Drink was just what i ordered and tasted good!

I visit this location, once a week in the morning.. when I travel into Sacramento! Never disappoints. Always fast @the drive thru. Nice service. Has yet to mess up any of my orders!

Special requests no problem! Cold foam on bottom of blended green tea latte the best!!

Great service. Iris, the manager, always makes our handicapped employees feel welcome. We appreciate her and her whole staff.

Ordered a green tea with sweetener came with no sweeteners

Staff here is always friendly, have not had any issues with any of my orders. Drive-thru line can sometimes be a little long so going in to pickup your order rather than doing the line may save you a little time if youre in a rush.

This is where I spend my breaks, theyre always polite and their baristas always make their drinks perfectly. ☕

I like this Starbucks. Their service is usually pretty good. Most often the staff are friendly. I usually order via the app and pick my order up to go; that’s very convenient. It will be nice when you can sit down and stay awhile again.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Always out of food items no matter the time of day and the drive thru is extremely slow. Staff is nice and friendly.

Theyve got coffee. Be nice leave a buck or two. Id bet whomever hands your order to you cant afford to buy the coffee there on minimum wage unless its ten cents on the dollar for employees. Highly unlikely. A friend of mine likes to trip out the car behind him and pay their order if you want some good karma try that one too.

Great service. But I ordered a pumpkin spice creme steamer and they gave me a iced pumpkin spice creme. I think they read my order wrong on the screen I guess I should order in person rather than on the app. Anyone else have this problem?

Walk in service. Everyone was nice. Was asked how I was doing. I could feel the smiles through the masks. Not my normal Starbucks location but if in the area again, I’ll stop here again. Great job Starbucks employees!

Unfortunately the Starbucks has about a 60% success rate that correctly making even simple drinks.Update: I’ve tried it the again for the last two days. We are currently at a 0 out of 2. Dropping them from a 3 star to a 1.

Delicious foods and beverages. My favorite is the reduced fat Turkey bacon and Strawberry Refresher. Friendly Baristas. I wish this Starbucks store would consider more comfortable seating. Five stars!!

Zero since of urgency. Line is always wrapped around the parking lot. Would love to come here as it’s only a minute or two from my home. Waiting 30 min for a cup of coffee just isn’t worth it. Drive 5 minutes up the street to Madison and Fair oaks and they actually care to get people out in a timely manner. Do better Starbucks... come on.

It was ok. My drink wasnt extra hot like I requested. The drive thru was super long so I decided to go in. Didnt make a difference. Theyre were about 4 orders in front of me and the ee started asking what everyone ordered with the exception of me. She did state theyre printer wasnt working. Understand. But when she finished everyones order in front of me she still didnt acknowledge me for a couple of minutes until she did. She wasnt happy and I felt it thru the attitude in her voice. I understood they were busy and printer broke down so I get it. But it still makes you feel some kind of way especially when you are being empathetic and being sweet as pie. They didnt do well on making my drink so that and only that is the reason I wont be back to this location.

One of the few places with outside tables to meet with friends in the covid-19 era. I took away one star because they dont let you know outside when your drink is ready.

This was the first time I came to this Starbucks and it will be my last. I came in and was the only customer in the lobby at the time and the employees were standing around talking. After they finally took my order, they continued talking and standing around. There was one guy making the drinks for the drive through and he was the only one working. He made about 10 drive through drinks before he finally started making mine. When he was done with it he tossed it onto the counter in my direction without saying a word to me or even looking at me. I had to ask for a straw and it was difficult to get their attention yet again and it was apparently a major inconvenience that I needed a straw. Definitely was not worth my time or money. Very poorly run and very rude and incompetent employees.

Usually do drive thru here. Baristas are nice, efficient. Typical Starbucks.

The establishment was very clean and presentable. Welcoming. Ive come to expect a very friendly staff working efficiently every time I frequent this particular Starbucks. Reasonably priced and close to my home and places of leisure. The music is pleasant and at a reasonable Volume for food and drink service business. Great place to meet a friend.

