We are on a rv trip and had a tire ready to pop, called Kutney, we’re told they had what we needed, come in in! Super friendly, fast and price fairly! Within 1 hour we were off and rolling with 2 new tires!! Thank you for such wonderful service!!

Ordered tires through Goodyear online to be delivered and installed in this shop. Confimed installation appointment over the phone with Kutney. Arrived at scheduled appointment time, only to to find they didnt have us on the books. Front desk staff unapologetic, told me to call the 800 number in the appointment confirmation email and that she couldnt do anything to help reschedule. Also stated that they had nothing to do with this issue, it was an online problem. I tend to be very forgiving of these situations, but there was zero customer service to make up for the confusion.

I and my daughter have used Dave Kutneys Automotive for repairs on several occasions. The service has always been prompt, professional and courteous. The repairs have fixed the problems and the vehicles were ready the same day. In fact, on the coldest day of the year (12 below 0) he had one of his employees give me a ride home and offered to pick me up when the car was finished. That service was most appreciated.

I contacted Michelle about ordering some all season high performance tires for a 2016 Focus RS I recently purchased. I had found out about Kutney on Tire Racks website, as they are a preferred installer. I was surprised to learn that Kutney could sell me the same tires installed for less than it would cost to buy them on Tire Rack and have them installed somewhere locally. I had some apprehension about having tires replaced on a new car, as I have seen tire places damage rims when installing new tires. I was pleasantly surprised when the install was done, and I checked over the car and rims and didnt find any damage. They were careful with the car and even went the extra step to bag up my old tires and carefully put them in the back of the car. Michelle definitely knows her stuff and runs a good shop. I was impressed with the whole experience and will be back. Thank you!
