I was in a few weeks ago and had a great experience, this was my first time getting contacts with them and the process went fairly quick. The do tors assist was very friendly and made sure the contacts fit well. I was then helped by Kristine, she was amazing, she made sure i used my benefits to their fullest potential. Kristine had great energy for it being close to the end of the day and honestly made my day. Thank you!

My daughter was in desperate need of new glasses since hers have been broken in the middle twice over. The Exam was quick and painless. While picking up her new frames Terasa welcomed us with open arms. She was very professional and friendly. She gave her honest opinion on frames to pick and and was very knowledgeable about the thickness and best options for my daughter. Once we were done and were checking out she asked to see my daughters broken glasses one last time, took them to the back and came back with some donated frames so my daughter wouldnt be embarrased to go to school with broken frames. We both were very touched and walked out of there in tears and very grateful to have met someone with such a kind heart.if you ever get the chance to go to eyeglass world, i hope you get helped by Teresa as well. We loved our experience there!

This was my first experience with Stanton, and it will be my last. The exam itself was fine. Due to the pandemic half of the exam was done via teleprompter. After the exam I was told my prescription would be ready in about 10 minutes.I waited and waited, and watched people with appointments after me get helped with glasses and leave. There were store employees talking amongst themselves and ignoring me sitting there waiting for over an hour to be helped. I finally had enough and walked up to the counter requesting my prescription so I could get glasses elsewhere and to be checked out.The lady helping me was understanding and was able to refresh the screen, pull my prescription and check me out.I was there almost 2 hours all told, and in the end left with no glasses purchased. I had 3 frames picked out to purchase, but preferred to leave empty handed after the lack of care shown by the staff. No one came to check on us, or find out why we were sitting and waiting for so long.Horrible service, though everyone was nice, I was left feeling invisible. I had to go up and act demanding to get any help at all, and that is not the way I want to act or feel. The gentleman assisting with my exam was the exception, too bad he couldnt help with my glasses as well.I would not recommend Stanton to anyone personally. Unfortunate as the prices and selection are nice.

The staff here are absolutely fantastic. Super down to earth, great selection, and just overall an awesome experience... would highly recommend to anyone else needing glasses.

As a person who works in customer service, I value representatives that take their time and are patient with their customers. I must have asked 100 questions and Nicole was extremely patient and informative. Her manager Trenady was exceptionally nice and helpful. I will return!

I got a way better deal with another company who actually gives the advertised price to their customers! You need to train your staff better on the offers you advertise! Just a suggestion! ⭐️This place nickel and dimes you to death once your in the door! I thought I would give them a try and I honestly should have listened to the reviews. They advertise one thing and once you go in it’s a whole different price and story! I won’t be surprised if they go out of business with those crazy prices their asking very soon! Don’t believe the deals that they are advertising cause there all BS!

Not a good experience overall. At the 3 week mark they called to say the new glasses were damaged. Right. and now I wait another 3 weeks. So go somewhere else.Thanks for the response Nancy an actual email address would have been helpful! I want a full refund so I can go to Costco.

Had a fantastic experience from the exam to the glasses. The gentleman Chris was awesome, very knowledgeable and efficient. We were very pleased with the end product. Even remembered us when we came back. Definitely will go back.

Bad service, glasses were not done when promised and they never called to tell me they were done. The people there dont help at all.

I was disappointed with the serviceI did get refund for the glasses I did not pick up...I feel the information was poor and would tell others ask lots of questions before you buy or vist the office....when I was waiting for refund I was surprise how the sales representative who help me did not talk to me and maybe save the sale of glasses and ask why I wanted a refund 😑

Super quick service got my glasses the same day and only paid 78 dollars for 2 perscription glasses!!!!! Highly recommend this over Stanton Optical!!! Any day!!!

There customer service is FANTASTIC. Worked patiently with me every time I was in the office. They just wanted to make sure I was happy with the final products. The doctor was great! Best eye testing

Fast, friendly service. From the eye exam (Kay and Dr Nguyen) to the picking out of frames, everyone was patient and attentive. Really helpful and knowledgeable. The whole experience took just over an hour and a half. The selection of frames was decent. We were told 10 days until our 4 pairs of glasses would be ready but we’re called the same day and told they’d be ready in three. Awesome service.

