Worth the trip to see if they can supply the battery you need and for battery and florescent recycling.You can recycle florescent bulbs for 50 cents each and batteries for a dollar a pound. I got the battery replaced in my car key fob with no trouble and some odd replacement battery that some device needed. On the other hand had no luck getting watch batteries replaced but that might have been because the person helping me that day didnt know what he was doing. Over all Ive been very satisfied.

Was able to go online to schedule a battery change for an iPhone 7 that included a 10% discount.Excellent service once I arrived.I would recommend highly.

I came in to get my car battery checked. It was no good. They told me they could order me a battery but couldn’t get it until 5 days later. They told me where else I could go to find the battery I needed if I needed it sooner and didn’t put me under any pressure to buy from them.

I brought my wifes mobility scooter battery pack in to be tested and batteries replaced. The person who waited on me tested the batteries and they were bad. He got two new ones set them on the counter then helped another customer, when he was down he went back to my batteries. This went on all the time I was there. The store was busy, but they had 3 people including the manager which I didnt find out until I had been there over 45minutes watching my job being put on hold every time someone else came in until I blew up and demanded that my job be finished or else I was walking out and I said it loud enough so it could be heard. My disabled wife sat in the car for over 45 minutes due to this situation. I could have changed the batteries in less than 15 minutes. Someone needs to tell the owner how his store is being run. Most people needed a light bulb or battery less than a $5 sale. I spent $161.68 and was constantly ignored. WOULD LEAVE -5 STARS IF POSSIBLE

Friendly service but he was out of red LED bulbs. He had orange, he was able to make change for a twenty dollar bill. I wound up buying a red incandescent.

The friendly staff at Batteries Plus were able to cut a key program it and program a key fob for my Toyota Highlander. They did it in about 15 minutes no problems and works great!

Batteries plus. The plus means theres many other items that they carry that most people dont even know about. They carry batteries from everything from a watch battery up through a fork truck battery. If you stop in to get one for your car they will install it at no cost. I also do phone repairs they do computer screen repairs. A rebuild battery packs which is a lot cheaper to have a battery pack rebuilt than it is to buy new ones. If you have something unique take it to him battery bulb and let them see if they can help you most of the time they can theyre very good people.

Good ace to get batteries and bulbs, if you want to take a loan out too buy a battery for your car or truck.

Gave up after multiple bad experiences. First, the flashlight I wanted was out of stock, so they had to transfer it from another store. I was willing to wait. It took several days. They called and left a message to say it was ready for pickup. When I arrived in person to pick it up they said the other store had sent the wrong thing and they had to get another transferred. Thats not this stores fault, but they did NOT call me explain the mixup, so my second visit was wasted. Then they called a few days later to say it had come in. I went in for the third time and they had the flashlight, but it wasnt in a box and had clear wear from being on display in the other store. I said that wouldnt work, as its supposed to be a gift. He disappeared and the manager came out with an empty box, as if thay would fix it. I said forget it. The employees were nice but the whole experience was a waste of my time.

Had the batteries I needed for my power chair at a good price. The attendant Quintin was very friendly and knowledgeable. Carried my heavy batteries out to the car for me. I highly recommend Batteries and Bulbs for any battery need...including power chair and car batteries.

Although light bulbs may be slightly more expensive here, the time I save by getting expert advice about wattages, LED equivalents...etc makes the extra more than worth it. Plus, it beats walking through a big box store in the process.

I had an issue with a battery I returned. I was told that they were going to replace it and to come in the next day. I went in the next day and the battery was not in. I told them to just call when it arrived. After about 4 or 5 days I call in and I was told that they were not going to replace it since the battery tested well. I asked for an explanation after the long wait and after being told it would be replaced. Justin was very condescending so I told him how I felt about him. I will NEVER use them again.

Been here a couple of times. Love that theres a place to go to for those hard to find batteries, or if you dont know which batteries to use. Theyre very helpful and seem to know exactly what you need. The batteries are sometimes pricey but if you need them, at least theres a place to find them.

I have had a phone screen and batterie replaced in last 3 months on my iPhone 8, I thought I was spending $1000 bucks for a new phone but this place cost me $150 and my phone screen is better than before and my battery last so much longer. A total of a couple hours while running errands. I don’t give reviews often but this was an awesome, mind easing experience, so it is well earned and deserved.

Ordered a Nebo transcend online for in store pick up, because I LOVE doing business with locals. Needed the light for a construction project THIS morning -safety first. Had to call the store yesterday to find out that it was back ordered. Re-read your policy statement, which I still interpret as saying I should have been made aware that the headlamp was not in stock and you had no idea when it would be in stock. Called corporate customer DISSERVICE and was basically told**** you, its betwe6you and the store. Enough said. Oh, by the way, I called NEBO (Alliance) and informed them as an owner of 3 other Nebos, I would recommend they drop you as a retailer. Too good of a product for you.

This was the first time Ive been to one of these stores and I was quite impressed. There were a few customers in line when I walked in but they moved very quickly and I was out in a few minutes. The turn around time is quick considering I needed the cells replaced in my cordless drill battery and the price was right, much less than replacing the battery. Ill have to remember this place again next time I have a similar issue.

Call before you go. I made an online appointment. Its confirmed. I show up on schedule, they are not accepting appointments. They have a glitch in their system. All I wanted was an iPhone battery change. The only guy that can do it wont be there till the next morning, a day I cant go. I try again in a few days. I just show up because Id called a day or so prior and was told to come in at anytime to get the battery changed during business hours. I show up mid-late afternoon. So sorry, they say. The guy who can do it is not in. The saving grace is this time they let me leave the thing and knocked $10 bucks off for my inconvenience. If they get their scheduling right and have more of their staff able to change whatever battery for whatever closed back phone, this could easily be 5 stars.

Two clerks. Three customers. They were overwhelmed. Do you have LED appliance bulbs? Clerk - I think so. (Thats almost the end of the story. No offer to go get them, or walk the 30 ft to where I eventually found the appliance bulb shelf, or even to muster the extreme effort required to lift his arm, extend his index finger and point somewhere in the general vicinity of the shelf.) The actual end of the story... no, they dont have LED appliance bulbs.

I first started visiting Batteries Plus Bulbs simply to recycle batteries. I have since learned they replace cell phone batteries. My Iphone 6 has been draining quickly so I thought Id give them a try. I made an appointment on line. They replaced it while I waited - took less than 1/2 hour. This is day 3 and I have only recharged my phone once. YAY!!! The clerk also gave me some tips on saving battery life, so that was very helpful! Ill definitely recommend them. My husband is going there for phone battery replacement this week.

I was in desperate need of a new battery for my car, as I was running on jumps from friends to get to work. I researched prices of quality batteries online and found a Duracell at your store for $100 less than I paid for the last battery, which was not as good as a Duracell.. When I got there after work (after having my battery jumped again so I could make it there), I was waited on immediately! The gentleman told me to stay inside where it was warm while he replaced the battery. He did so in a timely fashion and I was able to leave. It was great to have the car fire right up!
