I sent my phone mail in. That was October 12th. They claim an average 24 hr turnaround time. It is now October 24th and my phones have not been repaired. In fairness they had a Covid-19 outbreak at the store that has delayed things. But over 2 weeks???I have still not received my phone. It is now November 3rd. I have not even received a phone call about the progress or status of my phone. This is ridiculous. I would give zero Stars if possible.

Put phone in for a simple cracked glass. Had to return for faulty repair, iris ID no longer working. Store called with update status message. Unable to contact by phone at 5:30pm because store closed hours early without notice locking my phone inside... Very Upset

First, the repair (a cell phone screen replacement) seems to be well done, so thats the most important thing.  And both associates that helped me were professional and friendly.  But there were a few big issues with their service.  When I made an appointment, I was told it would take 2-3 hours, but in the end, it took almost 3x as long (only counting when they are actually open), so I didnt have my phone for an entire day.  Why have me make an appointment to bring it in if it wasnt even going to be looked at that day?  I could have brought it the morning of the next day and still had access to my phone the night before.  Also, their communication was atrocious. They said I would get an email and theyd call a second number when it was done, but neither actually happened.  They have a tracking website, which is supposed to give you the progress of your repair, but it always said being prepared right until I picked up my phone, so that was useless.  I could almost accept that, but they almost never answered the phone!  I tried a dozen or so times throughout the day and they only picked up twice.  All the rest of the times it automatically hung up on me.  Please at least send out an email so I dont have to call multiple times. And when I picked up my phone, there was a notification that it shut down due to overheating. Ive never seen that before so what did they do to cause that. Not happy about that and hopefully it doesnt affect the longevity of my phone.

I want to give an outstanding review. I had to take my phone to get a cracked screen fixed a couple days ago and they did an awesome job on my screen my screen was cracked up pretty bad. I want to give a shout out to Joel and Zack they were incredibly professional I almost did a cartwheel when I came back in and saw how great of a job that my screen was fixed so well. These guys are extremely professional they talk to you like a person.i had a one plus Nord 100, which is a rare phone..an they over nighted my parts..had it next day..an got the job done..amazing..I would recommend them anytime to fix device.

I had my wife iPhone screen repaired, they were professional and knowledgeable. The experience was awesome! I highly recommend them to anyone needing there iPhone repaired, and there an authorized apple repair company, with out the huge lines at apple and better customer service!! Apple should take notes from them about customer service and satisfaction.

I came in late and they were able to get my cracked screen repaired quickly! I had AT&T insurance so I did have to file a quick claim which was mildly problematic but ubreakifix was great!

SCAMMERS!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I made an appointment for some one to come to my school and fix my phone. They never came , put me on hold for 2 hours and took 3 days to even address the problem. When the supervisor finally called me he had a bad attitude and told me they did come and argued with about how they came saw my phone and gave me a higher price. Even after I told him no one from this company even saw me or my phone so what are you talking about? He kept yelling and I reiterated myself and requested my $30 deposit back . Here we are 2 weeks later I never got my refund and the customer service is nonexistent. They stole from me and is making no attempt to rectify this issue. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!

REPAIRS TAKE WEEKS! If you need your device in the near future, I would avoid uBreakiFix.uBreakiFix is one of the few repairs shops that will work on Apple watch’s. I was very excited I would finally get my watch again. I went into the store on 5/6 or 5/13. They were just going to replace the battery, ensure it would turn on and screen works, and glue it back on. The glue needed to set for 24 hours. They told me to come back the next day so the 5/7 or 5/14.About an hour before I left to pick up my watch, they called me and said the battery that was in stock was also bad. It would take 7-14 days to get the new battery and replace. I was sad it was going to take longer, but I understand things can happen.During this exchange, everyone was working to ensure I had a great experience, and they were very forward. 3 weeks since it was suppose to be finished the first time (I gave them and extra week), I called again. They said they were having troubles getting batteries from their suppliers, but they were going to a different location to get the battery since it’s been so long.I never heard anything else from them. I called today, and the gentlemen was very short with me. I explained it’s been well over a month since I first brought in the watch. He kept saying “sorry we are very backed up” and also gave me half hearted assurances.I would yield caution if a repair needs parts they don’t have in stock. Before you bring your device in, prepare to not have it for weeks.

