Unbelievably awful sales experience trying to buy a new truck. After putting down cash on a truck for them to hold they took back the offer after realizing it would not be financed, since this is another “revenue stream”. Absolutely disgusted with the lack of integrity this dealership has shown.

Purchased a brand new vehicle with a Bumper to Bumper 10 year 100,000 mile warranty in 2019. Have been to the service department twice. They told me they would call when the parts came in. I have called and left voice mails still no return call. Very disappointed in the level of care after purchase. Buyers beware I guess....

I just purchased a 2021 All Electric Mustang Mach E Premium AWD. Its a great car. The saleslady, Barbie Wagner helped me. She is very kind. She helped my buy a new F150 Diesel a few years ago. Both are great. To buy this car, I made an appointment with Barbie. She was ready to go, had the car ready, reviewed everything with me, covered the car, front to back, its an awesome vehicle. Made an appointment three weeks in advance to have the ignition fixed, called ahead of time to get a quote and was quoted $150-180 TOTAL and a job time of an hour at most, brought the car in fifteen minutes before my appointment, they kept the car all day with no updates, called four and a half hours later to see if there were any updates, they then said they would have to keep the car overnight and the cost was at $152. I was upset because this problem which was supposed to take an hour was turning into a multi-day project and I had classes I needed to attend the next morning. Called the next day and they kept putting off the pickup time, and then charged us $400 and wouldnt honor the quoted price. Would not recommend this dealership, we have had similar problems in the past.

I’ve been assisting my younger sister in her search for a new car. She has been working hard and saving and was going to buy her first new car in what SHOULD be a very fun experience. Unfortunately, when she went to test drive one of the new Broncos, she was treated very poorly by a sales associate named Todd. He was rude and acted like it was a chore to add a note to her account that she would like to be contacted when the get more Broncos in stock. On top of that, he refused to even try and value her trade-in and laughed when she mentioned she may consider selling it elsewhere. Needless to say, she will be purchasing a vehicle elsewhere.

Spoke with a sales rep via texting to schedule a test drive of the Bronco Sport. After arriving I asked for the sale manager Trent as instructed by the sales rep to test drive the Bronco. The person who greeted us and went to Trent never came back nor did Trent ever show up. After 12 minutes of waiting and numerous male sales reps ignoring us we left disappointed. Made almost an hour drive for the test drive.

Worst dealership I’ve ever attempted to buy from. Was trying to buy a 90k truck from them for 3 weeks they constantly never got back ahold of me. Finally got ahold of someone did the credit application which was approved but then I never heard back from them again. Got ahold of them the next day for them to say the truck is pending sold as of last night. Waste of time I’ll gladly spend my money elsewhere.

I purchased a 2017 Jeep Wrangler from Coughlin two weeks ago. Barbie Wagner was an excellent sales person to deal with. The whole team at Coughlin Circleville did everything they could to ensure the process went smoothly and I got a fair deal. They will not take you for a ride, and lowered price significantly and wiped a lot of the fees that normal dealers try to gotcha with. Barbie spent all day making sure I got the car I wanted and was very personable and friendly. Doug, the Manager was also extremely helpful and inviting. Jim, the finance person did the best to get me a killer deal and interest rate. I would highly recommend visiting Barbie for your car needs! Will be a repeat customer for a long time; theyve earned my trustUpdate: Had a RF brake caliper cease. I bought the car As Is but Barbie and Doug still went above and beyond and got it repaired in 24 hours and took care of the bill. Service department promised a vehicle on a specified date for warranty work on my car. I relayed this date to my employer regarding my availability. This was scheduled a week in advance and the spare vehicle was not available. The following day enterprise also misled me on availability of a spare vehicle. This whole situation will probably cost me my employment.

