We have been using this service for well over a year now and they have been great every time. Sometimes mistakes are made, we are human. However, when there are 72 items on the shopping list and you get one or two things wrong, that’s not a big deal. I recommend this service 💯

Pretty good. Everything was correct and delivered correctly and quickly. The delivery woman was friendly and hardworking. I personally wouldnt use the service often, as I like to shop for myself, but it was a good experience. The fee wasnt bad either, its a much better option than meal kit delivery if you like to make your own recipes.

I placed an order on 10/27/2021 ! And got my order 10/28/2021 , which was fast & I liked it ! I ran into a problem when I called the shop rite in eddystone & the worker that ran the shop from home section had a very nasty attitude !! My order arrived at my home and I noticed right away there were items missing ! So I had to call the store once again & spoke to the same woman !! I let her know like hey I didn’t get my b & b waters 35 count case ! This woman goes on to say ( oh well if it’s not there then we don’t got it ) and hung up the phone on me ! I’m completely disappointed in this location, iv never shopped here in person & I will never shop here !

Very displeased with shop from home. Ive been a ShopRite customer in various locations for over 30 years. Recently using shop from home in the Oakland, NJ location and my order is never correct. This has happened several times even after substitutions have been approved and items confirmed. Whoever is picking the items off the shelf is obviously not diligent in selecting what was ordered. Not only are items wrong, Ive gotten items not ordered and then some items missing all together. Unless there are no other alternatives, sad to say Ill be leaving this ShopRite location.

Terrible customer service...every time more and more items are missing..my last order had 20 missing items..when I place an order items I definitely purchased vanish in my purchase history as if I never ordered them...was I charged for them? I hope not! And now I have to pay another delivery fee to get delivered what they didnt

My card info was stolen besides some items from the order were missing. I called the store after I noticed some items were missing they told me to call Doordash (they do the delivery) The Dasher stole the bill with my card info and some of my items. Hours after this my card was used in Texas in Walmart. I live in New Jersey. Theres no customer service or web page where to contact with Shoprite when you have a problem with your order.

I have shopped here for over ten years without issue. Once the pandemic hit I opted for online shopping, and it has been downhill since. The shoprite from home manager at the Ewing location is rude anytime there is an issue that needs handling. Over and over I am being told basic items like spinach, cucumbers, ground turkey and more are out of stock. And if I do receive the items they are expired, closed to or produce that goes bad within days. I have decided I will no longer shop in this store or online.

Just use Instacart.. more expensive (not by much because of the fees ShopRite has) but definitely worth knowing you’ve got everything you need in one order. You can also update your order at any time without having to edit your whole order and time slot. Side note: curly parsley and flat leaf parsley are NOT substitutes for each other. Not even close.

Ordered 2 weeks ago and they cancelled the order after taking the delivery fee, they said the EBT didn’t go through. so we replaced the order again. waited another entire week and when the delivery came they only brought HALF the order. the food that they did give us is gonna expire in the next couple days, including 2 gallons of milk. they have a shop from home AND delivery fee that they charged us twice and still haven’t refunded the first one from two weeks ago.basically it’s a waste of time and money, you’re better off just going to the storeat least the delivery guy was nice 🤷🏼‍♀️

I love Shoprite from Home. I order online and pick up in the store. It is so convenient and I can use my coupons. My order is always perfect and I save so much time! There are even special parking spots so I don’t have to drive around looking for one. They will even bring your order to your car! Try it once and you will be sold!

Is there anything better than a smiling delivery guy showing up on your front porch with all your shopping about 20 minutes after you get home from work? On a sloppy, snowy evening? What a time saver! SOOOOO convenient!! I LOVE shop rite from home. They even walked the deliveries right into my kitchen while I was on crutches last year. I was hesitant to order produce at first, but as the shopper fills my cart, they call me if the freshness is iffy (or if an item on the order is out of stock so I can request a replacement). I did the math: Shop Rite prices are so great, i can shop from home and have my order delivered for less than the same items would cost for me to shop in person at another store.

The first few orders were bad. Items not available, substituted and some were flat out removed from the shopping list without being notedHowever this last order everything was there or substituted properly. They didnt even need to call me. Hopefully they are making some changes. I was finally satisfied with an order. Lets hope this kind of service continues.

After planning an entire morning around my grocery pick up, they were an hour late before it was finally completed. I understand it can get busy, I understand things don’t go as planned, what I’m especially about is the condition of the items. The worst was the bag of apples that were without question very VERY old and inedible, everything else was sloppily put in bags. According to the other reviews I guess it’s not even worth it to call and complain. Just know I’ll never be doing this again. #youhadonejob

My food and water was delivered at the front door. Im in an apartment my order was 6 hours late ok. Im disable and they leave my groceries down stairs in the lobby and I live by myself. Since when does shop rite leave things in the lobby and no call just leave,

I ordered Shoprite from Home and opted to pick my order up. When I pulled into the designated spot , the ShopRite employee was helping another ShopRite from Home customer. When he finished with that customer he walked back into the store. I assumed he would return to help me but that wasn’t the case. I waited five minutes, then proceeded to follow the provided instructions and texted the given number to say that I was here to pick up my order. The automated system acknowledged my text and stated someone would be out shortly. During that time another car arrives. I waited another ten minutes then called the store. The employee said he was alone and would be out with my order. Another seven minutes passed , he then came out with the order for other waiting car. I then exited my vehicle and asked what the issue was. He stated that he never got the notice that I arrived. I told him to keep the order, because I saw another fifteen minute wait in my future. Never again!

My opinion is neutral. When you have a crew of teenagers running an adult position things are going to go wrong. They have somewhat improved in the past year but mistakes are normal. Check your receipts. On many occasions I would have paid for items that I never received. They always name it right in the end but sometimes it takes a bit of frustration and your time to contact them or their corporate office.

Horrible, do not shop here. I was awoken from a nap with a grocery delivery that I assumed my girlfriend ordered. After I paid ($120) I spoke to my girlfriend who said we didn’t order any groceries. When I called this store, the employees were rude, unapologetic and unhelpful toward a solution/refund.After three calls I reached a manager who had more of the same, and ultimately did nothing to issue me a refund but demanded that I come into their store in order to get my money back.So, no nap, I’m down $120.00, and am asked to travel into a store for absolutely no reason. Horrible customer service.

Horrible service, the delivery guy was so rude and was obviously rushing to leave. I had a missing item, and I was put on hold 7 times for them to tell me that I had never ordered it, even though my digital receipt and printed order summary said otherwise. The stuff was just thrown in the bags, my breads were all mushed up and squashed. They rescheduled my delivery twice, and still managed to be an hour late. I really needed that food to be here, I didnt xpect to get it 3 days after I initially scheduled for it to be delivered. This was my first time, and my last.

Really bad service, and the employees are simply rude. If there is any problem with your order, they would not help you. Not worthy.
