I’m still in awe about the incredible experience I had at Meijer Optical. Not only were the floor staff members (Katie & Angela) polite, but they were very helpful with finding me the perfect pairs of glasses. There is a lot more to picking out glasses than just randomly trying them on. And, as if that weren’t good enough, it only got better when it was time to pay; the bill was about half of what I’ve paid at other places in the past! I should probably add that the doctor was very friendly and he gave me his full attention during the exam. I highly recommend Meijer Optical on Stone Creek Blvd.

What a terrific experience! I’m so glad that I finally made the leap from my previous optical office. The two opticians and the doctor were very professional and friendly, and their prices were better than expected.

**Update** I spoke with the new manager and she fixed everything 😊I like the doctor but whoever is running his business side for him is messing him up. I went to the doctor with my daughter and we both ordered glasses on March 3rd, we were supposed to get a call that they were in March 11th. BEFORE the covid-19 pandemic!!! Other optometrist offices are open to pick up at least. I have work/school from home and my daughter has school for now. And to top it off they charged me more than double for my items. That lady that quit probably messed all his stuff up before he left. Super unhappy

I will not be returning for service. They asked if it was okay to write down my credit card number so that the doctor could process my payment to him at home as they didnt have a working credit card machine. When I went to pick up my contacts I had to wait 20 minutes because 1 person was working. They had no contact rebate forms. She told me I had to get it online but she had no information on where to look online. When I looked online and made calls I was told I had to get the form from my eyecare provider.

The optometrist, Dr blankman missed diagnosing a retinal detachment. Don’t go there.
