Wow! You cant find everything you need here, but if you want to save an average of $100 per shopping trip, shop here first. I recommend hitting up the 99 cent store, then grocery outlet and then Walmart. If you do your shopping this way, you can shave hundreds off your grocery bill. The fact is, your grocery spending is second only to your mortgage or rent, so cutting expenses here can quickly add up!

Excellent employees, however management is terrible, no enforcement of masks and good deals arent worth the delta variant. Enforce masks, not coming back till then.

They wont let you use the restroom. They say it is because covid but everyone else around there does. The fruits and veggies is why I went and they were not good but I have to say all of the employees were so nice. Amazing cutomer service. You can tell the problem with this store is from higher up not the employees.

Decent vegan selection and prices are very good on most items just watch for expiration dates.

Its great. Deals are decent. Random As seen on TV items line some shelves, I seem to always find something I didnt know I came in for, just getting down to the aisles I did need stuff from. Makes shopping a little more fun. Plus not having 19 different brands of the same stuff is actually refreshing to me. I dont care which lunch meat company produced it. I just care if it looks and tastes like what I wanted. Maybe you are similar, maybe not, but its a good place to do some quick pick ups for me.

They put 15 cent bag charge under apparel. That means that the bags arent free for people with EBT. Sneaky! The bread cost as much as the regular store. The soup was less. You have to know regular prices on things in order to get a bargain. Check the expiration dates too.

Bad rude service here. I got no help from the cashier load my groceries into my cart. She wasnt even busy. No greetings of any kind. She was silent the whole time with me. Is this a race thing??? Does she have a problem with my ethnicity??? Not a friendly place to shop.

Its not like other big grocery stores so theyre gonna have limited product. I just expected MORE I suppose. I wasnt blown away but gave them 3 stars because it was clean, good parking and plenty of carts and apparently I saved $48. Compared to who or what, I dont know.

Not too shabby. The staff was split (poopy and nice). The store was clean and the shelves were stocked. It did look a bit slapdash in spots, but everything was tidy.

My second trip to this store ever. There are some good deals here if you really look, although i cant really see much of an over all difference in price from other discount grocers.But the atmosphere is nice and Im shocked at the large wine and beer Dept(the price of beer nowadays is crazy).I can see myself visiting this store more often as I like the mom and pop feel of things.

Store has a huge variety of amazing things for a good price. I love shopping here. However today one of the cashiers was super disrespectful to my daughters. My 14 year old daughter had her face mask on but nose was open because she has asthma and couldnt breathe. She told her Mam put on your mask, and tell your kid Which wasnt her kid but her 6 year old sister that isnt required to wear a mask. We were paying for our food. She told her again Put on your mask everyone in the store has it on. But the people next to us, their kid didnt have any mask on. She didnt say anything to them. I didnt want to cause any drama so we paid for the food and left. I would love for the Manger to talk to the cashiers about having respect for their customers especially kids.

This store shines, always clean with well stocked shelves, no mean trick given todays troubled supply chain.

This Groceey Outlet location is easy to spot from road, next to Petco. Fairly clean store and parking lot. They have a really well stocked store.

In reno the one I went to was like family you know I went there all the time come rain or shine! I can see the smiles behind these darn masks 😷 and at this store I have found some pretty friendly people I like that because it makes one a repeat customer. This store has a nice variety I find the things I like here! I like coming here, I recommend this store. Grocery outlet is where I was turned onto maca root. They have a wide variety of natural whole foods with health benifits i was unaware of. I like to try new things and there is always something new there. Plus they have a wide range of good wines. New wines to try.👍

Interesting place wine is a hit or miss but fun to try I like the unique food options but again open up your restrooms. How does it make sense for the public to be in your store touch everything in site but not use your restroom. Are you wiping off every package or product in your store everyday?? I dont think so. Bathrooms are easy to clean and keep up and have never been more clean. Please do us all a favor and open them up this is getting to be ridiculous. Thank you.

Employees are always nice and helpful. Clean store. Great deals but its kinda like Ross or Big Lots in that it carries close outs. Dont expect to find the same thing here twice and even items in their sales ads sell out so you cant count on those being there either. Use it to supplement your regular grocery trip not in place of it. Oh, and their 99 cent bags are the reusable sturdiest grocery bags out there and they are cute.

The place was busy but all the check stands were open. it never bothers me when all the employees are working and I have to wait for one or two people in line. Prices here are always reasonable. They also have safety barriers.

First time visiting this store. The store was bigger than the ones Ive been in and man it was CLEAN. Ill be back.

This place is so great!! I got 6 bags of food, dairy, meat, baked goods, drinks, snacks, eggs for $60. !! And its mostly organic, healthy food. I look for specials- theyre everywhere-and I get so much for my money!!

If you remember that it is an outlet store and that you will not find everything there then you will like this store. The staff are friendly and efficient. The prices on somethings are incredible. Like any store you have to pick and choose

I love grocery outlet. Theres always a bargain to be found. Last time I was here, I found heavily discounted Adells Chicken Sausage. The time before that, it was steaks. Come early to get the most deals.

Always friendly staff with a good rotating selection, bad if you’re looking for something specific but perfect if you’re willing to try something different and get it for a steal. Clean and enjoyable atmosphere.

Groce-Out is the best for random cheap snacky things. If I buy enough garbage, the family doesnt crave delivery. Saves me a ton of money and keeps everyone content.

Prices are awesome yes.. but they need to work on correctly putting price tags on the right product.. and specially customer service! I had the cashier and manager of the store rolling their eyes at me and giving me attitude noises... because I asked them to check the price.. usually customers are always right when it’s the stores mistake but these two ladies were just so rude and disrespectful towards me, i has to just walk out. I go to this grocery outlet at least twice a week.. but not going here anymore.

I had a very good shopping experience today at Grocery Outlet. I was looking for instant oatmeal since me and my birds love to eat it for breakfast. I found great deal on instant oatmeal. It was a very fancy kind Quaker real medleys super grains oatmeal banana walnut. It costs $1.99. I bought 2 packages. Each package has 5 packets. I cant wait to try them. As always good deals, very healthy and at discount price!
