Routine service performed needed a headlight bulb and cabin air filter as well. Great experience friendly staff and excellent weather for sitting on a bench out front and looking at new cars in the lot. Bathroom was clean and stocked. Service waiting area was clean and adequately spaced with seats as well. Best experience yet keep up the great work!

Firstly, it took forever to get a hold of someone anytime you call. It took me 3 days before I could even get through to someone about making an appointment for my Honda. Turns out the CBM had malfunctioned and needed to be replaced. They charged me $170 just to diagnose the issue. Which I imagine is nothing more than connecting a computer to the car and it telling them the problem. They then charged me $870 for the part and to install the device. That is outrageous! Throughout the entire process I would call for updates and be on hold for an hour. I could not wait that long and had to go back to work. So I called the next day and waited again. The amount they charge for the service they do is ridiculous especially for the poor customer service they provide. My car was not even cleaned when I picked it up. I also had to go in and reset the time to the correct time zone and reconfigure the dashboard. They did not bother to do that. There was a screwdriver left in my car on the front seat. Seems like they only cared about taking a few minutes to put the new CBM in so they could make a quick buck and be done. It’s unfortunate that they are one of the only dealers around here. Stay away! Do not recommend! Terrible service!

The service advisor was polite and professional.Communication during repair was great.Car seems to be fixed.Only downsides was that the inside of the car looked like things were moved inside the passenger compartment. (Nothing I noticed, was missing). There was also a smidge of something white on the driver side interior door. Maybe that was where the pretty strong smell of oil inside the car for days after getting the car back came from. I went on for the alarm system. So Im unclear why the inside of my car smelled like oil!Side view mirror was inexplicably moved. Hmm.Id go back if U had to. But the car interior smelling and stuff being moved left me less than enthusiastic. Still worth a four star for what they got right.

My daughter bought a ford explorer from them they were supposed to have replaced rotors and brake pads. It also had a noise they said was a bearing. After about a month she ha a dad pulsating whe Appling the brakes from front. Had to replace warped rotors and pads were over half worn. Put new pads on front. Week or so later had grinding and pulsating from rear.checked rear brakes. Right rear pads were worn to metal backing. Left rear were almost to to metal backing. Replaced rear pads an rotors on rear. The caliper on right rear wold not screw back in and was sized up. In the process of trying to free it up the dust boot was torn. Told my daughter it needed replaced she had bought a bumper to bumper warranty on the vehicle. She called they said calipers were covered under warranty. She took it back to them. They checked the brakes and told her it needed new pads and rotors resurfaced. That would have been the 3rd set of brakes and rotors. I went back to dealership with here and asked why they were saying it needed brakes again. And they would not replace caliper because we tore the dustboot. After arguing with the service writer for several minutes. On why it needed pads again after they replaced then and I replaced them again after they said the did. Told him calipers were sticking and needed replace. Asked to see the service managers After explaining to him what was going on he was rude and insulting feed me a load of dull about have to hook to computer to release pressure on calipers to be able to screw piston on brake caliper. And checking there records showing they were supposed to have replaced pads and rotors in the first place. Told him they said it needed pads again after they replace and I replaced them. He decided to reach the caliper on right rear. Not to mention the bearings they were supposed to have replaced that was still noisy. They told her she needed to take it to a ford dealer to replace they said they didnt have a tool needed to do the job that they said they already supposed to have already done. When I asked service manager about that was told they sent that out to have it done. Not mention it took her over 3 or 4 weeks to get it in there shop to tell us all this by. Not happy how they treated my daughter.

The air system in my Honda fit could only be turned off or set to full blast. It only took me a couple minutes of looking online to find that this issue was caused by a broken resistor. When scheduling service I told them as much. They insist that they have to do a >$100 diagnostic despite knowing what the problem is. I consented because I just wanted to be done with the issue. They called and told me that the part they need would be relatively cheap (~$50) so I said to go ahead and fix it. When my car was returned to me it was obvious they had not taken a few seconds to even check if the issue was resolved. When I returned they tried to justify the non-existent issue that they fixed and then said it would cost ~$200 more to fix the resistor, the part I had told them needed replaced. In short, worse at diagnosing the issue than 5 minutes on Google, they charged me for a problem that didnt exist and made no effort to make it right, and apparently didnt spend the ~30 seconds it would have taken to see that they did not fix the issue I had come to them for.

The dealership does an excellent job with customer service. I have a 2018 Honda Accord with an annoying dash rattle. The service advisor and technician took their time to diagnose the issue. It is currently unresolved, but their excellent communication and attention to detail has provided insight to the issue. Another appointment will be scheduled and Im confident that the problem will be solved by this dealer.I recommend this Honda dealership for all your service needs.

Always do a great job for me. Have to be ready to ask questions and decide what you need, they will try to upsell you. That said I cant say they try to sell me what I dont need...just sometimes a visit earlier than I would do it. Lots of staff here and they get things done on time. Safe environment with seating indoors to wait. Huge parking lots to walk while you wait when the weather is nice. Early appointments. Text status updates and an inspection video.

