This is my regular grocery store and as I generally really enjoy this store, a few things have happened lately that have been…questionable. I called 12 times to find out when the deli closed, on my way to the store, and on the 12th try someone finally picked up. The girl on the line said she didn’t know when it closed so she would check. After waiting about 10mins the line was hung up and still I had no answer. I go there at 8:15 and I go to put my order in and the girl says “I’m closing in 15 mins so what do you want.” I said bologna and American cheese. She says, “nah, I’m not opening a new bologna and you can get cheese out there.” (Pointing at the pre-sliced section). Totally rude. If you close at 8:30, that’s when you close not 15 mins early. One other instance- I told 4 different people that one of the children’s car carts is significantly broken and potentially very dangerous. Each time they said they would take care of it. That cart is still broken and dangerous 5 months later. Despite those examples of bad customer service, I won’t hold the entire store at fault for it-hence the 4 stars bc most of my experiences there are positive in general.

Although one of the better Shop Rites, with friendly and helpful staff and a great selection, it would help if all items showed their price. They also have hot and salad prepared food. Asian and American fair.

The employees are helpful most of the time.I self checkout myself most of the time ,so employees are there to control the lines especially when there is long ques to the checkout.Also,theyve stuff in stock most of the time which I like about this shoprite.Most importantly clean.

I have always been a loyal customer of this store. Recently, the customer service in general has been nothing short of deplorable. Tonight I had to rush out last minute to get medicine for my sick child. The store is supposed to close at 10PM. I arrived at 9:47 was stopped immediately by a gentleman basically barricading the door and told me they were closed. I mentioned it was only 9:47 and that I just needed one item. The response I received? That is what they all say. SO RUDE. There were also 2 customers behind me that were equally irate and treated just as rudely. I understand people showing up last minute can be frustrating, but dont advertise being open until 10. List closing time as 9:45 since that is when you actually close. I have also been in earshot SEVERAL times of employees going on a profanity rant to each other - right in front of customers. Not sure when things started going south with this store, but it has become an extremely aggravating and unprofessional place to shop.

This is one of the nicest Shop Rites around but the Shop From Home Service is horrible. This was my first time using this service and although groceries were delivered on time some of the items were expired which is totally unacceptable. I ordered Oscar Mayer packaged turkey and the expiration date was 6 days over due which I found extremely shocking. The rolls delivered were as hard as rock as well! I called and spoke to Ashley who was super helpful but seriously is this what the employees do for customers?? I used this service this one time because physically I can’t make it to the store and I paid the $15 fee as well as tipped the delivery person so I’m furious. I hope the employees are more considerate when picking out groceries for customers. I do not recommend this service at all!!

Terrible place with rude ppl. Every other time I ordered online I have to call and cancel my order right before the delivery time because they dont have most of order and make u wait right before they are scheduled to text you a update. I swear they try n make u lose the sale with their substitutes. When I call to cancel and want to file a complaint they have every reason why they have out of stocks. Even talked to corporate and they had even more excuses like there is a bottle shortage, chips ahoy hasnt filled their product, still trying to recover from the meat shortage from pandemic, and apparently they just ran out of shrimp.... keep in mind this was all from the same order. I placed a $550 order and was charged $200 and most of that is from sale items not being on sale any longer because with their substitutes I didnt buy the right quantity. Save your time and just shop at Wegmans or even Walmart! You would save a lot of time and aggravation.

I’m 43 years old and Shop Rite has been the only store that my mom purchased groceries for my entire childhood. As an adult it’s the only store in the area that I choose to shop at as well HOWEVER I sustained a knee and spinal injury that doesn’t allow me to go into the store to shop like used to. Now I pay for the Home Delivery service, all I can say is POOR COMMUNICATION AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE when it comes down to using this “service”. Groceries partially delivered, delivery times not upheld, managers/staff in the Home Delivery department do not follow up with or contact the customer if deliveries are returned back to the store AND the third part delivery service that they utilize does the bare minimum in delivering your groceries. My building has a 24hr security desk and I have a cell phone the delivery person never called me and never went to the security desk to have them call me…long story short my delivery was sent back to the store. The store never called me and it took me 20min and 2-3 phone calls to find out that my delivery was back at the store. None of the managers take any responsibility to see what’s going on, the blame is always put on the third party delivery service and a nonchalant sorry is all that’s ever offered. I spend my hard earned money to utilize a service that lacks terribly. The sad part is this isn’t the first time this has happened. Shop Rite should be ashamed of themselves and how about on the strength of good customer offer your customers some type of compensation for your inability to conduct a service properly and efficiently. Develop a better communication process, have a follow up protocol, if groceries are returned attempt to contact the customer immediately and if your last delivery slot says it’s from 7p-9p have a staff member in that department until they receive confirmation that the order is delivered. It’s that simple people. Yes, Im frustrated, disappointed and utterly annoyed because my groceries that were due between 7p-9p on 7/5 still haven’t been delivered as of 7/6 at 1:15p when I was told they’d be here by 11a. I called the store and nobody has answers not even the store manager. I guess the customer is supposed to cancel their plans and their day to wait for Shop Rite to take their paying customers time into consideration. After shopping here for years I will be finding another grocery store.Update: the customer service manager attempted to resolve the matter but my groceries ate still sitting at the store and I was offered a free delivery for the next order…what next order??? My day off has been tied up trying to figure out where my order is. Nice gesture but not nice enough. I’ll be taking this higher up to Dan the store manager.

