They are a no frills kind of place. They do one thing and they do it well.We had a washer delivered. Its been running well.Ive started telling my neighbors about this place unless they want to blow their cash on brand new equipment.

Bought June 14: They have been amazing. I called Thursday and they were going to hold a washer and dryer for me. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get it. They then said the next one for me completely until I show because I was in such need of one. Kelly was so great, amazing and sweet. They delivered everything they even asked me if I needed any other things relevant to washer and dryer’s. Loaded it in and made sure it was connected, even went above and beyond and showed me that it worked when it was plugged in. If I need anything with my washer and dryer or ever need another set this will be where I always go.Update August 14th : Asked them to come and fix my washer and they took forever which I understand they were busy. But couldn’t even schedule an appointment which I didn’t care if it was a wait. Just wanted a said date.Update: A couple days after they finally fixed where my washer wouldn’t spin or drain. It started leaking AGAIN! Called them that same day on a Friday. She said Barry (Owner) would call me Monday. NEVER got a call and never attempted. NEVER BUY FROM A PLACE THAT DOES NOT DO REFUNDS!! OnlyReason they get 1 star is because Kelly was amazing and awesome

Absolutely awesome customer service... friendly soon as I walked in and given attention walking in and he was on a call...help me find a washer and dryer IN MY PRICE RANGE no pressure selling...clean inside and definitely family oriented also prices and delivery fee was reasonable love the warranty offered as well

Good used or secondhand merchandise, but make sure all the parts are there before you leave, its hard to get replacement parts for anything especially refrigerators.

So happy I got my washer here! Extremely fair priced, installation was so quick and easy. I visited the store for the first time yesterday and in less than 24 hours I have my new washer installed and Im doing my laundry! No hidden or extra fees, they are just honest, keep their word, and straight to the point! If I have any needs for appliances again Ill surely come back.

We have in past years gotten a washer dryer and refrigerator from here all great experiences. When after 4 years years our dryer finally gave out we were going to come in and look at getting a new one. (The washer gave out about 3 years after owning so not bad for the price point) However in the middle of a pandemic we walked by to see how things were being handled and due to the lack of mask wearing by the two staff members in the closed door setting decided we would spend the extra money to buy a new one and have it delivered. Which honestly sucks because I would rather the money go into local business, especially reuse businesses like this.

Bought an HE washer and it included installation. While not a fan of HE I am a fan of this store. Washer still going strong after 2 yrs with no problems.

1 star because of the 90 day warranty. It doesn’t do any good if they refuse to come out when you call on it. Based on the information I told him over the phone, he diagnosed it as a problem with my plug and not the stove. He said if he went out responding to warranty calls, he’d waste time and money. I have to keep moving my stove around for it to work. He said if it was something wrong with the stove, it would never work. But by that logic, if there were something wrong with the plug, it would never work either. I’m just saying. My previous stove never had this issue. I’m going to have to get a brand new one.

I bought a washer and dryer set in February, 2020 within my 90 day warranty my dryer began to make a loud noise. So I called and Kelly told me that repairs was backed up ,she took my info and stated they would call back to schedule a time. After a couple attempts I ended up having someone else come out and the belt on my dryer was broke. So Sept while doing a load of laundry my washer goes out and I had someone come out and the transmission in the washer is out. I called them again because I’ve only had this washer in dryer 7 months and there is no way I should have to repair or replace both within that time frame. Spoke with Kelly again and she stated she was going to talk to the owner and promised she would call me back and I’m still waiting lol on the call back... I have to buy a brand new washer now and I know it’s out of my warranty but as a customer something should have been done to compensate... Do not go there to buy save yourself the headache and buy brand new if you can. They will not call you back or repair within the 90 day warranty and that’s a promise... I will never recommend them or return to purchase anything in the future.Still no call back after who ever responded to my review smh terrible terrible....

Great quality appliances that are very inexpensive. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. My only complaint is that the cigarette smoke smell was very strong and irritating. But it definitely adds to the old time appliance repair store ambience.

Stumbled onto this place before it even had its grand opening. My washer had went out while I was in the mood to do laundry... That doesnt happen very often. With the unexpected expense I was able to find a scratch and dent washer that met our needs at a price that was way lower than anybody else. They are kind and helpful and very knowledgeable about the products and the brands.

We moved away and would still rather pay a bigger delivery fee just to use these guys. Great repair, great customer service, great price and a good selection. I noticed you might need to hold an item if you like it bc they sell pretty quickly here. Got a reliable wash and dryer set with a warranty for like $300. Parking is kinda tough, the store is small but dont be scared off, go there.

