I called several lawnmower places..some shut down (Covid-19), others long hold times 😒. I called Klein Mower Inc and they answered right away. The guy who answered the phone was very nice but, I dont know about mowers so he offered for me to bring it in for assistance. As I was leaving I saw a sticker with the numbers, called back and got the part ordered without a problem. This was such a relief. I spent all week Googling the part and had no idea what I was doing. I really appreciate the assistance.

Got a $300 clutch for my lawnmower never used or put it on. I gave them the part number and it didnt fit. On top of everything they wont take it back lol lost my business this place is a joke

Needed a part for a Craftsman mower. Klei said we dont sell Craftsman. End of story. Not friendly, either. Went to another shop, which also doesnt sell Craftsman but the team there knows the business and they found the part in five minutes. Friendly, too.

I’ve been there a few times and the staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. I don’t know a lot about lawn equipment so I really appreciate the extra time they take to explain and point me to what best suits my needs. My last trip the store seemed very busy but I wasn’t rushed or pressured to make a decision at all. I asked if they could deliver the mower I had purchased and they loaded it up and delivered it right away. The guy that delivered it was really nice and made sure I knew what I needed to know about the mower to get me started. All of their equipment that I saw seemed commercial grade so it is a bit pricier than a lot of the residential stuff out there but it’s competitively priced for the products that you get.

Great customer service. Boughs Stihl 170....they informed e they run a deal where you buy a six pack of oil and slaw, you can buy chains half off. Stocked up.Great experience. Will be back to purchase my leaf blower.

The owner seems nice but doesnt cater to his clients. I had bought a variable speed controller for a snow ex salt spreader and found out I had bad wiring ( 3 days later because someone tried to steal my truck) so I tried to return this (393.16 plus tax) part they were unwilling to work with me. He said I could have shorted it out and would not refund my CASH payment back, (my old one works just fine now) he said I would need it eventually because they go bad all the time. Now I understand they have a return policy but as a small business owner myself I go above and beyond for my clients, do not expect to find that here.

A great resource with a knowledgeable staff

All was great until I had a warranty claim...then all wasnt great... brought my mower 2 times,, their excuse was .. we cant find out whats wrong...i ended up finding out what was wrong...it ended up being the transmission...i bought a new transmission ,replaced it...it works perfectly,,,thanks Klein mower for nothing!!!

I needed a mower for the farm that would cut acreage. Klei mowers had a selection of used SCAG commercial mowers. I purchased a used SCAG Tiger Cat. One day into high weeds and grass the engine quit. We dropped the mower off for repair. Mr Klei personally called and left a voicemail a few days later. Mr. Klei stated that the engine had an internal failure, but it wasn’t caused by what I was mowing.Due to this Klei mowers replaced the motor for a reasonable price with a brand new Kawasaki FX801v.Fast forward to today (a few months later) this thing is a beast. It got a my pastures under control and now I can mow them quickly and this mower provides a great, quick cut (way better than a bush hog). The pastures almost look like a regular lawn now.If you want honest service at a fair price with nice staff go to Klei. To sum it up I have a commercial grade, beast of a mower that will last forever with an occasional service by Klei.

Top notch professionals who sell high quality products. Also they show you how to use them correctly. So if you know how to use a lawnmower and you know how to use a trimmer you definitely want to visit them. Unless of course youre an old dog.

When I took my part in they told me to take it back where I brought the tractor to see if cub cadet would stand behind it even though it was out of warranty. They could of order the part, took my money and leave it at that but they were good enough to guide me in another direction. They were trying to save me money. You couldnt ask for better than that. Honest company.

If i could rate negative stars i would. THE absolute worse dealer i have ever experienced. Spent $498 in total on a stihl chainsaw as well as other stihl products. The next day after using it for 15 mins I took it back to return it an after an employee told me its your problem now i asked the owner if i can exchange it atleast for a more expensive saw an spend more money paying more cash for the difference. Which is under a STIHL return policy. The owner said that applys only for the participating dealers, we do not participate. Would not work with me in any way just took my money an sold me a saw that has problems, which is a fraudulent business by deception of representing Stihl by advertizing as a dealer though not participating or respecting there policys. DO NOT GO TO THIS FAKE DEALER!