I was in the middle of negotiating and getting financing for a car and the dealer sold it out from under me. Not to mention offering 2000 less than rough trade in value on a fair trade car. I would thing twice before dealing with this deeler. I also received this from the sales person Barbie...All vehicles are for sell unless closed on financing and unfortunately we were not while I understand this is true it is NOT good faith dealing. If you want to buy a car from them have cash in hand and best of luck! After all that and a days worth of Emails with Joshua I received a email inviting me to test drive the car they sold out from under me. What kind of dealership is this?

The best service Ive ever experienced with a vehicle. I had one job done where I installed a factory remote start kit. I did all the work myself, and only needed the feature turned on. A Ford dealer closer to my house wanted 1 hour labor at a little over $100 an hour plus tax. At Coughlin Ford service, I was charged $50, took 15 minutes in and out, and I was done. I wont take my truck anywhere else after that experience. They didnt want to over charge me like a competitor, but they seemed to just want to make me happy. Im more than pleased.I also needed a quick oil change before going on vacation but my truck made a noise when fully turning the wheel to the right. I mentioned that I needed to make an appointment for when I get back, to have it looked at. They took it to a technician immediately after my oil change, performed maintenance on a steering and suspension component, and sent me on my way.Its a 20+ minute drive when I have service, and another Ford dealer is less than 5 minutes from my house. But its worth the experience and level of service.

It seemed like there might have been a little confusion in the service department at first, with it being first thing in the morning, but the girl working in the quick lube side noticed and came out to direct a few of us where to park. She had me checked in and my car back for the recall repair in just a few minutes. I wasnt even done looking through the 2019 Ford catalog when she told me my car was ready. I try to stay away from car dealerships as much as possible, and this was my first visit to Coughlin, but it really wasnt terrible. Friendly people make all the difference, I think.

Their repairs department is fairly efficient and the customer service for the repair department is okay. Out of all the dealerships I have ever been to this is by far the best!

If I could leave zero stars I would, I took my truck in for a recall for the transmission, software upload for the power control module. recall was completed and software installed, now check engine light stays on, has never come on once in the past. Took my truck back in and of course nothing we did although the error showing is in the power control module which the software recall impacted. Come on take ownership of the problem.

When I tell you I had the best experience at this dealership. The awesome feeling I could not describe to you in enough words. Jim the salesman was such a wonderful person to sit down with and he made the sales part of the buying experience such a pleasant & enjoyable moment. I have always had this bad idea that salesman would sell you anything just to get a commission. But that was not the case. It was like sitting down with someone that understood what I wanted & not what they warned to put me in. Not too mention I was Jims 1st sale. Jeremy the Manager was a pleasure to meet as well. Took F-250 in for oil change and wiper blades. Everyone was friendly and processed me in quickly. Service was completed as expected. My only complaint is the waiting are is pathetic compared to other dealerships I have been too. Waiting area is small, seating uncomfortable, and the appearance made me feel as if I was waiting in a Dr Office. Didnt see any amenities, magazines, news papers etc. Doubt if I will go back to this dealership for service.

The price for the works which includes an oil change and tire rotation is $39.99 with coupon. The coupon you can print from their website or keep an eye on your mailbox for one. I sat down with Trent Bircher in April to order a new Ford F150 truck. I feel like he took his time to explain the the pros and cons of the options that I selected and even suggested others I didnt think of, that I have come to enjoy in a new truck. He gave me an estimate of 60 days for delivery and the truck came in about a week prior to that estimate. When the truck arrived I began working with Forrest Kegley as my sales person. Forrest also was very knowledgeable about the ford product and helped guide me through the process. I was very pleased with the entire buying experience and would not hesitate to purchase there again. Thanks Guys!

(Ford/Quicklane) Service and parts department is the best of any dealership Ive been to. I take nearly a dozen company cars to be serviced here and the front desk guys are always friendly and accommodating. No pressure to repair things that dont need repaired (as many other dealerships garages try to sell) and oil changes are always quick. You dont have to worry about an oily steering wheel, or dirty floor mats from the techs. Vehicles are always returned just as clean as they were when I brought them in.

