Hired Budget Door earlier this year I’m very pleased with their work. They installed two new garage door openers to replace my loud old ones. Price was right and they got it done quickly. Mike was helpful and easy to deal with. The new openers they put in are really quiet and they’re working great!

Daniel was on time and professional. He fixed the spring and made sure the door worked better than it ever had before. I was charged exactly what was quoted and felt it was more than fair. I will never look for another door company. Thank you to everyone that I dealt with.

We had Budget Door replace 4 doors and add openers at our Fairfield warehouse this fall. Overall, the experience was very good. The installation technicians went above and beyond for us. The company had been paid in full and we asked them to come back out to reprogram our remotes and they were glad to do so. Would recommend.

We used them commercially, and they were fantastic! The staff I worked with was extremely friendly, from the first phone call, to the follow up, to the actual technicians! They scheduled us next day and the technicians arrived early, and fixed the problem that had been bothering us for years, in a matter of 30 minutes! I would recommend this company to anyone!

I called Budget Door for service on my old door based on their positive Google reviews. When setting the appointment I specifically asked the person, If I decide to get a new door instead of fixing my old one, is the price of the service call deducted from the price of the new door? Most companies do this when a customer is going to spend over $1,000, so I definitely wasnt going to use a company that didnt offer this. I was told YES by Budget Door. I paid $60-70 for the service call, then decided to get a new door instead of paying $300 to fix my old one. I was then told later when talking to someone on the phone they do not deduct the service call charge from getting a new door, which completely contradicts what I was told when I set the appointment. I then talked to a manager or the owner who also told me that their service calls are not deducted from a new door. After arguing about it he finally did decided to take off the service charge for a new door but at that point I was so frustrated I didnt want to give them my business, which was good because I ended up getting a lower price from someone else anyways.

I recently contacted Budget Door of Cincinnati due to my garage door not opening. The servicer who came to fix my garage door that day was Adam. I consider myself to be a very inquisitive individual without a lot of technical knowhow. Adam quickly identified the problem and explained the issue I was having with my door in a way that actually made sense to me. After he fixed the problem and adjusted a few of my rollers my door was quieter than what it had been before it broke down. He took a lubricant and sprayed all the moving parts and told me about how lubricating my springs will help to avoid problems in the future. If you’re in need of a garage door repair or replacement don’t hesitate to call. Very rarely do I have the pleasure of doing business with a company that truly cares about their customers and gives 5-star service 100% of the time.
