Ricky went above and beyond to get my insurance company to replace my bumper with an OEM part, instead of an aftermarket like insurance company wanted.They matched the paint perfectly; it looks better than the original bumper! Second time at Burtons. Headlight replacement. To do the work they repaired the fender, damaged in an accident so more complicated than average. Great work, on time, polite and professional. Very nice to work with, which made for a nice experience. Probably undercharged a little for the extent of work done, but a good value even besides that. We recommend Burtons highly and will return if needed.

Compared to every other body shop Ive taken my car to, this place does the best in paint match, body sculpt, ECT. The work I had done was on a body line, and the result was outstanding. Pricing and time for the work was fair. I highly recommend this place for the service of cars you care about.

I am blown away by the friendliness, professionalism and quality of the people and the work they did on my car. I was greeted immediately (without appointment) and then Ricky took care of getting an estimate of bodywork on my vehicle in a timely manner. After speaking with my insurance company, I was given a date to drop off the car and an estimate of 7 days for repair. I was given updates regularly and my car was ready early even though there was more damage revealed after opening up the car. When I picked up my car, I was pleasantly surprised to see that my ENTIRE car had been detailed inside and out!! It looked and smelled brand new! I will gladly tell anyone to go to Burtons!

Best independently owned shop in Cincinnati! Burtons is the only shop I trust to work on my car.They rebuilt my engine early this year, but I recently had wires under the dash melt from an electrical issue while I was on a road trip to the East Coast. I had my car shipped from Delaware here to Burtons just so I would know the repair was done correctly.They went through all the wires under the dash to verify that everything was redone correctly, and that it was safe for me to drive again.You can probably find somewhere else that will fix your for less, but you cant find anyplace that will fix it better.

I recently brought in my Subaru WRX to repair a smashed rear-end. Its my baby and I am very picky about ANYONE that works on my car. Even though the shop was packed with cars, they got mine done in a reasonable time, and the results were far better than expected. Burtons went above and beyond by detailing my car, and they even fixed a few little things I didnt bring it in for at no extra charge. They have earned a customer for life.

Not a good place for custom work. Stopped by to get some mounting hardware alligned. They got 1 side right. And managed to help us with removing and installing hardware. But made it seem like the biggest inconvenience ever even if we payed for the extra hours it took. Just didnt want to have anything to do with us and was always in a rush. All about quantity and to hell with quality. Will never go again.

At the moment im pretty unhappy. My car has been there for 2 weeks, ive gotten zero phone calls to let me know what is going on. My estimate says the job shouldve taken 5 days. I was told Thursday it would be done Friday, but no car, or phone call. Ive called and emailed, and i still know nothing. I feel like the case would be different if i was a man. Review could change depending on the outcome of my experience with yall.Update, after going to check on my car, i get to pick it up today, and was told insurance is paying for it. Yall made my day.

Youve seen the guy in countless movies -- the one that others in his field of expertise think is too old fashioned or methodical to make it in todays world. However, by then at the end of the movie the persons insistence on staying the course and doing things the right way end up saving the day while everyone else is trying to put things back together due to their cutting corners, unethical practices or taking on more than they were capable of handling?Well Duane is this guy. From the outset, through both word and his overall presence (and later experienced via their work), he gave me the impression that he wouldnt suggest or charge for any repair that he wouldnt also recommend to his own family in similar circumstances and this put me at ease (I was needing A LOT of work done). Were all leery of being too at-ease because sometimes when we take our eye off the ball things get way out of hand, however I went with my instincts and just let them do what they do best and I wasnt disappointed. As I suspected, one thing led to another (its an older car), but having shopped around for quite a while, I had a pretty good idea what was going to be necessary and what wasnt and I know they could have very easily tried to slip in countless unnecessary expenses. But they didnt; they stayed focused on my goal and got me rolling with...well, it was still a very large bill, but I know what it could have been and also I know I can trust & rely on the work that was done (which isnt always the case, large bill or not).Duanes attention to detail and getting it right before letting a vehicle roll out cascades down through his entire team, from Greg to Andy to...well everyone I met. (And how often do you find a garage where the mechanics seem pleased to be working there?) Id recommend Burtons to anyone whos looking for a repair facility thats committed to quality and that will stand behind the work they do...not just because their reputation depends on it, but because their sense of pride in what they do demands it.An aside: The day I went to pick up my car, they kept me waiting for a little bit and as I was in no rush, I milled about watching what was going on. A guy was passing through Cincinnati 3 days earlier and his car gave out. I overheard he had been to two other garages and I imagine had racked up quite the bill but was still stranded by the time his car got to Burtons. Im not sure how long he had been there, but there must have been 4-5 people (including Duane) doing everything they could to get this one-time out-of-towner customer back out of town. This gentlemans car was in rough shape and honestly he was too (maybe it was just the 2+ nights sleeping in his car?). Anyway, with a client waiting to pay this aforementioned very large bill, they were focusing on checking and double checking every detail so this guy could get home without incident. You could just see it in Duanes face that he felt for the guy - both in how the other garages treated him and for his circumstances, and he and his team were going to get him safely on his way come hell or high water. (I didnt ask, but I didnt even see them collect any money)Loving how my long problematic car now runs - thats one thing. But seeing this and as well as having the confidence that if something does happen down the line, that they will unconditionally stand behind their work...well thats what really drove me to write this post.Thanks guys,Chris
