Spent half an hr trying on shirts that fit the way I like, finally found one, paid for printing and shirt and then they called me soon after saying tshirt was ruined during printing, they considered it no big deal since the shirt was from the clearance rack, said they could grab one like the other shirt I purchased. I had no choice but okay them grabbing another from the rack. Got my shirt today, fits terrible. I dont recommend this place

I have gotten several shirts customized for a walk we do every year for childrens hospital. We make new shirts every year for the walk, for our team. The shirts always come out great! Ive used custom ink before, they are good too. But this place has lower prices and you get your products alot sooner than custom ink. Staff is super nice and very helpful. These guys did a great job! I needed a quick turnaround for 2 T shirts with my sons new company logo. I simply sent them a power point of the logo and they were able to transpose and print in less than 2 days! I didnt even have to go to the office until pick up. Price was very reasonable as well. I checked some other T shirt shops and they all wanted minimum runs of 40 shirts. Big Frog has direct transfer capabiity ... this really gives them and advantage on cost and turn around.

I came in on a Friday afternoon needing two t-shirts for an engagement party the next day. They got the proofs to me quickly and the t-shirts were finished in plenty of time. The future bride and groom loved their custom tees!

Big Frog has a friendly and personable staff that will work with you to make sure you care completely satisfied. I went in on a Monday with a general idea of a Dog Mom shirt that I wanted. They covered the general concept of the shirt but I wasnt a big fan of the first proof they sent me. So, I called and was able to come in the next business day with a sample of the fonts I wanted and within 1 hour the design went from meh to YEAH! I love my tank top and it is something that I will wear proudly during the spring and summer seasons.

Love the printing on the actual shirt and then applying the heat. No worry of the design pulling off. The designer was amazing. She pulled ideas up while my son and I were there and redesigned for our taste. All of this and turned back around in 4 days....was finished sooner, I just couldnt get there.

I had a jacket that I wanted to have done. So I spent time letting the lady on the phone know what type of jacket it was and the type of material, even sent emails with the information about the jacket. They told me to come there and theyll be able to do it. I get there and the story completely changes, I traveled an hour just for them to say I dont know, you can risk it.

Went to a impromptu event and needed a shirt made quickly. Big frog had staff that were amazingly helpful. The shirt was done in less than a day and it looked sharp. Comfy t-shirt and clean detail on the design. Of I need a shirt made again i will be going to Big frog.

I was promised a hoodie on Wednesday. No call on Weds or Thurs. I stopped on Friday morn and was told the wrong shirts had been ordered and they just realized it. I needed shirt for Saturday event. They said they would have it ready Friday eve. I had to work so I arranged for someone else to pick hoodie up. She didnt inspect the hoodie and when I got it I noticed the picture was way off center and cockeyed. I went back the following morning to Big Frog and the manager instead of apologizing, told me it was only off by 1 finger and the material was stretchy and it wasnt noticeable. It was VERY NOTICEABLE. I demanded either a refund or a reprint. She went on insisting this was a perfectly good shirt until I got a little loud then she called the owner. She began lying to him about the details of the story so I talked over her to say so. She then took phone to back room. Finally she came back out and handed me the phone. I began to calmly tell the owner about the hoodies being late, the wrong shirts being ordered, her lying about just discovering the wrong shirts on Friday, their insistence that I take this clearly defective shirt where the imprint was off by a good 3 on the back etc and he interrupted me. He said he wasnt going to listen to me complain about his service and his employees and that his employee felt threatened by me. (She was currently 2 feet from me printing t-shirts) and he had called the POLICE on me. WHAT??? Im a 61 year old grandmother in there with my. 9 year old granddaughter. So I put the phone down and left. I emailed the owner later and he would not refund my money even though I had missed my event but he did reprint the shirt. He would not allow me into the store to pick it up. No one in the store apologized for their bad service, no discount. I paid full price for a shirt that was 8 days past the promised pickup time. Totally outrageous. This man doesnt deserve another customer.

Over the past couple of days Ive ordered new shirts. Mary is no longer there and my 7-year-old son has a far better bedside manner and IQ than Briana. So unfortunate!
