Good place to go to get a good lawn mower for a great price

West Cincy Mower installed a fuel pump on our Craftsman riding mower and it runs great, even up hills where it struggled previously. Reasonable prices.

Brought my old mower in to trade up to something nicer. The owner gave me a great trade in price and set me up with a really nice an affordable lawn mower. He was very pleasant to work with. I even ended up buy a trimmer, which he gave me a great deal in since I bought the mower. They even throw in a gas tank since I will need to start doing a gas mixture for the trimmer. Didn’t use any services he offers since I was just buying, but definitely going to start getting my lawn equipment serviced with them. 💯💯💯

Very rude when trying to negotiate a price of an item posted on Craigslist! I was simply trying to negotiate a price and this person just kept increasing his price for the item. I was willing to drive 2.5hrs, but after my experience I will not support this kind of customer service!

Bought a used Troy-Bilt mower from Rich a few weeks ago and am very happy with it.He had a nice selection to choose from and they were reasonably priced.

Purchased a mower and edger last summer. Customer service was good. A fair amount of time was spent helping me pick out the right mower. I left a satisfied customer.Fast forward to a yr later. The edger went out by summers end and the mower the start of this spring. Called to ask about servicing and was met with a stark difference in customer service.I should have bought a new one from Home Depot.

I called to try to set up an appointment. Being out of town I knew it was going to be a nightmare. This man was very rude to me. If this is the way he does business Stay away. What a nasty person.Alert alert. This man looked me up by my post and harassed me about taking down the poor review. I asked him not to call me again and blocked his phone number. So if you don’t want to be stocked don’t leave a review.

They have a large select of like new mowers at a great price. Rich is very knowledgeable and the customer experience was great. I would recommend the place to all.

At first he is a nice guy...however My opinion is if you have any issues or question him on anything...he may turn on you...it happens fast...not a good situation to find yourself in so don’t say I didn’t warn you. I really wonder if the good reviews are are entered by the company to make him look better....BEWARE!

I had a nice experience here. The owner was flexible and met with me after normal hours. I was able to purchase a like-new mower for a discounted price.

I was looking for a good used mower & called them. They said stop on over. So I did in the middle of the day in the middle of the week. Not a soul was there. The doors were locked & it wasnt lunch time either its also VERY ODD that someone would answer the phone & say to stop buy when NO ONE is at the physical location. So I found a better deal somewhere else. VERY DISAPPOINTED with this company! And

All I can say is top notch from the first phone call, to them picking up my mower and servicing it, to them delivering it the next day. If my equipment needs any service in the future, the only call Ill be making is to Rich and the guys @ West CINCY Mower. Thanks again.

I recently purchased my second mower from West Cincy Mower and couldnt be more pleased. My first one worked great until I ran over a tree stump with it and bent the crankshaft of the engine. The great people at West Cincy had me set up with a new mower and back to yard work in no time. They even gave me a repeat customer discount! I bought an electric weed whacker off them a few years ago. Great price and it still works excellent. I am thinking about getting an electric mower now. A lot less hassle than gas if you have a small yard.

Bought a CuBCadet..Had some problems They came to get it and I was not home due to a health prob..I took it in the next week,,he checked it out and while it was running discovered a possible problem Offered me choice of another mower..Got a Deer. Runs great.and he waved the travel fee.. Great company to work with .Recommend them for a used mower But 2 years later haveing problems..Took to dealer and was told possible problems with the engine..and due to age not worth fixing..Well not complaing He could not know the internal problems forthcomeing,,

Terrible service on a Saturday, guy came out did not really want to look at the mower. Told him what I needed was not very knowledgeable then began to make sly comments , told him I wanted to make it thru the day. Want you to know I ordered the part but repaired it myself Mr. Repair guy!! I will not be back to this clown show.
