They had the items that I was looking for. At a good price as well.

Poor selection. Priced an exhaust fan, Broan 655. 98.00. Was supposed to be a price breaker. A simple web search showed it for 77.00 at Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Lowes...Had limited selection of bathroom fixtures. Narrow aisles and no workers in the floor. Just kinda a weird alternate knockoff of Home Depot.. this was my first time in an HD supply store.

HD had great product, fence boards better then Lowes at HD supply. Great customer service, prices were awesome, everyone was very helpful.Sorry we did not get everyones name,But whoever worked on 4/10 at around 6:30pm. You are all awesome!

First time I ever went here its a pretty cool place wish i was vy myself and had a half day or so to dig around lol they didnt have what I want bur no one does lol worth the trip cheaper then lowes or home depot same quality

I felt like this place was more for someone who is doing a basic house flip or owns apartments or rental property. If you are looking to make high end upgrades to your existing house. This isnt the place for you.

Great place if youre flipping a house on the cheap, but otherwise better off going to Ace or Lowes for real quality. They also have a good selection of tools, but they quickly fall apart within a few months.

Prices are high and not much variety on things Im working on. Also reason I give them a one star is because they require a mask and theyre a supply store, they should be splitting the masks free of charge like other retailers, such as grocery stores who supply them if they require it. HD Supply charges $1/mask. The more family members with you the more it will cost to enter and buy anything if they dont have the parts or supplies. The associates say its corporate decision, it shows that HD supply wants to charge their communities that they serve to make more money on each person.

Customer service is excellent! Prices are high and quality is low. But they do have some really good specials sometimes on products you wouldnt expect to find there, like the army surplus ammo cans for $7.50 recently

I did not have to repeat myself over and over again with George the manager. Who ever gave me a refund, was telling what Inventory I had at home and I did not even know there name??? That happened on the movie Up in Smoke with Cheech and Chong. Same with phone support 🙄🙄🙄🙄☹️☹️

The store has some reasonable prices on materials. In the back of the store by the lumber and sheet goods, they have a clearance section that can offer some really good deals. A portion of the the workers are pleasant and give a honest attempt at trying to help. But the majority of women are about as pleasant as a wet fart. The days of customer service are long gone. Welcome the days of wheres my raise? I showed up almost on time today. Sad, sad times were living in.

Great for do it yourself projects. Good prices. If you dont know what you need try Home Depot first for more customer service.

Nice place for hardcore DIYers and contractors.. Great quality stuff and very well priced.. But if you need guidance on what to or how to do certain things, Lowes may be a better place.

Its got a ton of building material and very convenient. Their are a ton of awesome workers that really worked together to find what I needed!!.

The staff is very friendly and they always greet you when you come in the door and their customer service is better than Home Depot. Milwaukee to find the product that youre looking for or if you call in theyll have it up front waiting for you when you arrive.

A little known secret for building materials and many other things. The prices are comparable to other big box home improvement stores without all the craze of them. Its typically pretty quiet inside and you can shop around without crowds. The isles are slightly narrow which is the only reason why I rate 4/5.

Needed to take off a front seat (2 bolts) and manager said this isnt an auto zone when I asked if he had wrenches to take off the bolts, had to buy them at this store with my material outside by my suv, I would rather much spend few extra bucks at home depot where they actually treat you like a customer. Would not recommend to shop here if you need help loading.

They are awesoem every morning they have coffee available and never seem to mind me helping myself to some on the way to school they are Pam now that they got rid of that manager they had that was hella rude and very discourteous the manager there now is awesome me cashiers are awesome the coffee is awesome and their service is awesome

Happy to see different brands and options for home projects. Inventory in flooring and lighting fluctates per the staff. Found killer deal on SMUD supported closeout ceiling lights, online prices were x3 the cost. Agree best to shop weekdays, went in about 2pm, recieved x3 associate check in when in store. Though Im not sure the bredithering of staff knowledge, if you know what you are looking for HD supply is for savings, if you need advice go to Lowes.
