They start out very open and fair. The 2019 promaster I purchased was per car fax a no accident vehicle.when a check engine light came on during test drive they reset it and said not to worry as truck had mfg warranty. They would cover any out of pocket if needed. Long story short,they had written knowledge the truck had been in a front end accident and poorly repaired. Their work is no good. Itsa shame a family owned business is this this lacking in honor.

This is a family owned business, and they are great to deal with. I just bought a 1999 Ford Superduty from them, and I was very happy with the way the sale went down. I came completely on guard against the usual slimy sales tactics employed by car dealerships, and was surprised when there was none of that. Very transparent process, and you will be presented with an itemized list of charges.They dont negotiate on price, which is a GOOD thing -- most dealers will negotiate on price because they are playing with the numbers to make it look right to you while adding a million fees & services you didnt ask for. I highly recommend this dealership.

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. They don’t know what they’re doing at all and will try to get you in and out the door as fast as possible with no real care for the customer. I purchased a van back in August and they told me they’d send me the plates. I’ve had to absolutely hound them for my plates and now it’s February and i still don’t have them. I’ve been driving around with temporary plates that expired in November. Before the plates, i had to hound them so i could have my registration and i FINALLY got that last december.On top of that they sold me a van that has no spare (not a big deal but i didn’t even notice until i got a flat) Then, when i went in to buy new tires a month ago i was told the tires on my van were not the proper size for a vehicle the weight of my van and that it was dangerous to have such small tires. I wouldn’t purchase a vehicle from this place, especially if you’re a woman or someone who doesn’t know a ton about cars.

It was Ok. But win you buy a truck it should come full of fuel. Very disappointed.

I purchased a 2000 F350 powerstroke 7.3 with 84k miles from these guys. They let me test drive it as long as i needed and i check everything out on the truck. The website they have included the carfax report which was accurate and the truck was clean.During the financing, they were able to approve me and i purchased the truck. I did get the 24 Hour weturn warranty just in case. I drove the truck to tahoe and back twice with no major issues.The staff were very nice and helpful. Financing was easy and they were pleasant to deal with. They were straight forward and to the point. Also, they were really helpful and offer to help if i had any issues. They stand behind the vehicles they sell, and i would buy from them again.

If youre looking for a truck, this is the spot you should be going for. From classic diesels to close to new used trucks, they have them all. Extremely cool guys, zero pressure. I know where my next truck will be from!

I dont understand why people slam these guys, its a used truck lot! Want a new truck? Go to a new truck place! That being said, this was my first time at a used car lot. They were more than fair. Lance was easy to work with and a straight shooter. I got what I asked for and at a fair price. Lance even agreed and fixed a steering issue. He even got the best parts to do it. Very happy with these guys and my new-to-me truck!The tucks they sell are in great condition for being used trucks.Remember, you only get the deal you negotiate. So if you dont speak up its on you.

Bought a used Duramax from them in July 2016 and it is still running great. They were awesome to work with and held the truck for a few days while I sold my old truck to have a decent sized down payment. What other dealer is going to do something like that.
