Good morning everyone and especially those in Circleville! I have a long post ahead, but it is worth the read and knowledge.As I have spoken about the process of me working to get my car fixed, as some heard i had a very bad experience with Coughlin Chevrolet, I decided to try another route. I thought why not try My Auto Care.Well, I hate to say this, but I had another bad experience. I contacted the owner of My Auto Care and explained what had happened to me at Coughlin and asked if I could get my car looked at. He then directed me to one of his workers to set and appointment up and see what they could do to help. I was also told to make to let the worker know that I was from Ohio Christian University so I would be getting a 10% discount. I got in contact with the worker as he put me on the schedule and said that the only time they were able to work on my car is at 1am in the morning. He asked me to leave my keys somewhere either in the car or somewhere where they could get to it so they could take a look at my car. At first i was a little hesitant because i did not want to leave my key just anywhere and especially as I have no spare, but I agreed. I decided I would leave my keys so they could find it and as i told them where it would be, but also decided I would stay up until they arrived so I could keep an eye on my key.I stayed up until about two or so in the morning and realized no one had come. I thought maybe I’ll give some more time and stayed up some more with patience. No one came!I then talked to the person that the owner directed me to and he told me that the person had come and could not find the keys. I then contacted the owner and explained to him that no one had come to look at my car and sent the owner the text message from his worker. He told me, the guy had come earlier then 1am, but the keys weren’t around. He also stated that he did not know why the worker, who was to come, did not give me a call if he had come earlier and couldn’t find the keys. I told him that I had just ordered a pizza around that time and even was outside with the delivery person to which I saw no one.The owner said he would investigate to see what happened and then later I get a response saying that they cannot work on the car.This is strike two of a bad experience. First, with Coughlin Chevrolet in Circleville and second with My Auto Care. I wasn’t going to post or say anything, but as I talked to more and more people they told me to share my experience so it doesn’t happen to others. Well, with sadness, here it is.Blessings!

Fantastic service, backed up by pictures and honest, knowledgeable mechanics!

Their listing says its a 24 hour service but they said they couldnt even look at my vehicle until 7pm the next day. I found a mechanic nearby who fixed my car within 2 hours.

We love working with My Auto Care. They are fast and dependable and take the frustration of having your car worked on.

Nice guys and great service

I had a flat tire today and another company was supposed to assist me however they kept delaying the ETA. So, I requested a new company and they linked me with My Auto Care. I am completely impressed and will request this company if I ever need assistance again!!
