Went looking for a discounted dresser or chest and was successful this trip. I usually shop the Greenhills location, after visiting Western Hills location today I see they have way more options to choose from. I will visit again

This place is odd, they had rugs for 800$ then marked down to something like 60 or 80 cause they were 90% off but why not just mark them as these prices and give a discount off that cause half of the rugs have stains on them anyways. I really do love this place tho. The people there are so helpful the deals and furniture being sold there is awesome, I just don’t get this store. And like pasta sauce was being sold at the front. What furniture store sells random pasta sauces?? Idk but I love it!

Didnt have time to look at it all, but i saw a wide variety. great deals. got a 10x13 foot rug for under $100, rug store wanted $700 for theirs. Ikea didnt go that big and their biggest was $1300. Ill be back for sure when i have more time!

Paid in full for a 3-piece sectional, received 1/3 of my order. They said 8-12 weeks. I left a message they deny receiving 1 min 57 secs long asking for status on my order at week 12. No reply. Then a salesman denied receiving my call. However, they took my money just fine. Dont buy from this place. Ive never been so sorry I bought furniture.

I went to pick up my free gift and was amazed at all the nice things they had; I left with a beautiful table that cost more than I had and they came down on the price! I stopped in to check out 90% off rugs. I didn’t find anything that would work but I did find pillows that were in a bin that said, “Bed Pillows, 50% off price marked”. So I picked up 5 pillows, all the same kind. 4 said $11 firm and the other said $11. I went to find an associate to write me a ticket and was told since it said firm, that it wasn’t 50% off. I understand what firm means but why have the sign up then? There was no other prices on the pillows so what was the 50% off of? The employee also said, Sorry “hun”. Not appreciated. Call me a Karen if you’d like but customer service is obviously a thing of the past. When sending a message about my experience I was asked to clarify what location that this occurred and nothing else.

I want to start off by saying that your employee, Sam, was wonderful to work with, he listened to what I was looking for and why I was looking for certain specifics and tried to help me. I was in last week to order an Ashley dining set, accent chairs and get an area rug but the dining set wasn’t able to be ordered from your store for some reason. While Sam was trying to find other sets I might like his supervisor decided to step in and he was rude, dismissive of what I was saying and was more interested in selling me what he was wanting to unload from the store than selling me something that fit my needs. I’m sorry to say that because of him I left buying nothing.

I love a place I can haggle with on prices. I love everything I have found in here and got a deal on it all.

Ive purchased a few pieces from thatll, the biggest being a power sofa. I think their prices are reasonable and sometimes negotiable (scratch and dent). They give you points for each purchase which can help you save money on future purchases. They have a good selection of furniture to choose from. I gave four stars because me inventory seems minimum, but that could be due to covid ( Im not sure if that is the case since I became familiar with this store during covid).

This place is addictive lol. Especially if your really into decorating your home or wherever. Very good deals. Was looking for a 6 seater table. Found this table for 50.00 solid wood and all dining chairs are 2 for 99.00 unless you can find them in their last price section, where i bought a beautiful bench for my living room for 34.00 coffee tables for 19.00 and all area rugs were 90% off a few days before Christmas. I love this place. Oh and lets not forget the overstock of Christmas trees. I bought a 9ft pre lit for can you believe 5.00. Amazing lol

I went to the store with my sister today, she shops there a lot. they have a lot of really cool furniture pieces and things that you dont see in other places at good prices. And one of the best bonuses is the staff is all very friendly and helpful. Almost everyone that you see will say hello and offer to help you. A nice change from other places. I can remember meeting Jim here several years ago. He was friendly and helpful and I think he has passed that on to his staff.

The customer service and professional courtesy of the staff is great. Even with all of the covid delays, they managed to make our experience awesome. As a family that has not made a major furniture purchase in 15 years, this was a smooth experience.

I bought all the furniture for my new house here. Living room, bar and bedroom. This store is huge and has a lot of options. The salesmen are super helpful and nice. They are even really active on social media.

We find good pieces at good prices on occasions but need 2 sets of bar stools and they only had one I liked. Was a great deal but then found just as good a deal online and I could get 2 sets. I will shop here again though.

Great deals, but the young woman (whom I was told was the bosss daughter) interrupted my conversation to admonish my salesman in front of me, and at checkout was extremely rude to my friend who was also making a purchase right next to me. Customer service is important to me, as I practiced it my entire working life. I must add that everyone else was great. Ill be reluctant to do business there again as I had planned because of her attitude.

Loved it bought us a new table that everyone loves

Ordered kids bedroom furniture in May. We were told by management it was ready to come out the next day. Their delivery guys went to get it and it wasn’t there. The furniture was finally ready in July to come out. It came out with a broken headboard so bad that their delivery guys didn’t feel like it was safe to use. Not really sure what else to say other than it has been a terrible experience. Plus trying to reach them over the phone is impossible. You have to go to the store. They don’t return voicemails or answer the phone.

This is good place for someone starting out with their first home or apartment. There are some nice pieces and some cheap pieces of furniture. But you DO get the most bang for your buck if you need to be frugal.

Awesome place. Really fair pricing. Find great things for every room and not go broke. Very helpful friendly staff. They dont pressure you a bit , they only try to help then leave you to look. But , there is always somebody around to help or answer questions. You have to pickup or arrange that yourself to get it home but , theyll even help with that. We really like this place.

We ran around to 4 furniture different stores to try to find find a simple couch and love seat , TV table, and end tables. There holding the furniture for a week. Or until the carpet has been installed. I love the guys that work there, they are always nice.

Bought a table with four chairs on 5/31 and they told us we had 3 days to pick it up. My dad went to pick it up today (6/1) and they tried to give us some damaged table that was NOT the one we had originally bought. They game me a refund and were nice about it but still tried to trick us into taking a damaged table. I think they sold it to someone else after I paid for it. I will never come back to an establishment that tries to pull a stunt like this

They never answer the phone. I’ve tried to call SEVERAL times (different days and times) and even left a voicemail a few days ago, never returned my call. I’m trying to find out if they have something before I drive an hour.
