My wife and I recently purchased a pre-owned Mercedes from Mark Sweeney. Caleb was our sales associate. We were there close to closing, so Caleb and the MGR made the sales process and paperwork process go extremely quick and smooth.I had a minor issue/complaint on some timing issues regarding an item, however Caleb followed up twice and made it right.. To know they go through this effort to make sure their customers are taken care will keep me as a customer..

Overall good experience, for a used car lot. My salesperson, Caleb, was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle I looked at. We werent able to reach a deal, but neither Caleb nor the sales manager tried to pressure me. I would shop here again.

My car wouldnt start so I has it towed there for a diagnostic. A part that was replaced by someone else was a wrong part. I took them the original part, and after 5 more days they finally ran the diagnostic and said it was the starter. I had a brand new starter put on less than a year ago, so it still had a warranty on it, so I decided to have the person that did the starter replace this one. I told them I was having a hard time finding a tow truck and I would definitely get my vehicle by Friday. When I got my vehicle back, my fiance noticed someone had rummaged through my glove compartment and let everything on the floor of my vehicle. I dont know who did go through my glove compartment, but if it was a random stranger passing through the lot, why wasnt my vehicle locked? It had battery power. And why is the only thing that is missing is my receipt for the starter I had replaced? I spoke with the owner of this dealership and he basically called me a liar. He said How do you know that happened here?, why didnt your fiance check it before it was picked up? So, when leaving a car for service gives free reign for anyone to just gi through it? Thar speaks volumes to your customer service, they are in no way protecting something entrusted to them. Horrible customer service, horrible owner and extremely horrible at keeping a vehicle safe. I will advise everyone that I know and dont know to avoid Mark Sweeney GMC and Buick unless you like being called a liar! This place SUCKS!!!!

Called three times for an update throughout the day. Finally got a call back at 5:15 PM saying I have to pick it up by 6.

Where do I start??? When first looking for a great car, I searched high and low searching for the best deal possible (Even up to 250 miles away) Every time, it was always the same outcome... either they sold the vehicle that was “reserved” for me, or I would drive 3 and half hours to find out the frame was rusted out after asking a million questions. This was not the case with Mark Sweeney.To give you an idea of experience, the team is a no haggle and honest group to deal with. Will the vehicle be a little more than the Dealer Special? Of course, but the value you get from buying them is WAY more important than saving a couple of bucks.Brian Sweeney, not only personally called me and walked me through the process, but ensured that all of my concerns and questions were answered directly. Not the whole, we can figure it out as we sell you a car that is broken idea that we all dread. I couldn’t recommend his expertise and friendliness more.The internet sales manager James was professional, easy going, and 100% not in your face. “You want to buy a Denali, great, we have some good deals on some other rides if you don’t think you can budget a premium vehicle”.Overall, this is the best car buying experience I have ever had, and on top of that, this was a USED car. We have bought new vehicles from other premier dealerships and have never had the service that we experienced here. I for one, will not be purchasing a vehicle anywhere else as long as I live in the area.P.S. they also have 8 year extended warranties that cover just about everything for about half the cost from others like BMW. Just saying...You want a sweet ride and unparalleled service, this is the place.

I was in town from Kansas City for my child to have treatment at Cincinnati Childrens Hospital. While we were in town, we had an issue with the brakes on our Yukon. I called the Service Department and asked if they could help us out. They scheduled an appointment at a time that worked best for us. When I arrived they greeted me promptly, took my car back and evaluated the issue. I was invited back to lay my eyes on the issue and the fix and the cost were explained to me clearly.Since we had a long drive ahead of us to get home, they took the liberty to do a thorough inspection to see if any other issues needed attention.Lets be real, I wasnt in a position to negotiate with them about what needed to be done or the price I was going to pay. These kind folks certainly didnt try to take advantage of me, treating me with respect, and getting us back on the road. The repair was made quickly and they even gave me a $30 coupon credit on my invoice. I couldnt be more impressed!

