They did a great job bringing a very twisted guitar back to life. Youll never get service this good at any big box or chain store. They were upfront and fair on prices and finished the job early. Everything about the process was positive. Very happy to have a locally owned store that does excellent work in my neighborhood!

Great music store conveniently located on Cincinnatis westside. Ive been able to get everything I was looking for here and very reasonable prices, including guitars, valve grease, violin lessons. Were very lucky to have such a nice full service music store here on the westside of Cincinnati! Staff has always been pleasant and helpful.

Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They are able to help with repairs and sales. I am going to have them order parts for me. Hopefully I can install them myself, but if I chose to let them do it, I have complete confidence in their abilities.

I brought in my flute in for a tune up and I was very pleased with them! My flute has never looked and sounded more lovely and all for a reasonable price!

Today I stopped by and Nate helped me with my bass clarinet. I had tighten some of the screws inappropriately and couldn’t barely get a tone. Nate spent a good hour tweaking it and got it so I could get the lower range back and some of the upper range. Being that I’m leaving town in a couple of days, I couldn’t leave the instrument with him.Nonetheless, he helped me as best he could and was very accommodating.

I was having problems with my guitar, and the owner identified and took care of the issue quickly. They have a good selection of instruments, excellent music teachers and friendly, knowledgeable staff. They also spent a good deal of time helping my friend purchase a keyboard.

Good music, good people, good prices! Over the past 15 years weve rented and purchased several instruments/equipment and had lessons from Western Hills Music for our two sons, and the owner currently is tracking down this years Christmas list request. After reading Kathys negative review about the store owner, I had to add my own because I strongly disagree. He is one of the most accommodating, knowledgeable and customer-minded people ever. He is an accomplished musician himself, well-loved in the Cincy music community and he freely shares his experience and connections with customers. His store provides solid music advice, instruction and instruments at very fair prices. Over the years he has gone out of his way to figure out my kids needs and locate special requests. And he is extremely generous with his time, talent and store resources outside of his business, helping schools and other small businesses. I simply wouldnt buy instruments or audio equipment from anyone else.

My husband took his 60 years stored trumpet for review and refurbishing and was impressed with the understanding and service he experienced. These folks are experienced and very friendly as well.

They have a big sighn in the window.Thats a bold face lie.You ttake something in.Make you think they will buy it.10 to 25 minutes later they so no we dont want it.My friends and i have taken 10 different like new guitars and it always the same.I heard 8 years ago the owner was a pompous ass.Yep thats him.
