We are so impressed with Westside Auto Care! They were highly recommended to me to service my Mustang. We had some unresolved repairs from another garage and I needed to find a reliable mechanic. Before Aldo even opened the hood, he knew exactly what was wrong. His other mechanic previously worked at Ford and was extremely knowledgeable, as well. They completed the repair in less than one day. I finally found a trustworthy, reasonably priced, thorough mechanic. They also referred to my Mustang as She and Her! These guys really get it and Ill happily trust all of my repairs on My Girl to them from now on.

They are very nice and understanding. They will work with you and help you figure out what’s best for your car if you don’t know, or if your a first time car owner. The lady who usually answers the phone is very sweet. This is the only place that I use for my car.

Brought my car in to get power steering fixed. I was charged $1300+ even after getting my price lowered a few hundred by asking them to find used parts. 2 weeks later I hear the screeching again and my wheel is getting tighter…so I bring it back because it is clearly not fixed. “They forgot to tighten something up” so I wait and they release it back to me. 2 more weeks go by and I go get an oil change where they tell me my power steering fluid is leaking. SOO I go back again and then they told me “they missed something” and I need a hose replaced and that would be $650 more. So I took my paperwork and went somewhere else after having to come back 3 times for same issue. Turns out it was a $50 fix, no hose issue.Wondering if the entire invoice they gave me originally was fabricated or if they actually fixed anything to begin with….but they sure got some good money and time out of me with their SCAM of a repair shop.STEER CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS !!!!!!

Ima be honest. Y’all know who y’all are. Behind all that professionalism , is mechanics full of mistakes and guilt about oil leaks and other things “they suggested” and “highly recommended”. My car caught on fire. And I could’ve died . These guys talking bout it’s a valve problem. ..after a tune up. ..ironically after you guys, my sparks plugs catch on fire. I see y’all comment back to those who had similar problems but probably couldn’t defend there selves financially. but I can and should but honestly I’m tired of fighting capitalist, someday I will save and change that. , Y’all wrong for what y’all did and do.

Came in for my exhaust needing replaced. They suggested doing a transmission flush, (they were running a special)! So after returning the car to me I’m now needing a whole new transmission. Thanks guys!

Recently I have been having issues with my engine, but was unsure what the problem was. I took it to the big-box shop I usually get my tire service done at, and they told me I was going to need an entire new transmission. I felt sick and really wanted a second opinion before dishing out all of that money. I decided to take it here and boy am I glad I did. I was so relieved when they told me that my problem wasnt my transmission at all and I just needed new spark plugs. This saved me thousands of dollars and my car runs like it did when I drove it off the lot for the first time. I cant recommend this place enough, and I know this will be my first stop from now on when I am having any issues.

I took my car up there because of a fluid leak. They claimed it was the radiator among a few other things that would cost me nearly $1000. That price was just too much so I decided to take the car to my uncles shop about 35 miles away because I knew Id get a good deal with someone I know I can trust. I get a call from my uncle after a day or two expecting to see how much less Id have to pay and it turns out that my radiator, among the other things they said were wrong, was absolutely fine. My car just had an oil leak. If youre going to go to this place I would HIGHLY recommend getting a second opinion.

I went in for a free check and it seemed like Aldo went above and beyond while maintaining the upmost integrity. I pulled up to the lot, told him about my issues and he stopped his work to get me in for a check. The receptionist was very friendly and seems knowledgeable about cars too, which is amazing. He was able to answer the questions that I had and he even found a big oil leak that I wasnt completely aware of. I only went in expecting a quick scan of the cars computer so I could find any other issues besides my O2 sensors being bad and to get a seized spark plug looked at so that I could weigh my options and see which repairs needed to be addressed first. After the scan, he told me both of my O2 sensors were bad and even told me which one of my wheel speed sensors were bad. As someone whos new to working on cars, I feel like he didnt even have to tell me which wheel speed sensor was giving me an ABS light, as its something that I can do myself. He couldve just said it was one of them and left it at that, pressured me into getting it fixed right then and there or told me something else to get money from me. Its honesty like that, that goes a LONG way for me. All from a FREE check. I will be going to him for any DIY repairs I cant do myself and I will be sure to recommend him to anyone looking for a good and honest mechanic.

Not only have I received excellent service, but they go above and beyond by thoroughly looking over my vehicles to keep me aware of any potential upcoming issues with honest recommendations. Anything from Chrysler, Chevrolet, BMW to Lexus they have NEVER let me down. Great people, fair charge for their services, and most importantly HONESTY.

Called today to schedule an appointment to have my sunroof fixed. Instead of making the appointment the gentleman(Aldo) asked about my issue. He told me about a simple procedure to clean and then test the drains in my sunroof. He added that if the drains are still not functioning to call back and they would be happy to help. My sunroof is now fixed because of his advice. The fact that he had helped over the phone instead of making money shows a lot of character. We need more businesses like West Side Auto Care!

I have lived in Westwood for almost 2 years and this is the only mechanic that I go to in Cincinnati. Not only do they do quality work, but their prices are great and they are honest! I wish I could underline the last part. It is so hard to find a honest mechanic (especially as a woman) but these guys get you in fast and they get you out on time. They dont extra fluff to the price. This is where you want to go!

The first experience we had years ago with Westside Auto Service was with serious engine performance issue with hundreds of dollars in repair estimates from various dealers and shops, yet they solved the problem with a simple one minute hood pop and snip at no charge-- thanks to their extensive knowledge of specific car model idiosyncrasies. I repeat, At No Charge! Finding a helpful and honest repair facility is one of lifes greatest challenges, and Tony and crew at Westside Auto Repair has exceeded all expectations for decades since that initial experience, including a newer van transmission issue that was a very minor adjustment for $35 rather than a mega costs estimated elsewhere. Thanks to knowing how good they were at repairs, when it came time to buy a first used car for a child (and another as a wreck replacement), I went to Tony and found two great reliable vehicles in my budget, and I never hesitate to recommend their service to family and friends. In a nutshell, whenever I get a new phone, Westside Auto Service is the first number I program into it. Once you are a customer, so will you.

Honesty goes a long way, especially when it comes to auto service. Took my car in because of noise in the brakes. I was fully prepared for the worst. When they told me it was just dirt and brake dust, cleaned it out and sent me on my way, they earned my trust. Could have easily charged me and replaced my brakes and I never would have known the difference. Meant a lot to me and my wallet!

Aldo was very friendly and made sure my car was back on the road as fast as possible, and also at a very great price. I would definitely refer all of my friends and family here, and I will be returning for any work I need done myself in the future.