The new symptom with the Deli is extremely an inconvenience. The computer gives a time when it would be done and it’s not ready at that time. On this day i waited over 45 min for my order after the expected time. Until they find a better system i would not be returning

This is my second fave Shoprite to come to. But lately their seafood and produce sections havent been the best. A lot of moldy fruit was out on display when I was shopping yesterday and the fish just doesnt look fresh. Other than that, I found what I was looking for, at a good price, as usual.

Deli is horrible now. If you’re going to automate everything, put 1/2 pre-wrapped lunchmeat in case. Wegman’s is soooo much better.

I live in Marlton and always go to the store next to me but, my grandma and I were at the Walmart a couple lights down and my grandma needed something from Shoprite so, I went in here. When I tell you how surprised I was.. I was speechless !! The store is HUGE !! It is like the size of a football field. Ive never seen a grocery store that big before. The workers there are very, very nice!! The produce and all other food is stocked so well. The place is very clean. I notified a worker that there was a spill and she cleaned it right up. They also sell liquor if you need to get that instead of going to two different stores. My grandma said she will keep coming back and getting the rotisserie chicken for my dog here because the chickens are big!!

Great place to shop.. Prices arent the greatest tho. But state of the art facility, good shopping experience when its not busy. They have a liquor section as well so it makes it easy if thats on your shopping list. The cashiers are helpful and usually friendly..

Extremely well put together and nice environment for shopping. Plenty of space between isles. The deli provides a touch screen display to place your orders on and then call the last 4 digits of your phone number when your order is ready to be picked up. Very nice to keep social distancing guidelines

Waited in customer service line for 15 minutes while the lady in front of me argues prices the other customer service member Rene helps the man behind me and ignores the fact I was standing in line first. When I asked if I could be helped the woman Rene just walked away. Highly would not recommend if your expecting any kind of decent service.

I do all of my shopping here. The mobile scan app is very handy to use. Lately due to the pandemic they have had trouble keeping the shelves stocked, but that is to be expected. It was never an issue before.

ShopRite is a decent grocery store with average prices. The alcohol section is a plus. Decent Deli and Seafood section. Also a Redbox location. Really like 4.5 stars.

Cinnaminson ShopRite has never been a great store - it’s just convenient for many people.The quality of the meat department is lacking and the produce in general is poor. Has been since they open. Also - while we’re living in a pandemic and are under an executive order to wear masks - IN THEIR STORE - most of the management (in dress shirts) seem to “not notice” that their masks have fallen under their nose!!

I just called to order a cake and the women that answered in the Bakery was super annoyed. I couldnt believe it. There was a huge sigh and a long drawn out Let me get a paper then she followed up with what do you want. Wow!! I have some nerve calling the bakery department and actually wanting to order a cake. Never mind Ill order it elsewhere.

I went to return deodorant that I mistakenly purchased which was still in the mfrs original wrapping and wanted to exchange it for the same brand antiperspirant, but the manager would not take the return due to their Covid (no returns) policy.I wish that she realized that I wasnt returning a perishable item, it was deodorant that was still sealed and wrapped. It bothers me when people stand behind a policy that makes no sense.I will not be shopping at this ShopRite anymore.

Their new deli meat system sucks. Ive tried using it three times and three times I either didnt get what I want or didnt get the lunch meats sliced within a reasonable time. All I can say to these people is just do what you say youre going to do please!

WOW What a grocery store. Everything was Great. From the entrance where you can buy hot or cold entrees for lunch or dinner. To the fresh vegetables+fruits. The deli section to meats+seafood sections. Aisles are wide enough to shop all other items. A large freezer section. The whole store is well lite and very clean. And never forget the staff who were pleasant and helpful.

It shouldnt take forever just to get some lunch meat the system has to be worked out

A 20 minute ride and 5 dollar bridge toll are well worth not having to go to the Shoprite thats 5 blocks from my house.

I was highly satisfied with my ShopRite experience due to the availability of the items I needed which usually sells out quickly and the friendliness of the employees Merry on the floor and cashier Judy. These two employees would be one of the main reasons why I would return here first to shop for my items. Merry went out of her way to help with the tying of my sneaker since I am unable to bend down for a long period of time due to a health issue she stopped what she was doing and fixed my issue with a smile on her face. As for Judy she took her time with me even though I was moving a little slow and never rushed me or raised her voice, her friendly demeanor stayed the same throughout the whole check out process.