Love all the different drinks - something for everyone. Mine have been delish every time.

If luda had been there it would have been a great experience like it usually is. Customer service was Just not the this time. The man that helped us was rude, they were out of grilled cheese instead of telling me that he just rang us up for the drink and cake pops did get my name so I waited for drink. Then were ordered a breakfast sandwich it got cooked and set somewhere else we had to ask for it. I come here allot during the week now that their open again. If Luda is working I will stop if not I will go somewhere else from now on.

Good customer service, but dont order a straight black coffee, instead go to the Chase Bank they have black coffee for free and its better then Starbucks.

Bad customers service and poor management, I went their three times lately and they have the same issue their payment pin bad was not working correctly, the question how long it takes to fix nor replace it and stop wasting the customers time . Also three times I told them plz make my drink with light ice but they insisted to fill it with ice?!

So, I just stopped by for a Venti White Chocolate Mocha with Coconut milk and no one seemed to want to wait on me. There were three staff persons engaged in a conversation, there was no one in line and no one in the drive through. Additionally, none of staff were working on drink orders. In fact two of the staff members left the front area and went into a side room. Very odd for the level of customer service I receive at my home location.So, when I was finally acknowledged, I just asked to use the restroom. Thats it. Will never purchase anything from this location.

This Starbucks has a nice amount of seating. Inside and out. Its always clean and the workers are friendly. They host Deaf Socials which is great for ASL students and the Deaf community

Usually great at this location. However, I ordered online for takeout, the website said takeout and drive thru open only. They also had the this location open for online orders for pickup through the app. I order, show. Line around the block in drive thru, call to have them bri g my paid for and made drink out. Pickup, I was told was not available.

You simply do not do enough to make sure your customers are satisfied.At 1 in the afternoon it should not take 15 minutes just to get through the drive-thru. And if it does you should Mark off part of the overall price as any good business would do and my past experiences at other Starbucks have done for me. Good business keeps good customers coming back. But to have to wait 5 times longer than you should and not even simply getting a sorry it took so long its pathetic for any business for that matter, the Starbucks is located fairly close to my house however I will not be coming back because you simply do not do enough to make sure your customers are satisfied

Been a customer for ever great Starbucks

This is my favorite Starbucks in a 5 mile radius. They always make my drink the exact same way and Im never disappointed. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. The one drawback is their drive thru is usually pretty busy and slow. Sometimes you get lucky.

I have come to this Starbucks repeatedly and I think I can give a fair review. No matter what whenever I go here they are extremely slow. You would think since they are going slower they would make the drinks really well, but no they dont. My orders are repeatedly incorrect from this location. I go here because its the closest to me but I think Im going to finally give up and drive the extra mile to the one on Madison. That one is awesome!

Went through the drive thru to get some help starting my day. The line was surprisingly short and the service was quicker than anticipated.Usually (and the two times Ive passed by afterward) the line is about four to five cars deep.Coffee was hot and flavorful. Always appreciate the smiles from the staff.

As Starbucks can be wildly inconsistent from one outlet to another, let me state that the crew here has never been anything but stellar. Friendly, smiling, and always happy to help. That they are amused by my trio of beagles, helps.

I arrive 30 minutes before closing they have no pastries out don’t want to help you with pastries or food. I asked them to grind my coffee they said sorry my grinder is broken, but somehow still have house coffee. You have to grind the coffee to have coffee. Pretty upset with this visit

My coffee is always made just perfect and the kids that work there always greet me by my name.

Baristas are so nice and always make a great drink

The advantage of Starbucks is consistency. You get what you order and its pretty much the same wherever you are. Also nice is that many Starbucks are drive-through which is handy on my way to work or when the kids are in the car-seats.

They were very nice but we asked for our drink iced and we got it hot. I know orders dont always come out perfect but it seems to happen a lot with Starbucks.

