Alyssa was incredibly informative about what I was wanting and all the questions I had for her and was such a calming presence for my anxiety! I asked about skin care cleanser and moisturizer she didn’t try to sell me some outrageous products told me what her fave over the counter was and what she would recommend on top of that. Overall my experience was fabulous and I can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend!

If you travel to the Cincinnati area, definitely see Nicole for any procedure they offer. I had some time to waste and had my lips filled. She is thorough and caring. Hope to see her again when Im in the area!

Had been a longtime customer. Had bought a laser hair removal package prior to Covid. Packages only last a year from purchase date thats a known policy. Was told due to Covid at an appt in (July 2021) they were extending it into Dec 2021 due to the pandemic by Victoria. She also says to wait until fall to use due to not being able to complete procedure if one has had exposure to sun. I think great Ill wait till then.Go to book today and I dont see the option to pick LHR. So I go onto their website and use the chat box to send a message that says I dont see where to book the LHR on their online booking system. After they locate me in the system I am informed my package has expired. This was a pretty big shock. I think theyve just made a mistake because it was bought prior to Covid and surely if Victoria had me pulled up in the system at an appt and told me point blank that I still had 3 sessions left and they were good till December 31st this was true. Apparently not according to Kai dela Rosa who I spoke with. I was LIED TOO and since the employee had since departed the company there was no way for them to verify what I was told.I went back and forth with her for awhile that while I understand the normal policy of expiry after a year I was told something vastly different by a rep from the Cincy location. She even double checked the applicability of my sessions on the handheld device before she told me that. It took 20 mins of repeating myself that while I understand the normal situation that this is clearly an extenuating one due to the pandemic and what I was told by their employee. The rep finally stated shed talk to upper management about it but it took at least 45 mins for her to even agree to do that.So she calls me and states that theres nothing upper management can do. She apologizes that I was lied to (she cant actually admit I was lied to, because oh no that would actually be admitting to fault - that clearly happened). Then it comes out during the conversation theres some sort of shortage or inability to do LHR sessions at the Cincy location. Im not certain but I think its a pretty good bet that they just cant do these sessions anymore and thats why they claim I was lied to and the sessions arent valid anymore and our unwilling to uphold what a company rep said about the expiry date.At this point Im concerned about the customer service performance of their company. This individual had zero empathy that I was lied to and basically stolen from. If this is the way Juvly conducts business, I honestly cannot recommend it. These places are a dime a dozen and you would be safer buying a package from a different establishment. Lest you end up like me and have $$ stolen.

First of all I can not remember the name of the woman that did my lip filler to save my life. But she was amazing. I was so nervous and she made me feel so comfortable!! She has a light, gentle hand, and answered all of my questions before I even asked them. I’m obsessed with the result. My lips look amazing. I will definitely be going back, and would definitely recommend the downtown location to any and everyone! Oh and btw, parking is not bad at all!! You park directly in front of the building and do not even have to pay!!

Beware! I went here for under eye filler and have had problems ever since. Ive had it dissolved 3 times. Last week was the third time, now its happened again. They cant tell me whats wrong and they do nothing to make me feel better about whats happened. I would not recommend this place!

One star for terrible parking (not services) at the Cincinnati location. They really need better signage to help first time guests navigate their way around. I drove around for 45 minutes trying to find their free parking just to get there a half hour early and ended up getting there a little late. I had to call their number 3 times, one of which I got hung up on and was told different things every time. I ended up having to pay at the meter and came into my appointment extremely stressed. When I told the receptionist what happened she was very stoic and did not seem to care the trouble I went through. I had a nice consultation however I am not sure if I will be coming back with the bad first impressionEdit: I did receive a follow up email from the manager to apologize for the experience. The company were very apologetic and threw in a free facial to make up for the experience.... which is why changed my initial rating. I do think it would be easier for clients if all stores had their own separate line.

I have been going to Juvly for a little over a year now and recently became a member! The staff is amazing!! I have had cystic acne since I was a teen I have tried countless products/ prescriptions and treatments with no success. I started seeing Brandie at Juvly Cincinnati and she recommended microneedling !!! It was a total game changer!! I started with Botox and wanted to keep a natural look ...Brandie took her time to listen and explain and answer every question!! She is incredibly knowledgeable the last time I went she even recommended lowering the dose of Botox because I didn’t need the same dose as previous visit. Brandie is also your go to person for skin care ... if you are like me and thought you had to pay a lot and all products are pretty much the same , then you need to make an appointment with Brandie, she will help you understand what products are best for you !!! The most Unorganized business of this type that Ive been too.. 30 minutes to get a gift card. Noone else in line ,and they couldnt make up their mind on who was going to help me. Also ,took forever to find what they needed to process it on the computer.A lot of other companies ,in the area of this type, that are actually organized.

