She hooked us up with t 2 mattresses and 2 adjustable bases at a really affordable price. Will definitely go see her for my next purchase.After our delivery issue she also made things right. We expected to get 2 mattresses removed since 2 were delivered and the delivery people refused to take both of them. Our salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. He made is quick and easy. We drove to the warehouse to pick up the mattress and we’re headed back to set my daughters bed up in no time.

Steve greeted me with a smile. Answered all my questions and went out of his way to provide what I needed and when I needed it. Very friendly and professional. I was recommended by my sister because she has had great service there twice before.

Hoping I love the mattress, but the pushy salesman nearly made me leave and buy somewhere else. Lucky for him my boyfriend and I really liked the feel of the mattress we tried out.

Mattress shopping was not something I wanted to do. A friend had worked with DeAntre previously and gave me his number. I told him generally what I was looking for, a price range, and he did the job! Wow! We expected bed shopping to take a few weekends but this was our first and only stop. The experience was fantastic and we didnt feel rushed or pressured. Louis was very respectful and professional helping my Mother find a new bed. We had been to a different company , (that I will not mention), but Louis was able to listen to her and help her find exactly what SHE was asking for. He was patient and knowledgeable and she left feeling good about the bed and adjustable frame which that she purchased. He also demonstrated to her how the frame would help her bad back and hips. I give Kenwood Mattress Firm and Louis an A+.

I will say the only reason I am giving this 2 stars is because mattress firm factory worked well with me on my complicated delivery process.As for my shopping experience, I genuinely feel like I got scammed into buying a floor model mattress, I was promised that the mattress I wanted would be broken in, but completely sanitized, deep cleaned, and look like new. When I finally looked at my mattress (still in the plastic) I was very surprised and sad to see a huge and noticeable stain (maybe a coffee spill?).When I called about this stained, I was told that the mattress was supposed to be in good shape and the stain was probably from my own doing. But, it was , and still is, in the plastic.

My fiancé and I came in to look at mattresses for the first time, not expecting to make any purchases yet. We met Bill who was extremely helpful and patient with us while we thought through our best options. He gave us a deal we could never beat for a quality king size mattress (for the price of a queen) and a free adjustable base. We are so grateful for such a great experience!

We just bought a mattress for our first home and had a great experience here. Cameron helped us and was so friendly and knowledgable. My husband and I have differing opinions on mattresses but he was able to personalize the experience and give us a great recommendation. Although it took us a while, he was very patient and gave us great info on each brand. Would definitely recommend going here and getting help from Cameron.

Luis was very helpful in my familys search for a mattress. My wife and I tried numerous mattresses within the store and Luis was knowledgeable about each. He also listened to match our needs to the various mattress options. We were able to find our ideal Tempur-pedic mattress selections and are huge fans of the sleepys cool pillow and black ice luxury pillow! Delivery and set-up were hassle-free. Very grateful for the service and assistance we received in both selecting a mattress and with coordinating delivery logistics.

Man! Cameron saved us when we moved into town and our moving truck decided to take an extra week. We walked in, Cameron walked us through options we could get delivered quickly and then we realized that we could get a rolled foam mattress in our car - BOOM! Brand new very nice mattress same day. Visited the Kenwood store looking for a value purchase for a replacement/future guest mattress (we plan to upgrade soon). Cameron was super efficient and didnt waste my time showing me items that were out of my intended price range. I even decided to get a slightly better mattress too given the current sales offering!
