Was charged $1300.00 dollars for art work conversation and printing on 46 shirts front and back. No prices listed in store and no price quotes until after work was done. And on top of it I had dog hair on the shirts that I planned to sale, and I cant use any of the artwork that they converted. Complete waste of money, now Im taking them to court.

I am nearly a year late writing this review. The staff of Madison Print Shoppe was kind, gracious, flexible, and nonjudgmental of what turned out to be a fairly absurd request to embroider a bean bag for my nieces birthday. Yes, I brought it in at the last minute. And yes, I had to manually de-stuff the bag ( were talking seemingly infinite pieces of a foam-like substance subsequently strewn about their shop) so the cover could be removed for embroidery. And they it did it on time and at a reasonable price. I am so grateful to them!

This print shop is by far the best in the tri state!! Nothing seemed like a challenge for these ladies, anything you need they can do. They are super friendly and I love the fact that its family owned. Unlike a lot of print shops they actually took the time and got back with me right away with my idea and modifications to make it exactly how I imagined. Amazing customer service!! They helped me select the right print colors for the shirts, select the right color shirts that would work well with those colors, allowed me to bring home samples so we can select the proper sizes for the players, and then allowed me to change the order size without blinking an eye. I love Madison Print Shoppe so much I had to leave a review from my husbands account. I called them yesterday with a request of two shirts by the end of the day. Not only did they agree to doing this but they had them done two hours later. The shirts looked amazing and everyone there was so friendly and inviting.Side Note: I called pretty much every print shop in Cincinnati before calling them. Every placed I call was rude, laughed at the request and made sure I knew they had a six shirt minimum. Madison Print Shoppe went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Thank you so much!