I dropped my phone off on a Monday, they advised it would be a couple of days before they could have a tech look at it, so I left the phone there. I received a call on Wednesday stating that they had looked at the phone and it could be repaired, it just needed a factory reset, it wouldn’t take them long to do, and they’d give me a call once it was completed. I went ahead and paid over the phone to have it done. They never reached back out, so on Friday I called them back to see what was going on with the phone. The guy I spoke with was incredibly rude and cut me off mid sentence. He advised me that they couldn’t fix the phone with a factory reset. He said it would be an additional $100 and something dollars to fix, and that was if I didn’t want the Face ID to work, if I did want Face ID it was going to be over $300. He advised that they didn’t have to fix the phone at all, when I told him I had already been charged for the phone repair he let me know I could get in touch with someone and request a refund. I’d advise you find somewhere else to have your items repaired.

My autistic son needed his iPad for school tomorrow because he broke a part of his lightning cable off in the charging port with barely enough time for me to get to this shop with 2 minutes to spare due to insane traffic, but they had already locked the doors. Classy. After escorting their obviously final customer of the day out the door, they couldn’t spare 5 minutes of their day to at least see if it was an easy fix or just let me drop it off since it was clearly my child’s iPad and I was visibly annoyed at their early lockup. All he would say was “unfortunately not”. As a supporter of the right to repair movement going on currently, and a fan of Louis Rossman’s work, I find the dedication of their craft severely lacking and will most likely never do business there again. Other UbreakIfix shops may be good actors, but the guys that closed this store today are a discredit to the repair shop industry. F them.

Fixed under extended warranty.Only feedback is timing can be improved.Called in and it was ready for pick up. When I got there, they needed to run software diagnostics (~3hrs)... they should have told me that over the phone and avoided an extra trip to the store.

I gave a 1 because yes I got my phone repaired but instead of their next day shipping it took them a week and a half to actually send back my phone. Not only did that take forever but they forgot to send back the S-Pen that comes with my note and everytime I call I get some lie about how they shipped it to me. The manager Joel even said he shipped it to me last week and Ive got nothing. Sure theyll fix your screen but theyll leave your phone with missing pieces its not worth it. I was supposed to get a courtesy credit for all the trouble and horrible rude customer service but it doesnt surprise me that I didnt. I will be contacting Samsung directly and the owner of the store due to this. Its theft when you dont send a part back that doesnt belong to you.

Kenwood u break I fix has had my sons play station for 48 days now. I was quoted 2 week originally, and then was notified that there was a case of Covid, okay. And then I requested a call back from the manager and never heard back, was promised that the manager would return my call the same day and that my device was on his desk and next up to be repaired. Still no call back. Finally, I get ahold of the manager, Joel, and he was very rude, wouldn’t let me speak, spoke over top of me the entire conversation and told me that it will be another 2 weeks for repair. This is my teenage sons device and they wanted to keep it for 2 full months to repair the hdmi port. Highly dissatisfied

They came to my work and fixed my note 10 + 5g lcd in under a hour. They had the best price in town too. I recommend this company and will use them in the future.

Went to get my iphone screen repaired. Day later entire screen froze and went unresponsive. Had to replace the entire phone. This place gave phone an entirely new issue. Awful.

Took a brand new out of box phone that was locked up due to an update from Samsung. It had not been out of the box more than a total of 30 minutes. But due to the eBay seller not having the IMEI number in the listing, supposedly Samsung will not allow them to unlock it. Fine, came to pick it up, and there were 2 small cracks at top and bottom of the screen that were NOT there when we dropped it off. They use notes on a small slip of paper we were never given to claim they were there before. Do NOT come to this repair place. They will damage your device for basic software services, much less anything more serious.

I called the phone number listed and was told that I needed an appt, my repair would take 4 hours and it would cost $100. I made an appt for a week later. I arrived at my appointee time and had to wait while two other customers were helped. Then when I reached the counter, I was told the cost would be $150 and would take 2-3 weeks. Then they tried to sell me some sort of protection plan. I do not appreciate bait and switch tactics, so I walked out. I then drive to the mall where a very nice man in a kiosk did the job for $100 and it took 15 minutes.

