Cincinnati door and window is awesome!! Called on a Sunday and left a message about my problem and was called promptly Monday morning at 8 AM and someone was out to fix my garage doors the same afternoon! The technician called me back and let me know between what hours he would arrive and then also called when he was on his way within 30 minutes of arrival - he was polite, helpful, knowledgeable and solved and fix the problem in no time - I highly recommend Cincinnati door and window - would definitely use again!

Once again, CINCINNATI DOOR to my rescue. I had guests in town and of course my garage door spring decided to break first thing on a Saturday morning. I called CINCINNATI DOOR 08:30 and a real voice took my message and said someone would return my call after 09:00. Shortly after 09:00 CINCINNATI DOOR called and said no problem..theyd send someone out between noon and three. I was thrilled with that but the best part was when I got a call ten minutes later telling me the tech would arrive in twenty minutes. He arrived, repaired my door and was gone in 45 minutes. Thats great service. The man who did my repair, TJ, had previously installed my wall mount door opener. Clean, professional and explained everything before doing the job. Thank you CINCINNATI DOOR. Love this place. They installed door openers on two of our bays almost three years ago. They were great at that time.The oldest opener/bay had an issue. We reached out to them. They called to say when they were coming. TJ came - great guy - well within the window of 9 - 11. He quoted me the price which was more than reasonable. Cody was awesome! He phoned in the morning with his arrival time and then arrived right on time. He fixed the rubber on the bottom of my garage door quickly. This was a great experience. Our garage door spring broke and I had no idea on a company to call. I checked on-line and saw that Cincinnati Door & Opener had a number of positive reviews. I called and was scheduled for the next day. Adam called that morning to give an ETA then called again when he was 20 minutes away. Adam is a great technician, very friendly and knowledgeable. He reviewed my issue and 45 minutes later he was complete. While here he greased and checked my other garage door and had the parts on his truck to repair the other garage door keypad. The complete job with the addition of a new keypad was less than the quoted price on the phone and I also received a 5% military discount for my service in the Navy. I could not be happier and both my garage doors are operating like new. I appreciate and trust this company and will use them again if I have garage door needs. Wonderful experience! Steve represents his company well. We had 2 previous over the phone quotes. They didn’t offer to give us a onsite estimate or quote. I went to a couple of specialized showrooms. Not impressed by their sales tactics. Steve came out and had the newest types in stock. He gave us all the information we needed.T.J was our installer. So impressed by his work ethic.He explained everything to us in detail and showed us how to use the openers. I WILL use them again if needed.

The rep I spoke with over the phone was very knowledgeable and nice, and had me on the calendar for work to be done within 2 days. The tech, Adam, was able to fix our issue and suggest alternatives to what we had originally planned. Even though we didnt take his recommendation, he was happy to do anything we wanted. He got our new garage door motor, springs, keypad, and clickers installed in just under 2 hours. Will be using them in the future.

Just had a new door installed. It was a great experience, starting with Steve coming out to give a quote to Jake & Jerry installing. While others were 6-8 weeks out, these guys were able to get everything done 2 days after getting the quote. Jake & Jerry were right on time and had everything done w/in 2 hours. There was a very very small scratch that he did not have the touch up paint for. He followed up the next day, repaired the scratch, and gave us touch up paint. I highly recommend these guys.

Net 3 Stars, but maybe 4. Installed two replacement garage door openers, basically went very well. Easy to schedule, arrived on time, very polite and courteous, fast installation, billing was easy.Minus 2 Stars: -- Openers were not installed perpendicular to the door and rails (see photos). Caused the door arm (the part connecting the door to the trolley) to be torqued off to one side, so in the full up position, it pulled the door off to one side. Being out of square might not cause long term problems of wear, but it surely didn’t look right.– Left three screws on the garage floor. Ouch. Screws and tires do not mix well. A quick sweep and double-check would have worked.Plus 1 Star: Called them and they were out a day later to fix the problem. It’s all good now. Quick problem resolution is always a good sign.I’d recommend them to others, but hope they: Slow down, double check their work, and do it right the first time.

I had a huge gap at the bottom of my garage door thought I needed a new door , Steve came out to give me a bid .Steve informed me my garage door had no issues I basically needed a bigger bottom seal. Also he felt that once I installed the opener that would help. Steve was correct. The tech that installed my garage door opener was very knowledgeable, professional... he answered all my questions . They also put a new seal in the bottom and no gap.. These guys saved me over $650.00 dollarsWOW

Both of our garage doors were damaged after another local company incorrectly installed openers without reinforcing hardware and with poor alignment of the motors. Cincinnati Door and Opener replaced one and repaired another at a very reasonable price. The doors are now un-dented, flush with the door seals, and move very smoothly and quietly on the tracks. The technician (TJ) also made several minor fixes that will reduce mechanical wear in the future - he clearly takes pride in his work! Very happy I called this company!

Great job! ..broken garage door that wouldn’t closed. Called 3 other companies before Cincinnati Door and Window. All said they’d have guy out within 2-3 days. No way I can leave my garage door open that long. CDW had a guy out within 90 mins. He got the door closed and locked and supposedly ordered the new door.When I called a few days later to know when they would be installing they seemed to have lost the job order. Owner got involved and got the install appointment set up.Nate came yesterday to install and the entire process was smooth and easy (about 3 hours) and all is good.One minor glitch that was taken care of immediately and professionally but otherwise great job and would recommend them.

Called them at 8am to fix a 16ft garage door with a broken torsion spring, broken cables and rollers out of the track, which was also bent. Jake arrived at 9am, talked me through the needed repairs, and completed everything by 10:15am. Price seemed fair. Thank you! Definitely recommend.

I was very impressed with Cincinnati Door from start to finish. My sales rep Steve was very knowledgable, the turnaround was quick and the install crew was hard working and skilled. My job should have taken 2 days and they completed it in 1... they called in extra guys and worked 12 straight hours.
