Just stopped by for a curbside pickup order and it couldn’t be easier! Came quick and painlessly, just showed my ID through the window and it was loaded into the trunk. Was the most seamless experience I’ve come across so far in any retailer during Covid, which I greatly appreciate. I had to place several orders online for curbside pickup. Luckily the third order wasnt canceled due to them not having the items in stock like the website indicated. I used the curbside pickup option. The notification of arrival function was nice but didnt seem to be functioning. I had to call the store after 10 minutes of waiting for my order in the designated spot. However once they were aware of my arrival, my order was brought out within 3 minutes.

Youll be in trouble if youre an impulse shopper. They made it specifically for people who just cant help but grab out what they have available. Lol. Still the best place to get kitchen utensils and bath items.

The Rookwood Plaza is a lot about managing the rush and trying to find a parking spot. Bed Bath and beyond could improve the level of customer service. However, I try to be understanding of the demand of the job. I did pick up because during this pandemic I try to avoid crowded spaces. The prices are borderline expensive depending on your budget. Quality of the products are good, no problems so far anyway. Id shop here again. I just have to find out when its not so busy.

They dont have prices on 75% of their items. You walk around the store and nothing has a price. I understand that there is a price checker station but not everyone wants to drag all the stuff that they are thinking about buying over there to check prices. The cashiers are great but the store itself always looks like its being remerchandised, things are everywhere and most of it has no price tag. Even the stuff with price tags is not the right price. Highly inconvenient.

My great nieces birthday was last week.However, being a caregiver I didnt get a chance to have her gift wrapped. The night before, I checked the Internet for gift wrap services. Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, a corporate commercial type co. also, a small business service were listed. Target was the closest and opened at 8am. I arrived a little early the next morning and there was a line. After entering I learned it was discontinued. Being in a pinch I drove to Norwood to BB&B. The young manager was dealing with returns and such, however, he took time to help. My niece was so happy. I would like to thank him for his kindness, professionalism, and, for doing a very nice job of wrapping her gift!

If you’re engaged and looking to register, come here and ask for Greg’s help. We had already started our registry online and In store, however the store recommended Greg’s services to us, so we came back to get his support. He was so knowledgeable about items and could provide personal and professional input on them. He allowed us to make informed decisions on which products or brands to register for without being swayed. He also gave us insight and recommendations for all places we may be registered at, in order to help ensure specific items we may want are more focused on, and how to maximize our larger priced items. He was ever so patience and friendly as he went around with us for several hours (yes, hours!) helping us with our registry. We were even surprised how long we spent with him, however it was most helpful and beneficial. He even helped remove some items we decided to swap out and add others that were online only. By the time we got home, our registry was completely updated. We cannot say enough good things about Greg!

Not even trying anymore. Sunday December 13 in peak Christmas shopping season. Middle of the afternoon. One register open. One. Line to check out is snaking around the store. More people are giving up and just leaving without making their purchases than are staying in the line to check out.

Bright, clean, bargains, but...Caveat emptor. If youre careful and check prices you can find some great buys here especially if you bring their coupons you can blow Amazon away. Theres also a lot of things here that you dont need and that are overpriced and thats surely how they make their money so you have to be careful not to fall into that pitfall. Be a careful, prepared, intelligent shopper, and make the store serve * your * needs.

They have alot of bed stuff and they have some bath stuff.They have some really cool kitchen stuff. They even have stuff for your dog or cat.

This place has a lot of nice stuff but I will say its a little on the high side very expensive things. I went in looking for a simple dish rack there was $25 and $30 and it was just a simple dish rack it was a nothing fancy to it. Better off going to Target or Walmart for something like that but they do have a lot of other nice things just depends on what youre looking for and how much you want to spend.

Didnt have anything we were looking for and the air fryer was cheaper at Target.

Called about massager, short wait on hold.. Manager was very informative and considerate.

It was a bit bare but bc of covid 19 thats understandable. I needed pillows and drapes. Their drapes area is small.

Its what you expect from a BB&B... Clean, organized store with overpriced items that youd probably be better off buying on Amazon. I go there when I have coupons (They do give out some great coupons occasionally!) and when I need something fast. Its a good place to see home goods before you actually take out your wallet.

BB&B has diminished from the early days of our relationship. The coupons are great and some staples are always to be had but ...idk, the chain needs some zing. Id like them to stay in business.

Clean. Friendly staff. Easy to find what you need. Prices are a little high but there are good deals if you look.

They actually have their regular selection of mini hand sanitizers. Love it!

Today I had the most amazing shopping experience picking out products for my daughter’s dorm room. She is my oldest and going into her Freshman year so needless to say we started out a little overwhelmed. But then we found Colleen... she was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Apparently she has been helping with dorm choices for years and had information on all the local university dorm requirements. She stayed with us until we exhausted our list and helped us find the best deals possible. They even had a 20% discount for college students. I really appreciated all the help and advice . Colleen really helped me save time and money and pick out the best products. I wanted to hug her when we were done!

I give them a fine because when you go in there and you know I got to push cart and I went through every hour it was just amazing it was like I could have just kept buying all day but you only have so much money you want to spend and every hour I went into there was something I could have bought but I went in there and got a few items I know the guy ordered some puppy steps for me and the service was good you never told me when you come back to pick it up I came back the day that he told me they were there you can just go there and just fine pretty much anything anything youre looking for you can go to one place and find it so I was very pleased with my service and I like the store

I had purchased this runner online, when it arrived it was shorter then expected... When I called to see if I could return it to any store I was told I had to send it back and wait for a refund... I took a chance anyway and brought it to a store near me. The cashier was very friendly and helpful, took my return and refunded my funds without incident...

You know, for an area thats a nicer part of town this isnt the nicest BB&B at all. The bathroom was filthy and out of soap and tp and the displays were really messed up and empty. Kinda reminds me of Sears right before... Well we know whats happening... Hope all those folks find new jobs!

Trashy looking. Reminded me of a garage sale. Waited for 10 minutes and was told that I was in wrong line. Took 20 minutes to make a return. People were nice but store is not set up for them to be successful.

Had a very bad experience here. Saw an item listed on their website as being available in the store only, and which was listed on the website as being available at this location specifically, but when we arrived and couldnt find it, we were informed that it hasnt been stocked for some time. This is apparently a problem that is well known by staff but is ignored.

My fiancé and I came here to do our gift registry and it was a great experience. Chloe assisted us in getting set up. She was very informative with the process and extremely helpful. She was not pushy and didnt hover as we browsed but happened to be there when we had questions.The store had a great selection of items any couple may need when trying to start a new home together. Found it odd that the Hyde Park Cincinnati store advertised multiple brands of mixers yet only carried kitchenaid in store... Everything else had to be ordered online. Wasnt going to make a $300 purchase without being able to check it out in person.Also, same with the immersion blenders. Range was from a not in stock clearance to a 99$ braun. Not much to choose from.

Wide variety and great prices. Been looking at bath sheets for sometime. I was able to find very plush bath sheets on sale.

Therere never associates out in the store. Its too big to walk the whole store looking for someone to help you. Im not going to stand in line 10 min to ask assistants.

I would say customer service is not the best but If you find the right person (and YOU have to find THEM) they can be super helpful. Store was very messy, under stocked and disorganized on December 18th. Perhaps understaffed?If you get on their mailing list they will mail you cupons for 20% off a few times a year. Really worth it for a more expensive item you might want.