Great job on the screen replacement for my Galaxy note 20 ultra. Looks and works like brand new again! Also, thanks for replacing the screen protector too!

Cracked the screen on my phone and my insurance sent me here! They did a good job fixing my phone! However the employees are definitely over worked. Corporate needs to step in for sure. I was told it would only take 2 hours to fix my phone and it took the 5.5 hours. They were extremely busy for a Wednesday. The employees definitely need rewarded! They were very nice and apologetic for it taking so long. Even though it took longer than expected I will return! But really Corporate needs to open the other 3 stores back up so the 1 isnt as busy.

Losing your cell phone must be awful because damaging it, say, getting it caught in your recliner mechanism, feels terrible. Before you despair and order a replacement from Amazon at 1 in the morning, go to bed, get a good nights sleep and give this place a try in the morning. They can work wonders, often in the same day, and save you money and your sanity. If they cant repair your phone, there is no cost to you for their trying, so what do you have to lose?

My iPhone wouldn’t even turn on and I just wanted my photos. They recovered my pictures and picked my phone up fully functional. So relieved!

Told me my phone would be fixed in three hours. Came back four hours later and they hadnt done anything have me my broken phone back and said try again tomorrow. Hopefully tomorrow...Edit came back the next day. They gave me a discount and a screen protector. 4 stars.

This is my second time seeking help from uBreakIFix. This time I had a cracked screen that needed fixed. That got that fixed but I wanted a screen protector. They sold me LiquidGlass. After they put it on told me it really doesnt offer protection. What youre buying is the $300 warranty. Well, attempted to register the warranty and the URL is dead. If you scrape around their website it says you need to download an app that collects info from your phone. Also was sold Asurion Home which they didnt tell me it didnt cover my phone. Well, screen broke a day after picking it up. Without being able to register the warranty nor Asurion coverage.The reason for the 4 stars though is because they made it right with no fuss. The manager was very understanding, nice, and professional. Didnt have to argue at all. I think he just has a training issue on his hands. I will say the work when replacing the screen was very good. Customer service is huge for me and correcting a mistake goes a long way.

I brought my phone in to get fixed because it wasnt turning on. They gave me a free diagnostic and told me that it would take 2-3 business days. I get a text the very next day telling me the problem, and they told me that it would be ready that day. I have my phone back even faster than i thought i would. Theyre amazing!!

What a team! I started my day at UBREAKIFIX when the doors opened until after closing for the repair of a broken screen on an IPhone and an old IPad that wouldnt charge. IPad couldnt be fixed. Although the IPhone screen was replaced the presentation of the home button not working began hours of figuring out the solution. Zach, Brady, Vaughn, Martin, and Brianna collaborated until a solution was found. The Apple screen with an intrinsic home button was the solution. Service and a persistence of problem solving had the best result. I find these days a lot of people/teams give up when it gets difficult but these folks didnt give up. Very refreshing and they should be commended.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS UBREAKIFIX.Go to the one in Kenwood or any other one.Had my phone screen replaced then it went black and they replaced it citing a faulty part. Had to go back a few weeks later for the EXACT same issue and they cited a small scratch on the screen saying that was what caused it.Ive read through the reviews and it seems to be a pattern that the most recent reviews are the more negative ones.They were simply trying to avoid replacing it again and tried to charge me ANOTHER $300 for a job they did wrong in the first place forcing me to make multiple trips and then not standing behind their work.Ended up going to two other ubreakifix locations and they both chuckled at what these people tried to claim as physical damage and ended up getting the screen replaced under warranty the same day after being told by the tech in the back(Chris) that nothing could be done but me to pay again.I get that things happen but its a pattern at this location.The Chris guy in the back talked to me in a very condescending tone and was overall a real a**hole and the bearded fella in the front didnt seem to know much about anything.The girl that works the weekend was nice enough both times I went but that doesnt change the fact the people doing the actual repairs seem to have a new found pattern of incompetence.In conclusion SAVE YOUR TIME, SAVE YOUR MONEY GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

This place is terrible making their own prices from day to day and forcing people to fix things that are not broken. My friend replaced the screen on his phone 2 months before I bought it from him for $150 and I cracked the screen. So I brought it to this location and they promptly told me that it is $350 for a screen replacement and then they told me that my charging port is bad and I have never had a problem with it but now I have nothing but problems with it. I will not be returning here because of that and once they take your phone apart, they tell you that you cannot refuse them to fix it because its against fcc regulations. They say that they cannot even give you the phone in pieces. If this happened at a mechanic shop, they would be shut down. Why are you able to scam people like this??? Never have my business again.

