Eric H at Mattress Firm was super helpful. We werent sure what we type of mattress we were looking for when we went into the store but Eric was able to help us by educating us about the products they carry. Delivery was fast. The products arrived on time and when the delivery driver showed up they were in and out. Great service all around.

We were satisfied with Mattress Firm store on Glenway Ave, but the delivery from Reliable Moving was a total disaster. They damaged my wall and hall and stair carpet. Its been a month now and no results. They have said they didnt cause any of it that it was like that when they came, which is not true.How is future purchase going to fix my damages now. Take care of the damages and there might be a future purchase. Thank you and you have a great day.

I was asked by my neighbor Ms. Shirley to help with an issue she was experiencing with Mattress Firm and was getting no satisfaction or help from her original salesman or his manager. We filed a warranty claim and it was approved. Upon arriving to the store with the approval letter we were greeted by a very professional and customer oriented salesman name Terry Payne. Terry was very helpful and spoke with a pleasant tone. Nothing like the treatment my neighbor experienced from the other salespersons/manager prior to me assisting her. Terry asked my neighbor, Ms. Shirley G. to try out various mattresses in the store to try and determine what mattress she was satisfied with. The end result he was able to satisfy the customer with the firmness she was looking for in a mattress, and a WIN for the company because it was an upgrade, which she paid the difference. So with Terry’s professionalism and soft customer service care this was a win win for both parties. I will say Terry is someone I would want representing my company!!

This isnt a review of the mattress, mind you, as I have yet to sleep on it, but my service experience was great. Wilson not only helped me find a comfortable feeling bed at the right price, but he hauled it out to my car himself! Would definitely shop at Mattress Firm the next time Im due for a new mattress.

Paul was very knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating during our visit to the store. We found a mattress we really liked yesterday and it is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Paul also showed he cared for his customers by wearing a face mask properly the entire time we were there. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the case at another retailer’s store we visited earlier in the day.

Wilson was extremely helpful. He took his time with me. Answered all my questions. Pulled several mattresses down and let me try all of them with no pressure. I liked the very first one he showed me. This mattress is for a guest bedroom so I wasnt wanting to pay that much for one. He did some checking and found that same one on Clearance. He explained that once I signed for it there would be no returning it. I understood all he told me and agreed. He was an excellent no pressure salesman.

I have not received our bed yet because they said we had silverfish. I spent over $100 for the items needed. I never saw any. I checked on google to see what they looked like.

My wife and I knew we wanted an inexpensive full mattress and box spring to upgrade our daughters bed. We were able to get both for a great price, from a nice crew, and pretty quickly. Our only complaint was the box spring had to be re-stapled in a few spots since the lining was ripped.

From the moment that we walked into the store and was greeted by Joe, to the moment our selection was delivered, we were treated as appreciated. It is not easy picking out something so important as the mattress that youre going to be sleeping on for at least one fourth of your day, everyday. I am a chronic sufferer of back pain. So a good nights sleep is very important to me. Joe was not just informative, he was compassionate to my circumstances. I was in and out in under an hour with delivery scheduled for the following weekend. Only had a vague idea of what I wanted going in, but the store is set up so you can figure out your preferred firmness and then try out different mattresses in that category following their color coding system, which is super helpful. This was as great an experience as mattress shopping can be.

My husband and I purchased a Mattress from Mattress Firm a while back and recently went to the same location to purchase a new frame. After we purchased the frame and got it home we realized we would need some help with assembly. We went back into the store and explained the situation to the salesperson, Michael, who empathized but explained the only way that they could send a truck out there was with an order for delivery. As we were walking out of the store, thinking we were going to have to figure something else out, Michael offered to come in after his shift and assemble the frame for us. This salesperson went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and as a result, Mattress Firm has earned a customer for years to come.

They were great, no pressure salesman. Offered information when needed and really helped us find the right bed. Would recommend to anyone. I felt the same way at their clearance center as well. Good people.

I was looking for a full size mattress and the salesman offered no real info on the different mattresses in the store. I also ask about sales and he said the only sale was 6 year financing. Thats not a sale. Then as we were leaving he ask my daughter when we might stop back and he said hed take $100 off if we came back again. Very shady dealing.