CAUTION!!Bought a new 2019 F350 on 5-2-19. Supose to get 6 months satalite radio for free. It was cancelled on 8-10-19. Someone had activated the radio on 2-10-19 dealer said nothing they could do. I drove 4 1/2 hrs. One way to buy this truck. It wasnt even detailed even though they had 3 day notice I was coming. Rocky Ridge had put accessories on truck when I called them to ask questions about fuel tank they had put in. I found out they had also put light bar and bull bar on truck that the dealer took off, so the $1600 in accessories they advertised was wrong.NO CALLResponse sounds good but been a week and no one has called so please use caution with this place. Just found out some other pieces are missing off truck

Service personnel very friendly. I have an electronic issue with four different alerts going off on my dash. My truck was at the dealership for a week. It seems to be a difficult process to figure out what is wrong with it. A module was replaced and I had my truck back. I drove it the day I was returned and the same issues happened again. The truck is at the dealership now. Hopefully, it will be fixed this time. Everyone has been very helpful, but it is rather frustrating.

Worked with Barbie to special order a 2018 F150 Lariat from Ford in January 2018. Barbie was open, friendly, and honest in all aspects of the process. The vehicle was ordered, built, and delivered when promised, at the agreed price, with every option included. No other dealer in Central Ohio that I contacted was willing to do what Barbie did to make a very satisfied customer when the Lariat was delivered on March 27th.

This place is utterly terrible. I went on vacation down in Hocking Hills last week and my starter died in the middle of the woods. I was stranded down there and I was looking to take my car to a AAA certified mechanic so I could get it fixed and go home. I got it towed there and waited to see what happens. I was initially quoted a price of about $160 from a tech that was very nice, which made me momentarily happy and it seemed like it would all work out. I was looking up starters online, and they werent that expensive either, I thought oh good and I was excited to get this issue resolved. In comes Dan Dutro, he called me the next day and quoted me close to 500 dollars for a starter repair. He ended up knocking one hundred some dollars off the price, but quickly called me back an hour later and said he got an email that I wanted my oil changed too. I had mentioned that to the tech I initially talked to, and she was very understanding. I told Dan that would be great if you could do that, and he hung up on me quickly and didnt discuss with me at all how this would change the price or how much this would cost. I looked at the bill when I finally got to Coughlin Ford and it was back up to around 500 dollars like he originally quoted me. It seemed like he already knew how much money he wanted to get out of me from the beginning. I reluctantly paid the bill because I wanted to go home and get this over with. Shook his hand and it seemed like he didnt want anything to do with that at all. Struck me as very odd. When I got into my car and started it up in the lot it was making a grinding noise upon turning the steering wheel. I thought that was odd as well, and I was beyond done dealing with Dan and Coughlin Ford at this point. I loaded all of my equipment from the rental car we used to get there into my explorer and went on down the road home. On the way back the grinding was terrible, and now that I have it home its even worse. I was terrified the whole way home that something was going to happen and I was going to get into a wreck. I am honestly afraid to drive it now. The kicker to all of this is they performed a vehicle inspection and still sent me on my way! So, somebody inspected my vehicle, and this still happened! This place already shilled me out of all of my money to just get home, and now I have more car problems after I just got it fixed. I cant afford to take it back to a trusted mechanic right away so I dont know what to do honestly. Do not go here, they will up charge you beyond belief. Dan Dutro also didnt even honor my Triple AAA member discounts until I asked him about it at the counter. and then he didnt do the math right. It definitely isnt ten percent, he just knocked $20.99 off and called it a day. I called triple AAA and submitted a formal complaint already and I am waiting to hear back from them. Somebody has to look into their triple AAA accreditation. Do not waste your time and money here, go anywhere else. If you are from out of town, they will not treat you well at all. This is a fair warning.