Bad experience here for me, Dr Nguyen gave me a prescription that didnt fix my problem and told her about this and she said was because of my age, weird because I only needed to renew my prescription and didnt have problems before, so went back and forth for 20 days changing my prescription without rechecking my measurements, no luck couldnt see clearly at all, fed up went to another doctor and walk out seeing clearly so I went back to eyeglass to request a refund, this nice lady Danielle told me her manager was going to call me as soon her vacation was over, wrote my information on a post it and here I am 2 weeks later and still waiting for that call! People go somewhere else theres nothing worse than a doctor that wont listen to their patients, that can do more damage on your eyes.

Staff is very kind and helpful. But, an especially big shoot out to Kay who went out of her way to find me a pair of my glasses that had been discontinued that I loved. Second time buying glasses from them and will be back because they take care of their customers!

When you are in their store they are friendly and everything will go smoothly but dont be surprise if you get an unexpected bill from them after 6 months. They dont have any idea how to check/work with insurance policies. When I was in their store they told me Im totally covered and now I have to pay for a frame that I didnt need it in first place. I would give them 0 star if I could!

One nose pad fell off, and I had just come from a Stanton Optical, who said they could not touch my glasses because I hadnt bought them there. I found Eyeglass World and decided to see if they could. The minute I opened the door I was greeted with smiles and Can I help you? by three different people who all turned around when they heard the door open. I explained why I was there, and 3 minutes later I have new nose pads, tightened screws, and clean lenses, for no charge! To me, that kind of experience deserves 6 stars!

EDIT: Came in at 9AM, cheerfully greeted and didnt get a hard sell. Michael Kors is apparently all the rage but a bit out of my budget. Got 2 pairs of bifocals at 3:30 that afternoon. Lenses are high quality and I see better than with the economy glasses Ive gotten online. You get what you pay for. One of the frames had a loose screw and lens came loose. Took the pair in and got them cheerfully fixed while I waited. When it comes to buying eyeglasses cheaper is not better. Shop local.

Newer to the area, it came time to refill my contact prescription. Looked around a bit on google and decided to give Eyeglass world a try.GLAD I DID! As soon as I came in I was greated and led to where I needed to be. Surrounded by smiling faces the entire time.The doctor took time to find the right prescription and when things were just off a little double and triple checked if it could improve.Summary: Went in just needing contacts. Left seeing better than I have in over a Decade. Found everyone to be nothing but helpful.Definitely recommend!

The entire team at this location are amazing professionals, very knowledgeable and accommodating. I have to mention Danniel who took such good care of me and Denise who is also so helpful. I am an evacuee from the Paradise, CA Camp Fire. I needed glasses asap among a million other things. I cant tell you how courteous and knowledgeable the folks were at Eyeglass World. My glasses were ready in just 3 1/2 days and I couldnt be happier. They did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing glasses.

I visited Eyeglass World in need of prescription sunglasses. The frame selection for ALL glasses is great. I was greeted with a smile by Denise(I hope I spelled that right) Denise was outstanding with her help and professionalism. She was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Eyeglass World has a large verity of sunglass frames. I chose the Oakley frames. I received my sunglasses in 4 BUSINESS DAYS! WOW! I was greeted again with a bright smiling face by another young lady to pick them up. I didn’t get her name. My visit was brief. I hope this place treats their employees well because they are all valued assets who deserve it! Thank you Eyeglass World!

3 days ago, I got a call that 2 of my 3 pair of glasses were ready. I can live with that. I get here and they have one pair, not two but point out that “he’s finishing your second pair right now”. They blame it on Covid and shipping but their lab is on their premises so how does that work exactly. You can only blame so much of your incompetence on COVID-19

I dont like eyeglass shopping. Ive had broken glasses for about 3 months because I was dreading replacing them.Then I came to this Eyeglass World when I was passing thru town with a few hours to kill.These guys are AWESOME. My interaction with every employee here was positive (especially Kay, Mark, and Dannielle). I had a unique situation in that I needed the glasses SAME day because I was passing thru town. They delivered.Thanks to my experience here, you guys have earned me as a lifetime customer!

The customer service was amazing and they make you feel lile padt of a family there! Everyone was so nice to my young son, who struggles with adhd, social anxieties, and a sensory disorder. He usually doesnt let people touch or get neat his head or ears and they were so patient with him and made him feel comfortable. Plus he broke his last pair of glasses and wasnt able to see or do school work, and they make them there, so you dont have to wait the normal time 2-3 weeks for them to be made!
