Remke gives me that personable feeling I use to get at the neighborhood grocery store. The Hyde park location is never really crowed. Some good sales come up from time to time. Check them out.

Purchased a lot of kosher meat for the 4th of July, only to realize it was all expired (May 2021!) once we got home. Pretty disappointing. This is normally our go-to for kosher products. I understand supply chains are backed-up right now, but at least remove the expired products so we aren’t wasting money on items we will have to throw out.

Our first shopping experience was not a good one. Multiple items we purchased were out of date by months. The frozen food we purchased was freezer burnt and had ice crystals. The prices are very high compared to other stores nearby. The only good thing I can say is the staff was very nice and helpful.

Zero stars if that was an option.. I have been trying to support this store for many years. I can finally say I will never shop there again. How can you charge 8.99 for the same loaf of LaBrea bread that Kroger and other grocers charge 3.49? I have overlooked many other issues with the Hyde Park location but this one sent me over the edge.I do hope this store is able to stay in business.

This has become my go to place for a nice quick grocery run in Hyde Park Plaza. Almost never have to wait in line or look for parking spaces, and while its selection is not as lavish as Krogers, it has nowhere near the crowds.

Well organized, good produce for a chain store, and Stewart was an excellent cashier.

Clerks were helpful. Some of what I tried to buy was out of stock. Using prime parking spots for curbside delivery doesnt inspire me to return

When I shopped there it was not at all crowded. They had in stock all of the items on my shopping list. The only thing I didnt like: the overhead lights were glary and made my eyes uncomfortable.

A wider variety of products but more expensive compared to similar food stores. A liquor section is part of this store and seems to have a large selection of wines...

In my Kroger/Aldi world I havent thought about Remke. Bigger than I imagined with seemingly everything. Clean with nice cashier to boot. Comparative pricing will be a factor on whether this becomes a new grocery option. K-pods were $2-3 more for box of 12. Still I will give this store a try as it wasnt nearly as hectic as Kroger.

Havent been in a remkes in a very long time I was very impressed with the store when you walk in its just a sunlight of groceries everything is neat and in place very clean... very impressed🤗

Very convenient at competitive pricing. Never too crowded. Aisles are well marked for someone like me who doesnt do the shopping much and has trouble finding things. Cashiers are friendly and fast.

I have friends from out of town that remark they wish there was a Remke near them. Sadly the one close to me closed, so now I only get out to one when I am in the area.

I have never been inside this store before,the first thing I noticed was how clean the store was, even as I walked around,neat nothing out of place and the customer service A+.

So grateful for this location and their attention to the kosher needs of locals!

A nice little grocery store with a bit of a small-town, mom-and-pop feel to it. Staff are very nice, the store is clean, and has plenty of selection. I go here to avoid the big crowds and long lines at Kroger.

I havent been here in years but had a Amazon package delivered to this location so I looked around. There meat selection is a little low but they have the essentials at a competitive price. They have hand sanitizer if you need some.The service was friendly and I was in and out in no time.

When moved to Cincinnati a year ago was thrilled to find a small, family owned grocery store and shopped here on a regular basis. Have found expired food on shelves, even baby formula and long waiting times in check out. Last Saturday even the self check lines had four to five deep in each lane... Unfortunately I was treated rudely by employee so walked out and will not be back. Just spent my 300.00 for weeks worth of groceries at Meijer...

Large variety of items, and assortment of beers and other alcoholic drinks. Fresh produce, seafood,meats and delicatessen. Top that off with a friendly helpful professional staff and charged carts for the handicapped.

Great supermarket with tons of selection. Very clean. Staff is extremely helpful. Before covid they gave out free bags of popcorn to shoppers. What a hoot!

Their deli is fantastic. You gotta try the Gugisburg spread. Yummy 😋

I had a great conversation with the produce woman. She turned me on to a couple of things I wouldnt have bought, had she not brought them to my attention. My favorite crackers (Carrs Rosemary) were seriously marked down and I appreciated that very much. Thank you too for continuing to carry Claussens Bread and Butter pickles. Theyre the best pickles Ive been able to find!!

I had never been before but just moved and this one is nearby. Store shelves were mainly bare. Old run down appearance. Numerous carts with expired and discounts products from Easter in late May. My every day basics that I wanted to but were priced a good deal more than Im used to. Left without purchasing a thing, went across the lot to Kroger for a much better experience.

This store is always so neat and clean, no matter what time or what day I shop. Normally I find what Im looking for, plus some good finds on sale. People are very nice and helpful, too.

I enjoy going to Remke. A full service grocery in HP.Much quieter than HP Kroger.Store is SO much easier to navigate than Kroger. Prices are equivalent or better than Kroger. Fruit and vegs dept is HUGE. Personnel are very helpful and friendly.

Remke is still a thing? There are no customers in this store, at least when I was there. The employees are super nice and its clean, but I dont know how much longer they can hold out...

Remke is the best place to grocery shop, you can take your time going thru the wide aisles and the atmosphere is much more calm & friendly than other grocery stores.

Very large and well stocked supermarket. Most of the stuff is fresh and wide variety of veggies, fruits and other farm fresh produce. Orgsnic varieties are also available. Their eggplant quality can be improved. But otherwise, great shopping experience.

This is a fine grocery store. I love the focus on local items. They also have a nice growler station - the beers usually include at least one MadTree and Blank Slate beer which are the closest breweries. I took off a star for lack of selection on some items and inconsistent pricing. Some things are decently prices but others are much higher than Kroger. Which is the main reason I usually go to Kroger.

A smaller yet faster shopping experience than super grocery stores yet still have a lot product and unique choices. After work wine tasting...a new kosher isle. Lots of local products. Family owned chain.

When I cant find what I want anywhere else, I can usually find it at Remke

A nice store and very easy to navigate compared with the Kroger in the same area which seems to be twice as big.

Great grocery! Remember has such great brands and the salad bar is amazing! Prices are very high so Im careful about what I buy but they have alot of brands that Kroger doesnt carry. Oh! Try the fried chicken from the deli, beats the Colonel all to hell!

I come here for the chicken salad. The best ever. Get the old Biggs salad.

Very pleasant shopping experience

Remke is my preferred grocery store. Still very sad they closed the one closest to me, but I go grocery shopping so infrequently that the extra driving doesnt bother me. And its much nicer than the Keogers closest to me!

The checkout time can sometimes be slow but the store is one of the most personable in the area

Called for Pet Ritz regular pie crust shell but employee put on hold deep dish pie crust shell, which I did not want. It was too late and too far to make the exchange.

Store was not crowded, no long lines. I can see why, their prices are just a bit on the higher side. But store was super clean!

Great store, clean, well-stocked, helpful staff. The selection is fantastic, produce is always fresh, and a pretty good beer selection. Go on a Saturday afternoon: great samples, especially in the cheese department.Try the Wild Harvest brand, especially the chocolate soy milk. Better than Silk.

I usually come home with a couple of items missing then have to go back and get them where the older lady doesnt give them to you. Seems unhappy to be there.

I only shop there for kosher food, but prices and selection are not great. Please carry more variety of kosher cheese, meat, and poultry. I should be able to buy whole chicken for soup and challah on Thursday evening for Shabbat.

Frequent shopper at this Remke. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I really love the small town vibe.

This place is behind Kroger and it is a gem. Never crowded, check out immediately, good prices. Good Beer selection. They survive off Krogers Hyde Park spillover and do a damn good job of it.

I go here for the cleanliness, good produce and almost guarantee that it wont be busy. The prices are higher than Kroger, for sure. But i like that theres never a crowd and the store is clean.