My car was brought in for the purge valve recall on the 2012 Ford Focus. Your company did the last recall repair so I took it there. After it was fixed, my husband and I picked up my car. After starting it, we heard a loud noise. Didnt think anything of it, so we drove home. Check Engine light came on on my way home. Got it looked at by your mechanics the same week. It was for an emissions leak which I was quoted as a $450-500 fix (they said it was probably the gas tank). I was dealing with a death in the family so I put it off. Took it to my mechanic, he said the noise and emissions leak was due to the work done on my car at Caughlins. Took it back to them, they fixed the issue, were very kind, but said it was the purge valve again. It was indeed not the purge valve but the tubing assembly per the invoice we received on pick-up.  It felt as if say I wasnt able to have brought it in as fast as I did, they would have said it went out on its own. I was also told the rumbling and loud noise was due to my engine mounts dry rotting which I was quoted a $200 fix. So I took it back to my mechanic. He fixed the issue, which was not the engine mounts, but my muffler which they said looked like it had been knocked lose and rehung incorrectly. Due to the fact that my entire feul system had to be replaced because of the purge valve, they accidentally knocked my muffler loose. And instead of putting back the right way, the put it where the assumed it went. So all in all, I would have been out $700 (not including labor) if I trusted ANY of your mechanics especially since mounting my muffler correctly solved the noise issue completly. While they were nice, and understanding about my situation, I was lied to.

They helped me out of a tough situation. I had a 13 Ford Focus that broke down and needed a new clutch. The Focus has a horrible transmission problem (See ford transmission class action lawsuit). Instead of repairing it, I asked what the trade value was in case I wanted to forego the repair and look into something more dependable. While the Focus was being evaluated, I emailed the GM Doug Winland, explaining the issue with the focus and that my family needed a dependable vehicle and asking if there are any deals out there that could help. The next day, Cindy Smith, contacted me and started the process of searching for deals on a new car. The whole process was easy, shed call or text questions, they plug in numbers and send it to me, sent the link for the credit app, texted the web page of the car. No pressuring at all. I believe they gave a great amount on the trade when compared to Kelley Blue Book and they feel the deal on the new car fair, and that all I really wanted was a fair deal. I was carrying over a lot of negative equality so if I wanted a monthly payment under $400 my selection was thin. Luckily, Cindy found a 2019 Ford Escape that was $7300 off sticker and deal was made and the monthly payment wasnt much more that I was paying. I feel that treat my wife and I as valued customers not walking commissions (Ricart) and they were working hard to find us a dependable car. Plus it feels good to work with my local car dealership and give them my business. They give a lot to the community and schools, so they are always my first choice.

Had an appointment at 9:45 on March 13th. The problem was a wiring issue that I pointed out to Mike. I even showed him where the damage was done by rodents. My truck wasnt even looked at by a tech until 12 or 1 pm after I was shuttled home. I was told by Mike that 9:45 am was a drop off time, not an appointment time. I was also given multiple more excuses why the wait was so long. I didnt get my F-150 back until Tuesday, the19th of March after it had been promised on the day before, because of more excuses issued by Mike. In fact the way that I found out that my truck wasnt ready, as promised, is because I called that Monday afternoon. The Tuesday afternoon that I picked up my truck, the job wasnt completed because I had originally ask that the lower insulated cover under the engine be reinstalled. It wasnt. I I had to wait for the job to be completed. Im very disappointed for the poor service, excuses and the amount of time that the repairs took to complete. Also, I was asked by Mike to sign off on the job before I was given the chance to see what had been, and what had not been completed. Im very disappointed, to say the least! An appointment is an appointment, not a drop off time. The only reason that I come to your service department is because I bought the truck from your dealership. Im seriously considering taking all of my service needs elsewhere in the future.

I want to say that I found Mike and Rocky to be very customer conscious.Dealing with these two gentlemen has been a pleasure of mine concerning my Ford Focus.I just wish that Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, Michigan had customer service representatives like Rocky and Mike!Ford should let those two guys give a seminar on how to treat customers!At least they return phone calls.Thanks Rocky and Mike!