Hello. I am sending my daughter to ask about repairs. For her washer. She is a mother raising her children with no help. A single mother trying to make ends meet. I tell the truth if its not one thing. Its another. This woman is so stressed. Not one other thing can go wrong. I am a disabled mother on a very low income. But would be willing to help resolve this issue for my daughter and grandchildren. Please assist. I am requesting for a little miracle. Manda will stop by sometime this week. Saw several washers I liked.... will purchase one tomorrow when more choices will arrive. No frills, good quality and good prices.

One of the guys saved me a lot of money. I had purchased a new washer and dryer from Sears and soon after someone told me about this company. I visited their location to see what was available in the store. I didnt see much at the time due to income tax season and a rush of purchases. Thats when I discovered they also serviced appliances. They came out for $45 dollars. The washier that I had hooked up they couldn’t fix, it was shot. However, they noticed another broken one and got it working fine. I cancelled my deliver with Sears and had so much money that I bought a fridge from them. They came on time to service the washier and on time to deliver the fridge. I also give them a plus when it comes to customer service and professionalism. I have recommended them to my mom that has a problem with her oven. Many times satisfied customers dont post. Therefore, I had to write a review when I read the other review.

Very nice and knowledgeable picking out a washer and dryer that clunked out last year mid June. Very good price for the refurbed units, removal of old and install. The washer and dryer still run strong almost a year later. (dont freak out on the paint smell the first few dryer cycles it goes away) Definitely recommend and would go back.

I have a broken dryer and I called here on a whim to see if theyd come pick it up to buy it. Whoever I spoke with was extremely kind and patient, and gave me several troubleshooting suggestions that I could try before trying to sell it. He was quite frank about replacement costs, and whether or not something would be worth fixing (assuming I identified the right component).To address my earlier intention, they do not come pick up broken dryers but are willing to potentially purchase in the event I could bring the dryer to them. All in all it was a really helpful, friendly phone call and Im glad I tried them! Now to try to fix that dryer...

Called them to fix my stackable washer and dryer. Took 4 days to repair mydryer...but being a stackable unit the repairman unplugged two wires to the washer timer. He was supposed to return the following day to reconnect them but said he was sick. So i paid $115 dollars to repair my dryer to have my washer not working and no repairman to fix it. After fixing the washer myself the repairman returned to look things over one last time only to knock the washer drain tube out of the drain...now that everything works....i have a flooded laundry room and wet hall carpet. Avoid these clowns like the plague.Paid $115 to repair dryerThey unplugged washer timer wires while repairing dryer.Would not return in a timely to fix their own mistakes.I had to fix their mistake of unplugging my washer timer.Upon returning (after SEVERAL requests) they knocked my washer drain tube out of drain flooding my laundry room.After thought:AVOID THESE CLOWNS LIKS THE PLAGUEThe repairman probably unplugged the washer timer wires on purpose since they were difficult to reconnect. When i called him to tell him about the washer not working he said ahhh well just have to see whats wrong now. Which makes me think he knew he did it to sell un needed repairs...but he got caught...and faked sick to not return. Cant prove it but thats what i suspect.

I have only had my new/used appliance for a few days but it is working so far so good!Very helpful rep. named Kelly was very patient with me and is very considerate of time. The first day I visited I didnt buy anything I just wanted to look and get the repair Techs number. Had to take an important call that was taking longer than expected, so I had to communicate with her by writing notes to each other, lol, but she was considerate of that. Then when I came back the next day to purchase, she was knowledgeable yet honest...I asked if she could tell what the previous issue was with the washer I was looking at...she said she just honeslty couldnt say based on the amount of appliances that flow in and out...The only thing that bothers me, I have noticed they smoke in the store around the appliances. I wiped my new/used washer with bleach, then did a run with bleach and soap without clothes...I still smell cigarette ...I didnt realize that cigarette smoke can get into metal surfaces....

I am so disappointed. I purchased a washer and within 1 week, the metal frame came loose on one corner. I called and they told me they would be there the next day. Nobody showed up. I waited a few days and called again. I was told again that someone would be there the next day. Again, noboby came. I called a third time and was promised again. The following day, I called the store and they gave me the repair mans phone number. When I called he stated he was too busy to come to my part of town and he would have one of the owners stop by and they lived closer to my home. I waited again and finally called a 4th time and asked for the owner. When I spoke to him, he know of my situation and promised that he would be over to repair it either Saturday or Sunday. It is now Monday morning. My washer that was only loose on one corner is now only being held together by one corner and I am at my wits end. Not sure what else I can do. When I called on Sunday evening to leave a message they didnt even have an answering machine.

This place was fast and friendly. I was on the other end of the buisness transaction that most ppl would be, but they treated me fairly and went above and beyond my expectations.

Called to request repairs and there scheduling is unrealistic. I cant make an appointment I have to leave my information today for a callback tomorrow (no time frame) for possible same day service. I have a job why on earth cant I make an appointment for later so I can plan my day.