We had planned on just test driving several different vehicles, shopping around for deals, and testing the waters to see which dealer/salesperson we wanted to work with in purchasing a used car to replace the lease coming due that we planned on turning in. One of those stops was at Mark Sweeney Buick GMC. From the moment we walked into the showroom, you could tell this place would be different than the several other places we had visited that day. We initially talked to David to show us the vehicle we wanted to test drive and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. We liked the vehicle and went to talk to the manager about pricing following the test drive. He assured us they try to provide the best customer experience and most people are return customers or referred to them by word of mouth after having a previously bad experience at another place. (We were thinking of course anyone would say that). We ended up going home and thinking about the deal for a couple days and then agreed on a price over the phone. We were able to make it back to the dealership days later where they had the paperwork ready to sign and drive away. Prior to leaving, they inquired about our lease vehicle, called our leasing agency, and then offered to buy out our lease to add to their used car inventory. So by the end of our transaction, we had purchased a used vehicle and now didn’t have to deal with the headache of all of the end of lease fees/hoops to jump through. We got an excellent deal and they took great care of us. Had a great experience here, like they previously told us people do and we would most definitely shop here again for future car needs.

Purchased my 2012 Tacoma through Sales agent Steve Cox. Steve was very professional and pleasant to work with. He even offered for me to speak with the previous owner of the truck to answer any questions I may had.My only issue and the reason for the four star rating was not completely addressing my concerns about possible vibration issues with front brakes. Although they claim the brakes were verified to be just fine and checked by their service technicians, upon taking the truck to the Toyota dealership in Columbus they found the pads at their minimum allowable limits and the rotors to be warped and need replacing as soon as possible. I would have hoped the dealer had addressed my concerns and fixed the issue before I took delivery of my truck.

I have been coming to Mark Sweeney for years. Dave in Service is Awesome. He is always willing to help and answer my questions. When I came in suddenly a few weeks ago my car door wouldnt close. One service person said I would have to leave it or come back tomorrow! Really with a door that wont close and latch? Dave saw me and came to the rescue. After a few looks and spraying some grease. The door was good as new. Problem solved in 10 minutes. He is definitely a keeper and I will always wait for him to take care of my service from now on. Kudos to his customer service.

WOW, I cant express how great our car buying experience was with Mark Sweeney Buick GMC. We took our teen aged son all over Cincy shopping for a new vehicle for him and talking to salesmen. We showed up after hours to find Scott Sweeney still willing to show us vehicles. When we left we told our son not to get used to that great of service and NON-PRESSURE sales. We bought the perfect vehicle the next day and would make that 40 minute drive to buy from them again.

Had a warranty issue on my Yukon XL Denali. Originally went to Wyler in Florence, KY because it was closer. I will never go back to Florence after the awesome experience I had at Mark Sweeney. These guys scheduled me in, and got me in at the scheduled time. They also changed the oil for me while they were at it! They had me fixed and back on the road in less than 1 hour. Very professional staff and just a great experience. Will be going here for service from now on! Its a longer drive but worth it! Great Job Mark Sweeney GMC!

Kyle took great care of me and always does. I noticed when I got home one of the cosmetic caps on a lug nut had fallen off. Kile mentioned it was not uncommon and told me to swing by when I have a moment. Stopped in for a few minutes and they replaced the lug nut. My experience with Mark Sweeney Buick GMC and sales associate Caleb was terrible. Caleb provided no information about the vehicle or ask any questions about what I was looking for. He would not negotiate on price and would often try to use his lack of negotiation to try and sell me a new car or another model. His communication was sporadic and often confusing. It was clear that he had an agenda and was using his lack of negotiation to advance it. I would not recommend shopping here.

Bought a 2011 Buick lacroose asked if it was leaking was told no by sales person Caleb .first day it rained found water on drivers side floor also leaking fluids under hood.I havent had the car for a week and my kids ride in this car.
