Got here at 3:30 pm and they didnt want to unload me. 1 stack of pipes. 3 minutes job and they refused to unload. Had to wait until next day. 😡

Great place, they have everything and friendly helpful staff to help out. Lucky they’re close to my project. I am not an electrician but a DIY putting in a new service with inspections and all, so I often don’t know what I’m looking for is called or even if it’s available So far they have had everything as in all the parts and tools, crimp tools for rent etc, and helpful electricians shopping there. :)

Nick is always helpful and front end guys seem to have been there for a long time and are knowledge of what I need. The new layout looks great and there seems to be a lot of free educational events.

Get here before 7 am..docks are hard to get in. Fast unload though.

Advice for truck drivers,you MUST be here before 7am(they have lower uphill driveway - you can stay there overnight),because if you come later and parking lot will be full - here will be a problem to back in the dock,I would say REALLY big problem!!! Good luck!!!

Counter sales people are either hard of hearing or just dont give a care. Look for orders in the wrong company name. I guess thats why they are called Richards