My husbands phone wouldnt charge, so he called and they quoted about $100 for repairs. We thought that was reasonable, and when my husband brought the phone in, they said it just needed cleaning! They cleaned the charging port no cost, and my favorite part was the HONESTY! They didnt take the phone and charge for non-existent repairs. Would go back to them again for honest work and prices

The two gentlemen helping me out were fantastic in recovered my crashed Moto One, it was speedy and done perfectly with the most helpful and extremely friendly customer service. Super fast and convenient! Price matched other repair place nearby and offered a guarantee. Unfortunately have need to use them twice in a few months and both experiences have been great.

Gotta start this review by saying that before I went to uBreakiFix I took my phone somewhere else to try and get it fixed. After finally getting someones attention at this other highly-rated local repair shop the man helping me didnt even look at my phone but went straight to his computer to see how much they could charge me. They quoted me ~$219 and said it would be a multi-day job as they would have to special order a part. Part of that charge was also for repairing my (perfectly fine) screen because I was told there was no way to fix my phone without breaking the screen to get inside.Desperate for a second opinion I drove over to uBreakiFix and was there 5 minutes after they opened. Everyone in the store jumped up to help and when I told them what was wrong they looked at it and invited me to have a seat and they would take care of it. My daughters and I watched a movie in the waiting room (Spirited Away) and less than 10 minutes later my phone was brought back out working as well as the day I bought it.Just wanted to say thank goodness for uBreakiFix and the people who work there. I was so lucky to find people that actually wanted to help instead of just rip me off and squeeze every dollar they could out of me. If I ever need another phone repair this will be my first stop. I wish I had a picture of the faces these guys made when they heard what the other place tried to charge me for what turned out to be such a quick fix.This place gets my strongest possible recommendation.

The actual repair seemed to go smoothly and the device works just like new. Communication between the store and us was not very good. Ended up driving out to Kenwood on three different occasions to find that the device still wasnt ready due to a holdup with Samsung processing the warranty. UBREAKIFIX doesnt seem like they were at fault for the wait, but could have done much better communicating with us.

Brought my iPhone in for screen repair and they fixed within 2 hours. Years ago screen repairs were very expensive, they seem to be getting more reasonable today.

Cracked my three year old iPhone 6s Plus screen. Called these guys up and inquired about a new screen. Also asked about a new battery as my battery was shot. The store manager gave me a discount on the battery and had the repair done in an hour. I cannot believe how much faster my phone is now with the new battery. Oh and the screen looks new. Thanks guys! The value was good and the manager actually told me he would love to repair my phone and asked me for my business. He earned it. I’ll be back for a battery in my wife’s phone.

Customer service that cant be beat. Everyone I talked to on the phone and in person was super friendly, professional and very helpful. The service was quick: I dropped off my PC on Friday afternoon and it was repaired and ready for pickup by Sunday afternoon, which was faster than I was expecting for the weekend. My laptop got a good cleaning inside and out and is working wonderfully. I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone with a device that needs fixing. Lovely experience!

Matt, Tyler, Mark, and Craig are not only extremely customer service driven but technically competent.Verizon technical support diagnosed my problem as a bad microphone and agreed to pay uBreakiFix to replace it. Matt immediately knew it was a bad motherboard. He and his manager worked with me to have Verizon change the work order.The repair itself was done quickly and the phone is awesome.

Went in with my son’s computer - the power cord adapter had broken off in the port. uBreakiFix Kenwood was able to fix it in less than 5 minutes after a different store’s tech support had tried and didn’t have the right tools to help. The team was super helpful and very friendly!
