Had my oil changed at a dealership. They never even looked at the tires, let alone add air. I had a low tire when I brought it in and the same tire was low when I picked it up. I ended up taking it to Jiffy Lube and asked if I could pay them to air the tires up. I was told No, we will do it for free. They got them aired up and Christian looked over one tire in particularly and told me the tread looked good and he didnt see any nails. I thanked him and he told me to stop in anytime and they would be happy to air them up! Thank you, Christian. Your kindness was much appreciated.

Ive been here several times and never had any bad experiences with them. All the staffs here are courteous and knowledgeable. Sometimes they are really busy, but worth the wait, because I trust them with my car. Thank you guys and keep up with the great performances!

Well...this is the place that we usually take our cars..and they usually to a great job. Today was a different story...all new folks..the tech that was taking care of the service above did not seem trained. He would not check my air filter because he said that it was too hard to get to. I was truly concerned about his competency. The lead Tech was nice and respectful to us. She even apologized. I think we will will try another store next time.

Went to jiffy lube today and got my Hyundai serviced. I was driving and I heard that the engine sounded really “throaty”. What ended up being the cause was when the Jiffy Lube technician put my air filter back in the air box, they failed to install the cover correctly. You can see where they failed to put the plastic back into the slots. Attention to detail needs to be addressed.

They rock. Mathieu and his team are helpful, its fast and they always are nice enough to explai. The various stuff. Go here Everytime and dont plan on changing!

I have used this location a few times now and must say they are super efficient, extremely nice and helpful. Even though they took the car behind me first, I didn’t mind because they were so quick and attentive. I ended up unhappy due to bs CVD “drive through” not being allowed to vacuum the inside or do windows. Otherwise I’d give 5 stars!

They forgot a couple of fluids thank God I checked probably will be going back to Carmichael one was just shopping by so though Id be a quick stop near I was but they did fill it up once after two people checked but Im giving two stars because this shouldve have been avoidable

These guys were an amazingly efficient and well-oiled machine. They did it fast and did exactly what I asked for. I had some decisions to make on the fly and each of them that I spoke with were very respectful without interrupting while I thought outloud. I pulled into the lot and was driving away having received phenomenal customer service in about 30 minutes. Also important to mention is that there was no attempt to get more business while they gave me the status report for my vehicle. This means that when something does come up and they are able to handle it, they will get that business from me for being honest and forthright. I would send anybody to this location for regular oil changes and inspections.

I had the worst experience at the location in Rocklin recently which proves its all about the people. The team at the Sunrise Blvd., Citrus Heights location operates like that Top Gun Formula 1 pit crew you hope to have working on your car. From the moment they see you on approach, to the greeting and service write-up, to the service review, to the escort back to your car when done, nothing but professionalism, courtesy and friendliness. These are the type of people recruiters look for. They take pride in their work and they appear to love what they do.

Got in quick. Did not wash windows as stared on checklist. Have a diesel with 24 volt system and they did not realize that means twp batteries in vehicle. Stated sealed batteries as one has a removable cover but it not sealed. Good and quick on work done.

They have no concern about being over priced. They tell customers to go some where else if its cheaper with no remorse. They are quick. And professional. If you dont mind paying double then they will save you time.

Your team was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was explained to me in a way I could understand what my issues were with my car. The air filter should be replaced, but I was told, when I asked, if it would hurt to wait a while before changing it. The cashier checked it, told me what the purpose of the filter is, and that it would be ok to wait. But was told to consider having it changed in the near future. If they added anything extra, like my break lights were out, told how much more time it would take. The cashier was very helpful. I am handicapped and she had me go into the waiting room while she drove my car around to the bay entrance. I just cant say enough about her help. I will definitely recommend your place to anyone I know needing and oil change. One minor thing was you dont do tuneups for a six cylinder, which I need to have done. Otherwise, your people are super.

I first stopped by this Jiffy Lube on my way home to have my differential topped off several months back. The manager said no charge since was less than 1/4 pint and thanked me for stopping by.I came in today for an oil change on my MDX. As I was being checked and and told of services provided my tires were aired up and I was being guided in. As my oil was being drained, my windows were getting washed and my other fluids were being checked nd topped off and a corrosion test of my coolant. While it was not needed today it will be in the near future. There was ZERO hard sell of any other services and a complete list of battery, brake fluid, windshield washer fluid etc.... was provided. These folks worked like a well honed and oiled machine. Better customer service, courtesy and professionalism cannot be asked for. Greatly appreciated!!!!

They didnt vacuum I asked them to wash off the oil plate so it wouldnt drip on my new Garage floor They didnt it dripped on the New floor. .. Also didnt get the discount that I used to was told to go to the other location if I wanted to ask them . So I will be taken my other cars and truck someplace else

Id never go back!!!I was charged an arm and a leg for an Oil Change and a Transmission fluid flush....And was really upset that I was going to be charged for a Tire rotation when it is actually free....If you are reading this, I WOULD SUGGEST THAT YOU GO TO ANOTHER PLACE WHERE YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BE CHARGED LIKE CRAZY

Incredibly friendly staff. The cashier was very helpful and understanding. Absolutely no pressure, very easy to get along with.Although they all seemed very competent, when I got back in my vehicle I found the glove box door on the floor of my car. I immediately told the cashier about it who immediately got a technician who came out and apologized profusely and started putting it back together. The other technician came over to the car, admitted he had done it because he had gotten distracted, and again profusely apologized. Honestly, this is probably the best experience Ive ever had at a garage. I will continue to go there.

Ive been bringing my car to Jiffy Lube on Sunrise in Citrus Heights for over three years now and have always had a great experience with the staff and the services performed on my car. I feel very fortunate to be able to take my car to this place of business that I can trust.

Bad oil changeWent in for a normal oil change and the next day my car had problems, so I went to Honda to check out the problem and found out that Jiffy Lube unplugged something while inspecting my car and left it unplugged which caused damage to my engine.

They got done earlier than they said they would. They did a great job. A little pricey, but worth it. Customer service was great.

This is the first Jiffy Lube Ive gone to where the staff organized themselves into teams to get the job done - it was absolutely FABULOUS to see how they worked together to check and double-check and get the job done FAST. Fast friendly service! This has been my go-to oil stop business for years.

Ive worked on my own cars for a couple decades and usually changed my own oil until I moved back here to California, so I know what to look out for. I took my step-fathers car here for an oil change and they seemed quite honest to me. They also honored the coupon I found online. Now, they will try to find extras that they can do, but you dont have to. They pulled out the cabin filter and air filter and showed them to me. I didnt ask them to do this. But he said the air filter is fine, but the cabin air filter was dirty. I looked and agreed. They changed the cabin air filter at a good price. I wouldnt hesitate to bring my own car or family members cars there in the future.

Needed an oil change and decided to check out the nearest jiffy lube. I was told by a friend that this place rocks for customer service which was completely accurate. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

First time here and the gentlemen were very polite and professional. No complaints here 😊
