I placed an order on the BBB website and 13 days later the items still have not shipped. Customer service has no idea what to do. Spoke on the customer service line with an individual as well as two separate occasions spoke to someone via text message customer service. Each time I spoke with someone it took at least 10 to 15 minutes for them to even gather information about the order even though the order number was given. The item was listed as shipped but had still not left the warehouse. Had to cancel order due to items being a birthday gift and not reaching deadline after total 13 days. The final message to me before issuing a refund is that You should expect not to receive your items for at least 14 to 24 days due to high volume. I get my Amazon packages in two days tops. We will not order online with them again.

It’s no wonder this place is going out of business, the customer service is an absolute joke. Online prices and in store prices are always different. I would highly recommend not shopping at ANY bed bath and beyond.

The ladies were so friendly!!! And I was even past their closing time but they gave me a few extra momemts for my process of creating a new idea for a space I plan to fill with items purchased from here!!! Good quality happy smiles!!! Thank you ladies for all your help!!!

A very large store with lots of product great selection. Wish there was one in my side of town.

Was just in your Eastgate store. There were two registers open with the exit lane in between them. I was second on the left lane. There were two in the right lane. It came to my time and the older cashier on the right informed me that the second person in her lane was ahead of me. I left and she was huffy. I have shopped there many times and there was never a single lane when both registers were open. I will not be shopping there again. I went home; ordered the item on Amazon for less money and will have it tomorrow.I tried to support a box store, but this employee is a detriment to the store’s survival.It is a shame that your employees are assisting in closing your locations.

Called the store searching for a specific cookware item. Having been told the item was in stock, I drove to the store. Item(s) had been held for me at the front counter, and (SURPRISE!) was on sale! This was a good experience! Also, Debbie is a definite PLUS for your store...knowledgeable, polite, helpful, terrific!

I guess Covid killed this location. Sad.......I used to live Bed, Bath & Beyond........Im a brick & mortar kinda guy. This world is becoming a digital world. So sad.

The store is going out of business so everything is 20% off. The issue is everything is kind of high so even with 20% doesnt make a big difference.

Went to return an item new in the box with a security seal unbroken but missing my receipt. They were completely unwilling to work with me and after persistence offered me 80% return value as in store credit. The 80% value they offered was on a much lower price than I paid. Highly dissatisfied.

Wonderful store, great staff ,friendly, and very helpful and you can always find someone to help you. If you want or need it they have it and with great prices. Easy to find what your looking for, and they have great sales. I buy all my bedding and bath needs there, plus most of my kitchen needs . Would highly recommend this store to everyone. Love it.

Typical BB&B store. Lots of choices for kitchen gadgets and home decor. Always thought of them as a little pricey though. Always use the 20% off coupon you get from signing up for their mailing list. We usually go in for one item and walk around the store once. They never have enough registers open and they dont like when you go to the service desk to check out.

Walked in thinking they were going out of business, but come to find out they are just closing a bunch of their locations. I dont think this location is one. So just did a quick walk around since no real sales like I was expecting, and last thing I saw right I was leaving was a returned air purify and I have actually been researching/looking into air purifiers this week. This one was returned by a customer who thought they ordered 2 white ones however they received 1 white and 1 black so returned the black one. Store automatically marked it half off, then the sales lady said sign up and you can get 20% of coupon as well. Im already signed up so she showed me how to check if I had any coupons and I did. So a $250 something air purifier for nearly $100 I was beyond ecstatic and bought with out hesitation. Good deal ontop of top quality customer service.

VERY SLOW LINES and HIGH prices.Unless You have a certain item You can find nowhere else but in this overpriced, rut of a store - dont waste Your time. That is unless Youve 30 minutes to kill standing in 1 open Lane with 20 other people behind and or in front of You.Also, apparently this location only employs two people. Because thats all I saw, even when looking for help buttons.

Had a lot of clearance. There were employees on the floor but not asking if you need help every five seconds. The cashier boy was really nice.

I always have a great experience at this store. Wish I could remember the name of the kid that helped us as he deserves 6 stars!

It was an awesome adventure, did not find what I was looking for, but took home some neat Christmas gifts, and sent some out of state free shipping., oh yeeeaaa.

Disgusting Customer Service !!! Just if you folks dont know returning item they will take a 20% of the value of your item (cash,credit,debit or gift card)and if you dont have receipt and pay in cash an investigation will run for 30days to check in their system if the item is found as a purchase. I wish the Person who attend me explained to me in on a smooth way not with the rudeness and poorly educated about their Policy !!!!

They dont do free gift wrapping the give/ place an item it a BOX! That is not wrapped- plus it has bed bath and beyond all over it!! Thats stupid. My shower is not a marketing event! And do guest dont even know that, that isnt proper way to give a gift! It needs actually wrapping paper!