In general expensive service. (Cabin filter , engine filter change costs 130$, any normal person can change them in a minute)

I have never had an issue with the Service Center or its staff. I do like the text updates showing inspection, recommendations, ability to select and agree to any/all recommended fixes, and the final text with a link to pay via phone. This dealerships service group is simply outstanding. Just wish I could say the same for the sales team.

I get my car regularly serviced at this location. I had mixed experiences depending on which Service Assistant attends to my appointments. Didnt care about providing a review so far but yesterdays experience was so amazing, I have to share it here. The service location was full of cars. When I reached there, I was greeted by Adam Davila . He asked for what I needed done and stated that theres huge wait. I let him know about my appointment and he took the matter in his hands. Instead of sending the car to the mechanic and making me wait for 4 hours, he suggested he will fix the issue for me right there and then. He and I walked to the Honda Part store bought required part and he replaced the part in the car for me. Instead of turning me down, he showed great professionalism and actually did the job himself. Someone in his profile would just deal with paperwork and take payments but he actually fixed the thing for me. Truely impressed with Adams service! Thank you!

Scheduled a service for my vehicle at Kings Honda located at 9131 Fields Ertel Rd; and I received an email confirming the appointment indicating a pick up of the vehicle. This email also says the driver will contact me on the date of service, a few hours prior to the service.My appointment was at 11.00 AM and since nobody called me until 9.45 AM, I tried to contact them and see if somebody is coming to pickup the vehicle; the lady at the other end of the phone was Harlee McFadden, she was so rude and mentioned I can just discard that email describing anything about vehicle pickup - as it was some kind of a promotion! Not sure if this is counted as a professional way of doing things; and to add to it she just hanged up the call while I was asking for a clarification.Pathetic!!!

I bought a used Honda Civic Sport here in 2018. I received a letter from Honda stating I needed to take it in for a Product Update for my A/C Control Unit. I took it and dropped it off and the next morning received a call it was finished. When I picked it up I see on the receipt that not only did this fix this, free of charge, they also did an oil change and inspection at no cost to me. Thanks Performance Kings Honda. This is my second car I bought from you and this is why. FAST SERVICE! FRIENDLY SERVICE! TOP NOTCH!!!!

While traveling cross country the service light appears. Ugh. I called Performance Kings Honda Service and was able to book an appointment easily for the next morning. The appointment went smoothly and there was a bonus. Brooke, my service coordinator helped me find my lost keys! Everyone was extremely friendly and Brooke was great! Very racist & dishonest salesmen. They take advantage of you and lie about financing your car. They are childish and Ed the salesman and Philip the finance man and Walt has horrible customer service skills and Justine guy who sold me the van is very unprofessional and dishonest. have the slightest idea of what America calls integrity. Don’t buy a car from Honda Performance. I am highly disappointed I had to buy breaks and rotors all around the new car one week later. But if I was white they would have fixed them first and they lied to me and said they would. Go to Chevy or Ford where they practice American values.

Worst ever experience with the team here. Have faced issues with my car twice in a row now. Honestly, the minor issues with my car after the service can be ignored very easily, but one thing which cant be ignored is the quality and professionalism of the service team. After giving my honest feedback about the experience, these people gives a follow up call and the way and tone they speak is really not so comfortable and out of this world.Team - Request you to please work on enhancing the service and provide a better customer experience than calling and rudely trying to put blame on the customer.Wish i had NEGATIVE STARS here to give in my review about the team and especially the person named Ash (first name of someone calling from the team, if i heard it right) with whom i spoke to just a minute back, really really pathetic call!!!!

Called to let them know we were driving an hour to see a car they had advertised. When we arrived the key fob wouldnt operate the car. The salesman, Sal Tedesco, did not know where the car battery was and admitted that he didnt know what to do if he found it. When I asked the Manager for another salesman I was told I was rude and they didnt want my business. He said this while 5 salesman sat around me doing nothing but listening to our conversations. Please dont waste your time with these people, they arent interested in selling, I can only imagine what their service is like. Take your business to someone who cares about you as a customer. Performance Kings Honda doesnt care about you.

Went to the new honda service center to have my passenger side sliding door serviced for a broken roller ball. On the drive home my wife noticed that the interior lights started to blink, and issue we had never seen before. This got progressively worse over the next three days. Turns out that the driver side sliding door, which never had any issues, was now out of alignment. I assume the techs must have started working on the wrong door and hastily switched back to the correct door without properly aligning.I brought the car back to the service center a few days later assuming they would correct there mistake for no charge. This was not the case. They wouldnt even discuss the possibility of a error. Just a flat denial, and accusation we must of slammed something in the door in the three days since it was last serviced.A half a day of missed work , and $140 later the door was fixed. I will never go there again, and strongly recommend others do not as well.

CAUTION, you do NOT want to do your car maintenance in this place!!!!!! They charge you outrageous price before you know it. My sister was charged $1,400 for 75,000 miles tune up. She could not even see or feel any difference before and after the service. They found all kinds of excuses to over-charge you, in this case $800 for labor alone!!!! This place is recently relocated and DESPERATE for short-term high profit, huge rip off, DO NOT GO THERE!!!
