He was very efficient and professional. I was worried his price was going to be high but he saved me hundreds of dollars. The door was installed the very next day. When our 15-year old garage doors were repeatedly falling apart, Jims team was always there, vastly improved them and were always speedy and affordable. When it was time to (finally) upgrade, his guy did an amazing job replacing the doors with the ones we ordered - and knocked it out in about 5 hours. Highly recommended.

Great experience, door was installed quickly with no hiccups. I was looking for a pretty typical garage door and Pro Door gave the only quote (of 3) that my insurance deemed reasonable. The other 2 quotes were from bigger companies and were ~$800 higher for a similar product.

They were super professional, easy to work with, lower cost than big box stores. I would definitely recommend them...love my new garage doors! They hauled away all the old doors. It does take time to get new ones made but that is going to be anywhere you go...theyre custom.

Jim came and looked at the work I had to have done (new garage door 11ft tall x 10ft wide) which was not a typical residential install. Came on time and kept in contact after we had agreed to a price and date. His son Ben came to install the door and was fantastic.very professional company and am very satisfied with the work. When I called to discuss the issues I was having with my opener, they knew exactly what was wrong. I chose to not repair my opener, and have them install a new one. The price couldnt be beat, and their customer service on the phone and in person was top notch! The two gentlemen that installed it were very nice and fast workers. In 2011, Pro Door installed three garage door openers and two garage doors on an very old stone detached garage that we were attempting to convert to usable space.Jims challenge was to frame in the garage door openings to accommodate the new garage doors and openers.Jim did a great job, working all day to get the doors installed. We now have a great space for our cars and storage. We continue to get compliments on the installation and Im constantly giving referrals to Jim as a result.We will continue to use Pro Door for all of our garage door installation and maintenance.

He was able to quickly come out to our house and was able to fix the problem that day by fixing the door rather than attempting to up-sell us on a door replacement. He even was able to quickly add a key pad for the garage door while he was there. Great service. Very happy with the work performed.
