Let me tell you why I adore Ms. Jamie. I had to have been to at least six different stores to try to find a mattress. Every sells person I came across was pushy and not super knowledgeable about the products. I went to Mattress Firm with low expectations. I was greeted by Jamie and was instantly out at ease. First, she was just so patient and kind. I told her that I was over mattress shopping and she really listened to what I didn’t like and then asked me a few questions to get me the best recommendations possible. Second, Jamie was incredibly knowledgeable about each product and everything she recommended for me to try was enjoyable. I have pain in my shoulders and hip, which has made this process even more frustrating. Because of her recommendations, I had a solid three or four options to choose from. She told me to spend a few minutes on each then to cycle through them again. She never rushed me; she actually encouraged me to take more time on each mattress, which I appreciated. I found the perfect mattress and base and pillows. I went into the store COMPLETELY over the entire process and ready to just buy a mattress from Amazon. I left the store knowing that Jamie really listened and cared that I found the perfect items for me. I will tell anyone I know who is looking for a mattress to go see Jamie because she is incredible.

Paul Wolven was so kind and helpful to me when purchasing my mattress. It was my first time buying one, and Paul helped me choose the best one for my height and budget. He even took my sleeping position into consideration. He helped me get a bed frame and box as well for an affordable price. I was so grateful for the next day delivery and installation, which was also excellent and efficient.

Paul was very nice. He showed me top of the line mattresses. Unfortunately, they were over budget for me. Paul was kind to understand my budget limits and got me set up with a very comfortable innerspring/pillow top mattress. Paul did not under sell or over sell, which is just the kind of balance a customer likes when shopping for what they’re going to sleep on for many years to come.

This was one of the best shopping experiences I have had in a long time. The worker there, Terry Payne, did an incredible job helping me obtain exactly what I needed. I went in about an hour before the store closed, not sure exactly what I was looking for, and wanting to get a mattress as soon as possible. It’s the type of thing I normally wouldn’t ask of a retail store, but it had been a rough week and I figured it was worth a shot. I expected Terry to be kind of annoyed with my questions, but he was not. He was very nice helping me through the buying process. In fact, he was so good at making conversation, I would have had a positive experience even if I hadn’t found the right mattress. I ended up finding the mattress I wanted, and Terry helped the transaction go smoothly. He went out of his way to make sure I found a mattress and box spring that fit my needs and my timeline. Because it was so late, I had to go to separate locations to pick up my items. Everyone working at each subsequent location was also extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional. I highly recommend this store to anyone in need of a new mattress.

Excellent service by Terry Payne today at Mattress Firm! He was able to make mattress buying fun! We had no idea what type of mattress we wanted, but he expertly guided us through all our choices explaining features and options too in easy to understand terms.

Terry was very helpful and knows his product lines. I came in one night asking general questions about inventory and finding a comfortable bed for my daughter. Came back the next day with her. Terry took the time to juggle multiple customers while still showing my daughter 5 beds. Out of all the people that day I probably spent the least amount of money. Still got great service and attention. Would recommend for sure.

After having the Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress for a month Im very pleased, as you lay in the bed it just comforts you. The only thing I dislike about the bed is that it traps your body heat, making it hot while you sleep. So turn on a fan. Zach helped me tremendously, next day shipping as well. I would definitely recommend this mattress.

Can’t say enough about our seemless purchase from start to finish at the the Rookwood Matress firm location. We never felt pressured. Both sales associates took time to find out our needs, and most importantly what we wanted our budget to be. Working with those parameters we feel we definitely got the most bang for our buck, and then some! Ended getting a cooling mat, cooling pillow, a matress and adjustable base within our budget. Delivery also went flawless. They were in and out before we knew it. Making sure we were satisfied with the positioning and height setting of the bed prior to leaving. I purchased a Sealy mattress on 12/26/16- it has 2 permanent indentations in it. I am so incredibly frustrated. I spoke with Channel (NY) and she spoke on my behalf to Sealy. I sent all my information and pictures to Sealy and they are still unable to help. I have reached out to try to get in contact with District Rep near my home, and never received a phone call back. I spoke the store again today where it was purchased- and I was informed that Mattress Firm does not even sell Sealy anymore as they were unhappy with the way the beds were manufactured... I have been asking for someone to help me for over 2 weeks. I want to purchase a new mattress at this point, and would like a refund so that I can do so.

The manager of this store was a pleasure to deal with. Their satisfaction policy was very helpful for us, as we did end up going back to get a second mattress to replace the first, and got full credit on the original purchase.
