always friendly and the drinks always top notch.

The Starbucks family has always been great here. Typical Starbucks.Pros: Lots of space to meet and work with a large outside patio with tables, chairs, benches, and a good amount of parking.Cons: No plugs for running or charging your devices. 3 times I have had crossed the path of older pretentious Claremont Residences who have been exceptionally rude as they speak and interact with staff and myself.

Great local Starbucks store with good workers who try to please and remember the regulars. Hard to find parking at times but they are located in the Claremont Village so that is expected.

Great location in the lower-midst of The Village in Claremont... one of the better corporate sites, with complimentary WiFi service as well. Various coffees, teas & other drinks are included, and pastries, cookies, et al. round out the menu. Highly recommended.