I had an amazing experience with Juvly! The staff is exceptional and I still cant believe how good my results are. I have mild to moderate acne scarring on my cheeks and opted for the PRP micro needling. I saw results after my first session and more lasting results after my fourth!! Ive had 5 sessions total and can say that it was 100% worth it, my skin looks SO good- something I never thought id be able to say! I also cant believe how reasonable the price is, they have deals going on allll the time and member rates- so make sure to always be on the lookout! Cant wait until my next appointment

The Juvly services are excellent and the menu is extensive - they have much much more than facials. Comprehensive selection of skin spa favs... Obagi, etc. - good stuff. The team is friendly, respectful and professional. I’ve taken two of my closest girlfriends there and they also had terrific experiences and glowing skin thereafter. Juvly was a hit with us! Staff is amazing starting with the two ladies working the front desk when I go in. Always smiley and so helpful. I see Katie every few months for microneedling and she is awesome. Very friendly and will guide you on what she thinks is best for the results you want. I dont feel like she tries to push the most expensive route but what she truly thinks is best which is phenomenal. I do microderm with Kelsey who is very sweet and easy to talk to. Today was my 90 Coolsculpting follow-up, and I have to say, Ill definitely be coming back. Im not a regular derma spa client, but I think that Ive found the location that Id be 100% comfortable visiting on a regular basis. One of the main reasons: the staff. Any question or concern Ive ever had (or have), they answer—and in terms that I am able to understand. They dont give false expectations for results, they are honest and transparent and I really appreciate that. Its hard to find a place that doesnt give you the run-around and the advertising taglines for all the new products. They dont push anything on me and I feel that any decision I make is fully _my decision_ and Im as informed as I can be. The front desk girl (Im sorry I dont remember your name) is just a doll and she was able to answer all the questions I had as well. I really appreciate when the people making schedules are as informed as the technicians. I think its super important to have as many knowledgeable employees as possible.During my first-ever Coolsculpting appointment, the guy who was doing my procedure made sure that I was as comfortable as I could be—he gave me a pillow and a blanket, he checked in on me a few times to make sure I was alright... just everything he did was what Id expect out of a professional—but one who genuinely cares about his clients as if they are his best friends. His attention to detail is what really made me feel special. He wasnt rushing the application process or having me feel like I was just another time slot for the day. I didnt feel rushed either. It was a very pleasant experience (minus the stinging of the Coolsculpting machine, but youll have that anyway). And, what made me feel even more special is that at the end of the procedure, I felt as if I was going to pass out. This was mainly due to the 2-minute massage to push any of the nearly-dead fat cells over the edge—that was the most painful part of the entire Coolsculpting experience. To make sure I was alright, the front desk girl came in to sit with me while I ate some emergency candy to try and get my blood sugar back up. She didnt seem inconvenienced in the least—she was more than happy to make sure I could safely stand up and that I felt 100% good to go.After seeing how well they take care of clients (I even had a brief conversation with the manager), I decided that signing up for the membership was a good route to take. Now that Im 31 (eek!) years old, I guess regular maintenance isnt a bad idea? I hope that this $99/month fee pays off like I hope it will, but only time will tell. Im not the best at pricing what services I think Id be interested in within the next year, especially since the prices are per unit and I never know how many units a particular service will take (thats what the consultations are for).Overall, Id definitely recommend Juvly to any friend or family member.

I started going here in preparation for my wedding. I went in full force with plans for filling every wrinkle and scar I had and was given advice from the skilled women there to try microneedling which saved me both time and money and changed my skin for the better forever. I was struggling with on and off break outs, and out of control blackheads on top of some wrinkling, dryness, etc. The microneedling reset my skin and I was able to get everything else in check which solved the wrinkle issue I went in for in the first place. Their knowledge and expertise improved my skin health and happiness ten fold! I have continued going for monthly services and bi annual microneedling since. The facility is easy to get to, the parking is not too bad unless its raining.Update: Still loving it almost two years later!

I am so glad I decided to sign up for a membership with Juvly. Everyone is so positive and fun. My skin has greatly improved with each visit and I actually look forward to going there each month. I really couldnt give a better rating than a 5 star one. I wrote up an article for Juvly in Cincy Chic magazine and thats how I first heard about them. Ive seen Brandi twice now for botox and Im going back in a few weeks for another botox round and a facial. I really love the staff, the office is always looks great, and I always leave more than satisfied with my treatments. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a friendly environment to enjoy a spa day and more.

I came to Juvly with a groupon and 4 sessions of Laser Hair Removal for my face. They accepted the order, processed it, and were extremely professional the entire time. The technician was thorough and extremely pleasant to work with (when youre about to get beam of light shot at you for months on end its good to know they have empathy...it hurts).Now, for the tl;dr section of the review...As a trans person, Ive had to go to excruciating lengths, metaphorically and literally, to find the appropriate care. It took me years to build the network needed to be myself. Having to transition late in life (25 years old) means that the VAST majority of interactions I get are bewilderment, confusion, and judgement bordering blatant condemnation. Juvly took me in, no questions asked, and has been pivotal to my approaching happiness. I am eternally grateful for not only the services they provide, but also the warmth and hospitality shown to me while in their care.If you or anyone you know is trying to pursue a better self then I HIGHLY recommend this location. Theyll help you smile in the mirror again, guaranteed.

I got Botox injections for the very first time at Juvly Aesthetics in January. I was incredibly nervous about getting them done. Would they look okay? Would they hurt? Would my face freeze? I had so many questions. The receptionist at Juvly scheduled me for a free 30 minute consultant with Lisa who is both an Nurse Practioner and a Master Injector. She put me right at ease and thoroughly explained the Botox procedure with no pressure to buy (really, I swear!). In the end, I got a little over 40 units of Botox in my face. It did not hurt and the whole thing took maybe 10 minutes to complete. Lisa really knows what she is doing! I dont have a frozen look or overarched brows - my face just looks fresher. My deep forehead crease and the lines under my eyes are gone. As a woman who is close to 40, getting Botox has done wonders for my self-esteem. I cant thank Lisa and the staff at Juvly enough for making me feel comfortable and for doing such a great job. Ill see you next month for more Botox, Lisa!
