Nick was patient, personable and was honest with what he thought was a good fit for our family. Compared to my research online we got the best deal here and the car looks great. Ill be back when my wife and daughter need a car. I just hope Nick is still there by then!

The only decent thing I can say about this place was they were kid friendly. The process of this was a huge game and felt like a joke. They made us wait wait wait back n forth on stuff that didnt matter cuz in the end they dont work with you on ANYTHING. We walked out and ended up buying something nicer, newer, and better price. And it was a no hassle super fast process. Dont waste your time here.

The dealer, I hope has fixed the problem. This is why they didnt receive a 10. My 2020 Sierra has had a problem for quite awhile. It had glitches since the first month. At 11000 miles the battery quit. They had it for a week and said it was just a bad battery. When I got it back, the vehicle said it was in demo mode. They said it was a software issue that GM was aware of and gave it back. I had to press the dealer to start to solve the issue. I took it back and they said it was the radio, fine they ordered it and I took it back. After 6 hours of waiting, I got it back, it seems to be resolved. With a GM defect, I think I should have been offered a loaner. They offered to give a ride but in my work, it didnt solve my problem. I understand the issue. They had no problem selling me a bloated extended warranty, but it left a bad taste in my mouth with no transportation.

We searched for a bit for a GMC Sierra and finally located one at Joseph Buick GMC. After inquiring about it, one of the sales consultants, Nick Sander, got in touch with us right away. He worked late on a Friday evening to make sure it was the correct vehicle coming in and to answer all of our questions. We traveled 8 hours the next day from Green Bay to Cincinnati. Nick stayed in touch all day, and made sure everything was all set as we were going to arrive right before closing. Nick and the team stayed late again on a Saturday to help complete the sale. Easiest vehicle purchase we’ve ever made.

I bought my truck in November, 2015. Except when traveling, always had my truck serviced at this dealership. Have had some good experiences and some bad experiences. This time was bad. I was lied to and called a lair. I dont expect to be going back to Joseph Buick GMC for service.

I recently inquired about a vehicle online and the initial response was prompt and helpful. The process that followed, however, unfortunately was not. I was told the price of the vehicle was $32,000 and when the paperwork was presented to come to an agreement, the vehicle’s price was somehow raised to $32,500. Upon asking the salesman to honor his original price, the proposal I received included fees that I had never seen or heard of from a dealership before. What’s more interesting is that these fees mysteriously added up to the $500 difference in cost (costs that weren’t initially included in the proposed OTD number I received). Couple the shady sales tactics with the inability to answer questions about the vehicle’s condition directly and the service I received was everything you might dread about going to buy a car.

I had to have an appraisal done on my father-in-laws car. The staff, Danny in particular, was very polite and helpful. We were in and out. Great service. Thank you, Joseph......

I bought a truck from them a couple weeks ago, I went there already having financing all I needed was a sales contract faxed over to my bank. I sat there for what seemed like forever waiting on my salesman and sales manager to return from sending over the purchase order, then yesterday everything made sense, I received a loan application from a lender Ive never even heard of in the mail, I got online and sure enough they ran a hard Inquiry on my credit through 3 different banks with out my consent, using the information from our purchase order. Be careful shopping here and watch the sales manager like a hawk he had no right to do this

I went in to find out why my engine light kept coming on and saying that my power was reduced to 27 miles per hour. A new GM accelerator kit was put on by another dealer, and light kept coming on, so I decided to take it where I purchased my car. They said that the kit was original product, and couldnt figure out the problem. They put some grease on the wiring said that may not making connection. I ended up paying 136.00 at this time.When I left with my car my Sirrus radio stations were not working. I could only save 1 station to XM but could save other stations on AM & FM. I took my car back and they said it needed a new radio. Fortunately I have an extended warranty that would pay for it, however they wanted me to pay my 100.00 deductible when I paid the other mechanic for the first repair on the engine problem. I feel that I should not be charged another 100.00 since whatever happened at Joseph Buick caused my radio to malfunction. I am not very happy about that. I have bought at least 3 cars from Joseph Buick and I expect to be treated fairly. I do recommend Joseph Buick to anyone looking for a good deal. After this radio is installed on Thursday, I will see if I will continue to recommend them if they insist that I pay the deductible for installing the radio.

I had two issues: emission alert and low air. The service advisor stated he would call when my car was finished. A day and a half later, I did not receive a call so I called. My car was finished. Ha! I picked up the car and NEITHER issue was resolved. Unbelievable.