The drive through, while convenient, can be slower than just parking and going inside. The place has a great staff and is well maintained, so its worth going to if youre in a pinch for some lattes. Its not as crowded as other Starbucks in the area, which is great if you need to get some reading done

Just started working here, and loving it. Ive been working in food service for a little over two years now, and Ive never been treated with so much respect. The workers and manager have been so personable and kind hearted, wanting to make sure Im really understanding the Starbucks way of doing things. Being one the busiest Starbucks in the district, they have really gone out of their way to make sure Im comfortable in such a fast pace environment. They truely care about their workers, just as much as their customers: remaking drinks with out question, doing their best to make things right for the customer, always.

Unfortunately, I didnt get the cashiers or the baristas name but both were super friendly and quick. There were a good handful of people but it wasnt jammed packed, no wait and available seating for me and my 3 yr old date.

Just what I needed to go painting for the day!

The barista argued with me on whether a drink was made correctly. I ordered two of the same thing except one was smaller. They were two completely different colors...once I got all the way home the person that I got the other drink for said it tasted weird.

Im a Seattle Native & a Starbucks regular. Unfortunately, since moving to this area, this Starbucks is the most convenient for my weekend schedule. I think I can count on one hand the amount of times theyve gotten my drink RIGHT. Its like they dont read the label & make drinks however they want. Seriously inconsistent, a big Starbucks no no. People are friendly, which is why I gave them a second star. Do yourself a favor & keep driving to find another location.

Clean, fast paced, organized, fast drive thru, Great SERVICE and consistent drinks. One of the better Bucks around here. A welcome addition to the neighborhood. A+++

I have been a customer for awhile now. I like the caramel frappachino because it has a hint if coffee flavor not too strong....usually. This last week or so Ive been given a drink with a very strong coffee taste, so strong I cant taste anything else. If I wanted strong coffee I would order such or go to Dutch Bros. Not sure if all Starbucks have changed the drink or if its someone new making them but I think I will pass for awhile. Thats my only complaint. The customer service is good and quick.

This store has a great location. The drinks are always as expected and the staff are always kind. The only reason for 4 stars is the drive through is typically a 10+ minute wait. It is typically faster to walk in.

Over price but great help. A little slow but cheerful service

Waited 20 minutes in a drive thru line with 2 cars ahead of me... When I got my coffee they managed to mess it up. The barista was not apologetic at all. Taking my money elsewhere done with this coffee shop.

I had a peaceful time there with a free large water and the Wi-Fi is great as always, it was my laptop who wouldnt connect, their fault 😀

Starbucks is always consistent in the products they serve but this location is consistently SLOW! I have been stuck in the drive thru with only 3 cars in front of me for 26 minutes before - with no apology. Theyve increased their staff but that seems to have no effect on their ability to serve drive through customers quickly. Service inside is quicker so if youre in a hurry, park and walk in.

Everyone that works here is always in a GREAT mood, happy to serve theyre customers. Very personable, know customers by name & the best Starbucks Ive ever visited.

Always plenty of seating and the employees are friendly & helpful. That being said, they really need to get a few drinks that dont involve coffee or tea for those who dont like coffee or tea, maybe like fruit smoothies. Also restroom could use some attention.

This drive-thru and sit-down location is great. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Perfect to sit and work at and for small meetings. It is also close to lots of shopping.

The one on nastiness and Noble book store on Sunrise in Target and Wal Mart center is very good clean accurate fast very nice people

Staff is soooo loud, they cleared out the lobby area. Laughing is fine, but the volume is so distracting. No one can be heard, except the staff.

Customer service was lousy it took over 20 minutes to order & get my coffee, which was incorrectly written by the young lady at the cash register. Then the barista made the drink the latte with lots of foam when it was clearly marked no foam and she had the nerve to ask if I wanted more milk when she took off the foam. I would not recommend this store as we havent had good service or coffee on a regular basis. I regret going there every time. 9/7/16.
